Cut Before Bulk????

I'm 6'3" 189 and have been lift for the last year. I used to be 260 lbs and have a lost a ton of weightleaving some excess skin. I measured by BF % the other day at Lifetime Fitness and the scale said 8.7%. I'm not sure if the InBody is reliable but still... should I keep cutting or start to bulk?

interrupted sleep and muscle gain.

so we all know sleep is important. right now im getting between 7-8 hours of sleep, but i wake up like 2-3 times in the morning to go to the bathroom and cant go back to sleep for like 5-10 min each. would this be detrimental? i feel fine in the morning (not the best but a bit fresh)
