Losing weight for no reason ?!?

So summer is here and I am outdoors more than before but I still eat around 3300-3400 cal a day... I was eating around 4000 to gain weight but now at 3400 im losing it. Im 188cm and 74kg After half year of gym (started with 55kg so I know I am brutal ectomorph) And I lost my life to get that...

Should I continue to bulk or cut this summer?

How to thicken the lower part of your arms?

It looks like I don't even lift because I almost always have a shirt on and all people can see is the lower part of your arms and mine are skinny af. Any reccomendations or special exercises to help this? I have a photo attatched showing how skinny the bottom is compared to the top of my arms

Help with asymmetrical physique/contractions

As you can see, my right pec is smaller but the lat is larger. I stick to Dumbbells whenever I do anything chest and I have a really hard time getting the same contraction in my right pec like I get in the left. I'll even do them individually and slowly to make sure I can fully focus but no luck....

I need help with my routine.

I was wondering if I should alternate lifting and cardio days with intense cardio. Or should I do light cardio every day except the weekends and lift every other day so that my muscle rest? Just ask if you need anymore clarification.
