C&J Form Check

How to combine OLY lifting & Bodybuilding?

i do OLY lifting 4x a week. alternating between snatch/c&j days and front and back squat days. also do pulls, etc etc. how do i combine bodybuilding into it so I won't be too tight to do the lifts as well as gain more size?

Slow power clean racking

My power clean racking technique is too slow, causing me to catch the bar on my wrists temporarily, before my elbows get all the way up. Does anyone have some good tips/cues/drills/etc to help whip the elbows through faster? Just thinking to myself things like "faster elbows" doesn't seem to be...

Staying on heels

I can lift alot of weight but cant do it right. I hate that everytime i squat im on my toes. I know what a correct squat is, i blew a knee out and learned all how the muscles work.
