What's more beneficial - forced reps, or going to positive failure?

I know forced reps are great for building size and strength, but I've recently read that completing each rep the same is also a good way. For example, the 5th rep should look like your first, and you should keep going until your form diminishes. So which is better - or should you incorporate both?

Anyway I can currently do 2 reps of 25KG on each side + the 20KG bar (25+25+20=75kg) and I feel like I could do much more but...

Boxing and Bodybuilding?

I really like Boxing and I really like bodybuilding too. I thought since I like both so much I would do them at the same time but the bulking side of things make these 2 sports contradict each other. Is it better to focus on 1 sport in different stages or will I be fine doing a slow bulk while...
