Another set, or more sleep?

Hi I'm 17, and I have a schedule which I have to go straight from practice to the gym, and often have to choose between that extra set, or supplementary muscle group or 8 hours of sleep. I often choose to do the sets and get around 7- 7.5 hr of sleep. Counter productive? Thank guys

lift heavy but my body still looks like crap

I am actually 20 btw. I weigh 195 lbs and i am 5'10, my bench max is 350 for 1 rep and i squat 320. I can also do 21 pullups without stopping.
