Question Post workout nutrition before bed?

How should I go about post workout nutrition if I workout before bed? (Workout at 7:30pm, get home around 9pm, go to bed around 10-10:30pm) I don't want to consume a massive amount of calories right before bed (although I am bulking), so I need some suggestions please & thank you!
