I see all these female bodybuilders in magizines but in ALL the articles they never mention the amount of weight they use to get that way. They just mention the amount of reps/sets and moves. I'm courious I knjow you can't get that big/toned by using just 10lbs.. any insight on the amount of weight I might need to push to look like that?

I use 40-50lbs on db presses
125-145 bench
185-225 squats
20-30lbs lunges DB

20-25lbs curls
50-70bb curls
90-100 tri press downs
40-45lbs military db press

110-120 lat pull downs
90-110 low rows

you get the idea. I have been lifting for 10 yrs but I am only 25 and all natural. Just hard work and good genetics. I have my pics posted in the nutrition and diet section. I'm competing in July. I hope that helps, but it's all diet for the lovely lean look which I'm working on now.

Wow. From your feedback, I'm lifting same range as you, if not some movements a little bit heavier.. So I guess now it's just a matter of time. I am very caucious of what I eat and understand its 50-50 split with trainig and diet. Thank you so much. I guess it should take me another hard year of work to get where I would like to be
