First time building a diet based on BMR, need help in macros

hey guys, my is about 2200 cals and I have decent muscle mass and around 13/14% fat. I want to build a new diet based on those numbers.. I am going for the 1 gram of protein and 1 gram carbs per body pound, and going for this ratio in terms of macros 40% protein 30% fat 30% carbs
