Should you stop taking a multi?

This is going to be long, and it is based on the previous, controversial thread regarding multivitamins. It presents the science. If you are going to be immature about it by formulating your opinions on the topic via VV's demeanor then feel free not to post. If you would like to refute the science,...

which is harder, losing fat or gaining muscle?

i've personally done both, and i think that gaining muscle is harder. to gain muscle, you need to be consistent in hitting the gym, getting in enough of the right nutrients, and properly timing your meals throughout the day. although much of the above also applies to someone who wants to lose...

Intermittent Fasting, anyone else do this?

After doing a some research on this, I've come to the conclusion that, while in a fasting state, the body uses stored energy which is your fat reserves effectively burning fat. Is it because if I have any sort of calories in my body, my body will use that as energy? I also understand fat is...

Fat looks more obvious on keto?

So I know you deplete glycogen on keto and therefore drain your body of water mostly from the muscles and whatnot. I was wondering why my body fat though is more noticable now though? Mia that because reduced muscle size leads to the muscles not spreading out the body fat as much and my muscles...

Protein shakes

I buy one after a run in my super market. it is ready to drink, you can buy one in the refrigerator or just on the shelf. I heard whey protein only lasts for 20 mins so am I wasting my money on something that has lost its value? Or has it got an ingredient in it that gives it long life?
