Teenage bench press

So when should I start carb loading when I want to look massive for a day? So for example, I want to look really jacked on carbs for example next week wednesday, when should I start eating a ton of carbs in a short period of time?

Question Muscle regain speed after a cut?

So I was wondering. I've red somewhere that you regain muscle that you once had but lost at a 3.13x faster rate. Does this also apply to muscle lost on a cut by restricting calories? Or just lost muscle by not training for months?

Do rows help with pullups?
