counting calories/macros

Just seeking opinions on whether you think it's possible to lose fat without counting calories or macros. Main reason for this is a post I read which said if you're eating good fats, proteins and carbohydrates with lots of veggies you won't exceed your calorie intake. Thoughts?

Is oat milk a good alternative to regular milk?

Losing weight instead of gaining on a bulk - macro help...

I've upped my calories to 2700 as I lost 0.2kg this week instead of gaining, previously I was on 2500. I'm using an app to track my calorie intake and I've set my macros to 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat which has brought me out at 270g carbs, 203g protein, 90g fat. Does this sound about right?...
