Question Where to go from bulking?

I've been "Bulking" for 2 and a half year now I say "Bulking" because i don't really have a diet just rice, chicken, eggs protein shakes and repeat , I've gained some good mass but I'm afraid i'm gonna get jason genova'd where do i go from here?

elbow hurting all the sudden

I skipped going to the gym due to school the whole month of june and started again around july 3 and now today my elbow just started to hurt when benching. The spot when you make an l you can like poke at it. I kept the weight I lifted around what i did before i stopped so idk whats going on.

Exclamation Should I increase weight after every OTHER workout?

Lifting the weight is getting difficult, my goal is 8 reps but I'm only able to do 6 reps so I'm always going lighter. Should I just increase the weight after every other workout? What do you do?
