Did anyone follow Kris Gethin's 12 week training?

I just wanted some clarification on the nutrition side of things, I didn't really understand. I'm aware of the eating every 2-3 hours and the foods to buy. But when it comes to the meals im unsure about amount of carbs and fats that should be ingested. I know about a gram of protein for every pound...

calories counts for recipes on this website

Hey everyone, First time poster. Do you all find the calorie and macronutrient counts for recipes on this site fairly accurate? For example, I saw a recipe for a single serving of a pudding-skim milk-whey powder concoction that called for 2 cup of skim milk IIRC. Calorie count was listed as...

Do you BEEF-up with BEEF? Where's YOUR BEEF?

Do you have a beef with beef? or do you love the stuff? Personally, I have been eating so much chicken without really considering alternatives, other than a steak here or there or some tuna. It gets boring. Anyway, yesterday I cooked up a couple kilos of extra lean ground beef seasoned with...

Thoughts on strength plan

curious as to how y'all feel about this lifting plan. I personally do not feel that it is optimal. This is my offseason lift. Keep in mind I am a D1 baseball player so this was designed by our strength and conditioning coach.

Is it really necessary to ever stop bulking? (in my situation at least)

I started lifting regularly exactly a year ago (started at 138 lbs now I'm at 166 lbs). It's pretty hard for me to gain weight and eat a lot, so the bulk has been a bit of a challenge. The thing is, I made great gains with very minimal fat gain, so isn't it safe for me to just continue on a bulk...

Adding protein powder to brownie mix

I've been looking at the protein bar recipes, but wouldn't it be easier to just add whey protein to a cake batter or brownie mix? Does any one just add there protein powder to a shop bought brownie mix then bake it?

Is Rice and Pasta supposed to make you heavier?
