What diet should I go for with out loosing too much weight and strength?

It's funny cause a few years back I loved being skinny, now I'm afraid of going back to being thin. I find myself obsessing over losing my muscle now..is this normal? I've just put so much work into my body that I'm scared of losing it, anyone else feel this way?
