Dextrose in the morning ?

So the first thing that i put in my mouth in the morning is half dose whey and 30 grams of dextrose , 30 minutes after that i have breakfast , is that good or shall i leave the dextrose only post workout ? :)

Raw vs Roasted Chicken Breast Calories

Does 1 raw chicken burger(126kcal per 100g) contains the same amount of calories when roasted/grilled or does it contain less calories? It weighs ~ 65grams when grilled. Does it just lose water and keep the same macronutritien amount so it keeps the same amount of calories?
