CALORIES TOO LOW? For a cut? advice needed*

Compensate for Fiber on a Bulk?

I keep seeing that 1g of fiber essentially negates 1g of carbs... so I'm wondering if we need to take that into account when tracking? i.e. if i consume 28g fiber in a day and im on a bulk, do i need to consume an extra 28g carbs to compensate?
