Shoulder dislocates..

I'm trying to gain some shoulder flexibility and have incorporated these. How close can you guys get your hands and is there a point where you should stop trying to get closer? Is it possible to become too flexible in this position? Edit: I know I'm nowhere near that point, just curious.

Mental preparation before attempting a PR and competition

95kg snatch | my hs school record

nnTxzsuDWRE Form wasn't very good and it was more of a power snatch but it counts. Missed on 97.5. Going to try for more weight next week, I just need to work on my balance in the bottom and I will be able to get a lot more weight. Edit: here's the 97.5kg miss zGUNbX7XISA
