Wheat & Dairy

I have good reasons that these food groups are causing me all kinds of issues.. Would would I need to do if I was to rid these both out of my diet? Would I lack any particular vitamin/mineral etc I just want to make sure so I then don't start to have other issues Thanks in advance

Ending a Cut

what's the best way to ease back into a bulk after finishing cutting? i ended at ~2000 calories and my plan was to add 100 calories each week. planning on bumping up to 2200 next week and so forth until i find out what my actual maintenance is, then stay 200-300 above that. i lean bulked that way...
