I am 18 and playing college football. I am 6' 210 with about 12% bodyfat. I have been lifting for 4 years, the last year on 5x5. I am benching 325, squatting 410. im on da keto diet of 5 day low carb 2 day high carb diet following the dr.piqesdale metabolic diet book.
