Haven't done power cleans ever in my life. Used to hang clean alot a few years back but dropped it as I gave squat and deadlift priority. Going to try and start adding in 3-5 sets of 3 on Sundays. Olympic lift for soccer

I'm a soccer player and I wanted to incorporate olympic lifting into my programs. However, I was wondering what the best exercises are and number of sets and reps. Could anyone help me ? Thanks !

Any tips for conditioning the wrists?

Or will it just take time? I can't be the only one whose wrists are killing me as a beginner olympic lifter? I take anti inflammatory supplements (fish oil), joint supplement (glu/chon/msm), and Advil as needed. Any exercises that help?

Please critique my jerk and snatch form/grips (Pics)

I thought I had acceptable jerk form but after looking at a video of myself jerking I realize that my arms seem too far forward. Are my arms too far forward? Should my final arm position be exactly the same as what it should be in snatch? Like this correct?:

Potentially looking for coach/gym in Tallahassee, Florida

What's your bench to jerk ratio?

I know, as olympic lifters, most people here probably don't bench that often but off the top of your head would you say that you could bench more or jerk more? What's the ratio? Am just really curious because I want to be able to better measure my progress. Thanks.
