Those who work at an office job all day, what do you eat while Bulking at work?

I work 10+ hours day at an office job now, and I'm finding it incredibly hard to find calories for my bulk. Not to mention, i go straight to the gym after work then straight to bed If i want a good 8 hours of sleep a night, so i can't stay up all night eating to catch up in calories

Question Will blending Soy Beans/Foods/Seeds/Beans with water/Milk remove protein?

Can't tell if I am consuming enough calories.

Currently eating 2400 cals weighing in at 98-100kg Its hard to tell if i am making bf% loss or just recomping. Im sitting at ~15% If i intend to hit 10-12% within the next few months should i just keep lowering the cals I seem to be able to eat 2400 or less pretty easily.
