Do you ever do barbell pullovers?

I never much cared for them, but did a lot of straight arm pulldowns. Really like pullover machines though. But tried pullovers with a barbell again this year and they seem to be working well. Guess I found the right ROM. I think in the past I was trying too hard on them.

After 7 years here I can finally come into the retirement home. Surgeries along the way, two micro discectomies within 6 weeks of each other, ORIF right radial head, MCL and ACL reconstruction just to name a few.

39 had enough of being the fat one

Problem lifting with wedding ring

Beat the presc drug world 5 yrs ago when I was overweight (and borderline on hypertension and per-diabetic). Changed my whole world around by diet/exercise and dropped to 160lbs and everything went back to normal till now. Gained 5lbs last month unexpectedly with no change in diet or exercise....

Set some PR's today, hyped!

This week is test week in my program, and first day went awesome. Set a new PR for Deadlift at 425lbs x3 reps, and a new PR for Strict OHP at 200lbs x3 reps. Left a little in the tank on DL, probably could've gotten 1-2 more reps, but the OHP PR was a legit 3rm , that 3rd rep took some work...

Lower back tightness

I have this when I sit or stand for long periods. I have tried a lot of different ways to loosen this up. I have noticed when I warm up on the elipticalit tends to go away could this be hamstring or hip flexor related. not painful just annoying.
