Catching low in clean

Im having troubles catching the bar low in a full clean. I can use bad form and power clean more than I can full clean and im trying to break the habit so I can get my lifts up. Front Squat and hip drive

Does front squat requires hip drive when going up from the bottom just like the back squat? Sometimes I am scared to go on a full hip drive because the bar might fall forward. Also, when going down the front squat do you just go down straight but keeping knees out? Thank you guys!

Neck Protection

So I watch a lot of cal strength, broz, OTC, and every other current lifting videos I can get a hold of.
