Things are different when you're fit.

I ripped my pants today and it was just one funny gym joke after another around the office regarding my ripped pants. Yet I have a feeling that if I was overweight, it would make people awkward or the jokes would be a little more mean spirited. Am I right?

Am I wasting my time for my goals?

I lift about 5x a week, I eat 1g/lb of body weight practically daily, yet I don't think I'm eating above calorie surplus. My goal is to grow muscle. I have gained about 25lb in weight in the past 6 months.
