protein suggestion

Hi guys, i'm searching a protein (blend?) for breakfast, 2-3 hours before the workout. i use 2 type of protein, 1 vegetarian and 1 from milk or other sources (no beef) hi take proteins for breakfast and as snack the afternoon. some suggestion?

cheat meal
