How can this be real?

I don't know what's happening in my gym. Most guys here are working out for like 2 months and have managed to get 2 inches bigger biceps? Is that even possible naturally? PS I just need to know your opinions if they are taking something illegal or not.

No such thing as slow gains, only harder to gain!

No such thing as gains becoming slower after a year of working out. It only happens because people aren't training with high intensity and balls to the wall ****. Muscle after a year will be harder to gain. What I'm going to do is work out every muscle group twice a week.
