Are these carbs good for me?

Recently my parents bought this huge box full of "Sunbites Grain waves", is it okay if I eat these? I've heard that there are good carbs and bad carbs, good carbs are usually brown, and these chips are kinda brown in color.. I'm confused.

Limit to how much glycogen liver can store?

Suppose a person eats 10000 calories of mostly carbs. Is there a limit as to how much glycogen the liver and muscles can store? In other words would it still take about 72 hours to reach ketosis assuming no calories are ingested during this period?
