Whenever I snatch or clean, they come out as power snatches and cleans, never do I go lower. If I attempt a 60kg snatch, I fail because I try to power snatch it, something is stopping me from going lower so I can catch the bar. It's not an issue of flexibility. Are there any specific exercises...

first 100 kg snatch

Beat my previous snatch record by 10 kg today lol. It's all behind the technique. bLrvlqfisFU This is a 4 month progress from empty bar to this. What do you think? IMO I should be covering the bar more and pull the bar upwards not back. I tend to do that with cleans too. A really bad habit.

I started training WL a while ago, but think I jumped into it too quickly (5/6 days a week, heavy sessions, lots of BS/FS and olympic lifts/accessory work).
