Protein after Body Weight workout??

Hey guys like after multiple sets of push ups, pull ups, jump squats, ect.... like at home. Would eating protein afterwards help or be necessary? Because I'm too busy to hit the gym but I want some more muscle and lose a little fat too. I know bw exercise ain't the best bulking up routine but...

Estimate my BF%

I already made a post in the "estimate my BF%" sub thread, but only one person responded and I was looking for more feedback for obvious reasons. I'm 17, almost 18. 170 lbs. 5 ft 11 in. Both pictures are flexing. The other guy guessed 12-13% btw.

iifym calories not right?

so if I enter my information on iifym it says that I should be gaining on around 3000 calories a day ... i am 18.. I weigh 71kg and im about 5 foot 7/8 ... anyways I selected 1g per pound of bodyweight for protein and .5 grams per pound of bodyweight for fats .... if I eat this many calories a day...

Training muscle groups twice a week

How are my lifts so far ?

Im 15 and weigh 140lbs, been lifting for a good year now bench went from 90lbs to 205 lbs deadlift went from 135lbs to 315lbs squat (really weak) went from 115lbs to 245lbs this whole year ive been focusing on strength, so now im gonna focus more on size.

my left shoulder is way more defined than my right :S

I hate squatting

I dont know why but squatting with a bar just kills me, i get paranoid if i dont go low enough or my form is crappy. Is there any other exercises similar or should i just go along with it, hopefully improve along the way.

Do you do flat,incline,decline all on the same day? Or do you even include decline?

I have seen people do incline dumbell press on there back day, i have seen people skip decline, and i was wondering what do you do? I have read people saying decline is not that important. As well, if i do all three (flat bp,decline bp & incline dumbells) is 5x10 too much?

What's your favorite intermediate mass program?

Hi guys, been lifting for 3 years, currently around 81-82kg. My stats: DL 205KG, Squat 140KG, BP 115KG, OHP 70KG. I want to gain some extra mass until I start cutting in may. What program would you guys recommend? I'm possibly thinking of PPL or GVT.

Question My meds cause major weight gain, is this good?

So I'm taking Prozac, and it causes weight gain. I took it previously but got off of it. I experienced a 10 lb weight gain or so. Now that I started it again, will it benefit me since I'm bulking or not?

Unhappy Need serious help.

Biggest problem ever

I pinch my shouler blades, increase the weight, try incline, feet on the bench, elbows in, dumbells, elbows out, every grip. I bench 200 but I still have the worlds most pathetic chest. I have never felt pain in my chest ever. I have forwarded shoulders. Help? Been lifting for like 8 months

Question Bulk or cut?

Bicep Size

I'm 17 years old, weigh about 202-205, and am 6'2.5. I have 15 inch biceps no flex, and 16.5 flexed. I feel like this is small, but that may just be my complex speaking lol. What would be a good size for me to work towards if I intend to weight around 215-220 during next year(my senior year)?

Lack of Progress?
