If you're not eating Costco Rotisserie Chicken???

3lb chicken cost 4.99 2300 cals 100g of fat 300g of protein. Can hardly eat it all in 1 serving. Serve it with some bag salad. Add to whole wheat dinner rolls for 100g. Goodbye peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
