Checking macros

Currently bulking for 6 weeks, my weight went from 140.8 to 142.4-5. Weight is still fluctuating up and down, it gets to 144lbs on high days. I'm 18, 5'7. Current macros are 312c/156p/70f. Any changes should i make or am i good for now ?

Unhappy not even shredded

I was just calculating my calories etc and my average calorie intake is 1700 a day. To be on maintenance i need like 2180, i was shocked when i found that out. I know why i struggle to put on mass now, but why am i not totally shredded???? Since my average calorie intake is like 400 below...

Working away diet

I work away from home monday to froday and only have 20 a night food allowance and other than cheap pubs woth fried food and fast food restaurants theres not alot of healthy options for an evening meal and im desperate to eat clean. Any advice is welcome!
