Potentially looking for coach/gym in Tallahassee, Florida

Used a few simple searches and couldn't find anything, so I was wondering if maybe you guys knew of any gyms or any ways to locate a gym or an individual, maybe a weightlifting coach or something I would really appreciate it.

Question instead of back extensions,wut?

i used to do back extensions after the lifts and the squat new gym dont have the machine/rack for that wut should i do instead? good mornings? barbell rows?

What's your bench to jerk ratio?

I know, as olympic lifters, most people here probably don't bench that often but off the top of your head would you say that you could bench more or jerk more? What's the ratio? Am just really curious because I want to be able to better measure my progress. Thanks.

To change a Deadlift Regime or not? That is the question

I need some help with my goal

As of right now, i bench 285 and squat 430 at the beginning of spring. My goal is to, by the end of summer, bench 315 and squat 500. A) is this a reasonable goal B) if so, what are some tips to reach that goal.

Hook grip

Is it necessary to do snatch balance to get stronger snatch ?

AFAIK Oly lifters doesn't do overhead squat (unless it's a complex) and still they have a strong snatch Just wondering if it's snatch balance necessary to do. My left shoulder is very uncomfortable when I do them, it hurts and snaps my rotator cuffs. Need some thoughts about this. thanks. :)
