Elbow, Bicep, Shoulder pain

I have practiced the Snatch, Clean and jerk and after that i felt pain in my joints and bíceps (left arm). It has been a week and the pain wont go away eventhough i havent train Cj, sn for the last wẻek Any idea?

Shoe Heel Height?

Is a 20kg clean jump possible in a month?

So i am starting up olympic lifting since highschool again. I trying to break my old highschool max goal of 100kg for cleans i got close with 95 kg. But im am currently maxing around 80kg.
