Unhappy Lost weight need help!!

I am 28, 202lbs and 5"11. I lost 40 lbs in 3 months and now I still feel fat. I do muscle exercise, but still my skin feel "loose". I run for 3p mins every morning and do weights and another 30 mins cardiovascular at night. I have bad manboobs that don't seem to go away! Any help

Exclamation fail bulk

hey im starting to bulk but i lost 5 pounds instead. im eating about 2500 calories a day . i need meal examples please. its hard for me to get in a calorie surplus. what are some high calorie meals. also can i take creatine on offdays? im on icf 5x5 routine . i want to build muscle fast.

Chest Definition?

I've been trying to critique my physique and identify bits I really need to work on and have a question to ask. HELP! frustrated and do not know what to do, cant see any progress
