gone SUMO!

Changed my deadlift to sumo today first time I could deadlift heavy without feeling that snap city around the corner. Call me pussy but I am never going to do (at least for long time) Heavy conventional deads again. Rather have extra strong hips than slipped disk.

Unhappy gains issue

iv been going to the gym for 2 years now and i have got stronger but havnt put on any muscle! im 6ft 2 and away to turn 17 my two training partners started with me and we all lift the same weight, but they have been able to add size along with strength. how do i add size?

Chest looking weird

Is a 8RM test less taxing on CNS than 1RM?

Hey guys, im currently doing a PPL split twice a week. I think i will do a deload every 8th week. But i was recommended by a guy do avoid testing 1RM on a deload, and rather test a weight that should yield about 8 reps. Is this less taxing on the CNS?
