How to avoid and fix quad dominant Hang Clean??

Seventeen and Transitioning from Traditional Bodybuilding

I've been researching olympic style weightlifting after just finishing a 12 week muscle builder and I definitely want to begin. Awful Power Clean Form {VIDEO}

This is like my 3rd time trying to power clean and I know it obviously doesn't look right but I'm not quite sure what it is? The bar looks like it is following a straight path but the movement looks too slow, so how can I make it more explosive? Am I using enough thrust from the hip aswell? ...

Snatch help!!

Need help with snatch, can someone give me a detailed step-to-step tutorial, none on YouTube give a detailed answer, i can snatch but need to tweak it, Once I've smacked the bar with my hip drive, I shrug the bar, jump , then what? Do I pull the bar or just get underneath it?

Is it true the Oympic lifters jump high? (serious)

supposedly they did some study saying olylmpic lifters are the highest jumpers... they jump higher then pro basketball/ football players, jump higher then olympic high jumpers and sprinters... since, theyres a olympic lifting section here... do you guys jump high / dunk? (serious).
