I know training a muscle twice a week is superior to once a week. In about a month and a half I'm going to be switching to a strength phase in my training. I don't have the perfect diet right now, going light in the gym as well - about 10 mins of medium intensity cardio and 45 mins of weight lifting. I just wanted to know if it is possible to lose weight while not eating the right stuff but staying under your calorie(1800) and fat(60) limit?
