Bulk or cut??

Ok heres the deal. Been lifting for about 2 years, went from 145 pounds to 207 pounds. My goal was to get to a fairly lean 220, however im not that lean now. Should i just bite the bullet and continue my bulk? Is my goal a reachable one at my current age? Any help appreciated
