First attempt at a hang power snatch

Not starting from my knees but I just wanted to see how it looks first. Couple things I notice is thar I don't pull and I can only assume it's because of such light weight, also my heels coming off the floor, could fix with oly shoes? youtu.be/q2r7OpUVh44 Next time I'll try with weight

Hi all, so how quickly can you expect your strength to improve as a beginner in olympic lifts. Clean, clean and jerk, snatch? what is a hard, but realistic time frame to pump up the weights, is it slow to get stronger or can you progress quickly? any feed back is appreciated. Cheers.
