I need some help with my goal

As of right now, i bench 285 and squat 430 at the beginning of spring. My goal is to, by the end of summer, bench 315 and squat 500. A) is this a reasonable goal B) if so, what are some tips to reach that goal.

Hook grip

Hey I was wondering if you guys use hook grip on any other pulling or pushing exercises besides cleans. Also with cleans do you keep the hook grip throughout the whole thing or do you slide out the thumb with the jerk.

Is it necessary to do snatch balance to get stronger snatch ?

AFAIK Oly lifters doesn't do overhead squat (unless it's a complex) and still they have a strong snatch Just wondering if it's snatch balance necessary to do. My left shoulder is very uncomfortable when I do them, it hurts and snaps my rotator cuffs. Need some thoughts about this. thanks. :)
