Anyway i mixed 2 1/2 scoops with 16oz of milk and it was sooo thick that it just didnt seem right, the taste alone wasnt great, but ok i guess but the thickness was too much and i just could not drink it!!<br />
<br />
Is this normal?? <br />

How do you guys take your weight gainers (those of you that do use them) <br />
<br />
Iam aware making my own would be cleaner but its not convenient for me at this moment in time!!</div>
