First of all, I wanna thanks Millenium Sport and spaceclown for giving me the chance to review their brand new product, which seems pretty solid with an outstanding ingredient profile. I'll do my best to give the bb.com crew the most accurate and unbiased feedback possible of the product! There we go:


Beginning stats:

Weight: 240pounds
Height: 6'3''
Bodyfat: ~12%

Biceps: 17.5''
Forearms: 14.25''
Calves: 18''
Thighs: 28''
Waist: 36.5''


Diet:

I'll be eating 4500-4700cals/day during the 4 weeks of this Log, with at least 350g of protein and drinking between 1.5-2 gallons of water ed.


Main goal:

My main priority is to gain mass, but I'd like to gain some strenght without injuring myself and bring my bench press to 315 x 10 at the end of this log. I'm now repping 315 x 8, so I think it's achievable in 4 weeks!!!

Evaluation of the product:

I think I'll receive the product by the end of next week and I'll first evaluate the packaging, the smell, the taste and the mixability.

Then, after my first workout using it, I'll give my opinion about Energy, Endurance, Strenght and Focus.

More to come when I receive it, can't wait to ROK!!!

The postman came earlier this morning and leave a delivery notice at my door... dammit! I was sleeping!!! :( The indications tell me to pick it up tomorrow after 1PM, but I'll try tonight after 5... hope it'll be there already!!! I'm not 100% sure it's the Ragnarok, because I'm waiting for a shirt too, but I think it is!!!!

Damn!!! I just went to pick up my package, but the postman hadn't leave it there yet, and the guy told me that I'll have to wait till tomorrow 3pm... but since I work from 6:30pm to 9:30pm tomorrow and that my gym closes at 10, I'll will not use it tomorrow neither, so my first dose should be Wednesday morning, then another one at night before workout! :cool:

Till then, I'm enjoying following other Ragnarok logs!

So I just picked up a box at the post office...oh wait, what's the label on top?

MILLENNIUM SPORT TECHNOLOGIES

"Can't wait to be back home", I was telling myself driving back!

Then I opened the box, and 2 letters were there... Awesome! I wanna thank you for the time and effort you put in there, very well done, very professional!

So here we go for my first impressions:

Packaging: 10/10 Wow! An awesome looking container (I love black) with a shinning label in the tones of red and yellow... looks very good!

Smell: 8/10 The smell is pretty good, a subtle fruit smell I'd say... It reminds me of fruit punch Crystal Light's smell

Mixability:9/10 CONSIDERING IT CONTAINS GMS With 6oz of cold water, it dissolved like nothing! No clumps, great texture, only the Glycerol was left in suspension, but I can't drop my note because of that... GMS is GMS, and a product that mixes great is a product that mixes great... and RAGNAROK is definitively one.

Taste: 2/10 WITH 6 OUNCES OF WATER Ok now... I have to be honnest and I'll be... I put 6oz of cold water in my shaker bottle, then drop a cup of RAGNAROK into it... Drank a little... and Damn! It tastes like water with a bitter aftertaste... no fruit flavor at all.

I specified that its with 6oz of water tho, so tomorrow I'll try using only 4oz of cold water and make another review about the taste. If there's anything you'd like me to experiment, feel free to ask I'm always open minded about suggestions!

I'm going to train legs in 20minutes, I'll update later! It's now been about 15min since I drank it and I'm already feeling the nootropic effect, I'm more focused than 30min ago... awesome.

I got the same worry. I just measure it as a flat top fill. Doesnt look like theres much in there but its very deceiving.

Day 1 - Leg Training high-reps


Today's Experience:

I'm back from the gym, and I'm must say I'm impressed for day 1!

the RAGNAROK kicked in within about 20min of drinking it and I became very focused and ready to hit the gym! My energy levels increased a good bit, since I was a bit tired before taking it, but right after I became more energized/motivated. I did sets of 20-25reps, but the burn wasn't as present as it habitually is, even if the pump was insane!

Only downside, not related to Ragnarok tho: I started to feel a slight pain in my right knee after the 1st set of squat, which I haven't felt for 3 weeks now :( I think I'll stop doing Leg-Extensions for warm-up, as I feel they're making more harm than good... I'll do a 10min bike run instead, I'm sure it'd be better...


Dosage:

I took 1 scoop 30min before hitting the gym, on an empty stomach, with 6 oz of cold water + 16oz right after.


Today's Workout:

Leg-extensions: 120 - 3x20 (warm-up)

Lying Leg-Curls: 150 - 2x20, 1x15

ATG Squats: 225 1x5 (had to stop because of my knee... :( )

Seated Leg Curls: 185 1x20, 1x15

Seated Calf Raises: 4 sets to failure (30 sec rest between sets) @ 100lbs



Evaluation of RAGNAROK today:

Strenght:n/a Difficult for me to say, since I'm training legs with high reps/ light weights because of my knee...

Energy: 7/10 Good energy, but not as much as I've had thought... I'll be taking 2 scoops/day on training days starting tomorrow ( 1 scoop first thing in the morning, 1 scoop 30min pre-workout)

Endurance: 8/10 Endurance was good, I was able to complete the majority of my sets, even in the 20-25 rep-range.

Pump: 10/10 I don't remember my hams being so pumped! but it was also the first time I started with hamstrings (beside warm-up), I normally always start with quads. Anyway, pump was pretty intense!

Focus & Drive: 9/10 The best effect for me today was the focus it gave me right after drinking it (~15min after). I should've studied or read a book no problem, even if I was tired before taking it! Awesome! :D

Side Effects: None.

So far it seems solid, but I have to give the product more time to kick in!

Thanks for the precision Matt! As for the knee, he is painful since last summer... I was doing too much weight on the Leg-Extensions in low-reps... what a mistake! I'll never do leg-extension sets of less than 20 reps again.

Maybe I should take this into consideration. I use 150Lbs. for 3x5 on leg extensions. Never had any problems yet but I am definitely going to start watching it.

I am ancious to see how the two scoops at diferent times of the day works out for you. I love it. I live for my morning doses of ROK now. I am so focused in the mornings at work.

Second review of RAGNAROK CRUSHING PUNCH FLAVOR w/ 3oz of cold water:

Just took my 2nd serving of RAGNAROK, first thing in the morning, 15min before my shake + breakfast....

I used only 3oz of cold water this time, but unfortunately, the taste is the same as yesterday... I'd give the flavoring system a 2/10, and I'm being generous here. Maybe it's a bad flavor batch, I don't know, but it tastes nothing like fruit. It smells great tho, but like I said yesterday, the taste is like water with a very bitter aftertaste. I think it needs to have sweetener/flavor added in order to taste a bit better :)

Don't get me wrong tho, I don't try to knock down the product, as it seems to be very solid and the taste isn't a major concern for me, in fact I don't care as long as the supp works! Right now, only 12min after taking it, I'm started to be more focused... it's pretty weird!! never so far I've used a supp that I feel that fast! The quickest-acting supp I've had use before RAGNAROK was **** Primed, which I was feeling within about 20min of taking it.

Today is an OFF day, so I'll update later about my energy levels and if there's anything you'd like to know, throw your questions in here and I'll be happy to answer!

It never healed completely... I have a little bump under the knee cap and it starts to hurt sometimes when doing heavy exercises... I think I'll go see the doc after Christmas, maybe it's my ligament...

I'd normally have give this product a good 8 to 8.5/10, but since it tastes nothing like waterlemon, I give it a 7. Don't get me wrong tho, the taste is pretty good, a little sour (sour ice tea??!!!), but not watermelon! The only product that I think tastes better than Primed is Xceed, but its more a CEE product than an energizer...

So far, good impressions on **** Primed, but we'll see the results...

Yeah I perfectly understand that... and like I said before I wasn't trying to knock the ROK down... I'm just being honest here :) but I HIGHLY doubt that the tub I've got doesn't have added swetener, 'cause it has literally NO taste... and I'm not kidding, it really tastes like plain water with aftertaste. Anyway, I've reviewed the taste and I'm about to worry about something else, since there's no doubt in my mind that this product will kick some serious a$$!!!

Day 2


Today's Experience:

Today was an OFF day, I've only slept for about 6.5 hours last night because of my job, but I'll catch up on sleep during the holidays! My diet was pretty good today, so far I've ate about 3500 cals and there's 2 meals left, I'll easily reach the 4500 mark.

I took the ROK first thing this morning and it fully kicked in in about 30min, which is pretty good. ...and man! The focus was INTENSE!!! I was feeling a bit tired this morning because of the lack of sleep, but the ROK kicked my ass and gave me plenty of energy that only started to fade at 2pm!!!!! :eek: :eek:

can't wait to take 2 scoops of it tomorrow! Back day baby!!! :D


Dosage:

1 level-scoop first thing in the morning - 8am (energy lasted till 2pm)


Today's Workout:

OFF DAY



Evaluation of RAGNAROK today:

Strenght: n/a

Energy: 8/10

Endurance: n/a

Pump: n/a

Focus & Drive: 10/10 The absolute best part of it so far!!! :D

Side Effects: None.

Just a quick update to tell you that I haven't had time to workout today, since I got a call telling me that I'm not gonna work till December 29th, so I drove back to my house, where I haven't been at for 2 months ½ now!

Sorry about that, I'll train back in Shock week tomorrow and update that log!!!!!!! Can't wait to feel the pump :D

My back training was GREAT!!!!!!!! I saw some vascularity going in my lats, I was pretty happy :D

And hell yeah, it feels good to be at home!!! I'll go at my gf's house during 2 days too, so everything is going pretty well so far! :)

Following is my back training, I'll be hitting ARMS Hard tomorrow! :D

Day 4


Today's Experience


I trained back yesterday and wow!!!! I'm in shock week and damn that training was intense!! I could feel the pump in my lats and traps like never before! Whey I looked in the mirror I saw a great vascularity going in the bottom of my lats... awesome :D

Focus was top notch another time, it sometimes hard to believe how much a supplement can affect your focus and drive in the gym!!! RAGNAROK is definately the best one I've used for that matter so far!

Endurance was slighty better too, I completed my supersets with more ease than before and the burn in my back wasn't as painful as it usually is... now I can imagine how its gonna be in a week or two :eek: :D



RAGNAROK Dosage:


1 level-scoop first thing in the morning -
1 level-scoop on an empty stomach 30min pre-workout


Today's Workout:


Seated Rows 210 - 2x12
SUPERSET w/
Barbell Rows 225 - 1x10, 1x9

Chin-up bw - 1x13, 1x11
SUPERSET w/
Pulldowns 185x9, 170x11

T-Bar Rows: 135x12

Barbell Shrugs: 315 3x15 with one second hold at the top




Evaluation of RAGNAROK:


Strenght: 8/10 pretty good for a shock training!

Energy: 9/10 nice boost of energy, no crash :)

Endurance: 9/10 very good, way better than last week!

Pump: 10/10 Better pump in my lats/traps so far I think... :eek:

Focus & Drive: 10/10 still the absolute best part of it so far!!!

Side Effects: None.

Gotta go watch the Canadiens - Bruins game... Go Montreal!!! ;)

How has recovery/DOMS been?

Recovery is pretty fast right now, but it's hard to say if its because of the RAGNAROK, since I'not even taking it for a full week yet... As for DOMs, I'm not sore the day after, but I rarely am... maybe the 6-7 scoops of ON Whey Gold I take everyday helps a lot? It contains a great amount of BCAA's...

Yeah I perfectly agree for the drive, it's insane! But I'm also feeling a lot more focused when I take it, like I could study biology for hours or read Anabolics 2006 in one shot!! ... ok, I think I could even without the ROK, but you get the idea ;)

I woke up earlier this morning, since we have a family party at my grand-parent's house this afternoon, with a big lunch with turkey, ham, sausage, cold meats.... etc! its gonna be awesome ;) :D

So I woke up at 8 and took my first dose of Ragnarok on en empty stomach. I jumped and ran a bit in circle in my room to help with the absorption and 30 min after I was feeling like tearing the gym apart!!! I must say I love training guns tho ;)

So I went ahead and had an AWESOME workout! I started with biceps, doing 2 supersets of reverse incline alt. db curls and standing alt. db curls, then hammer curls and concentration curls. I finished with a superset of Rope pressdowns and Close-Grip bench... the pump was out of this world!

My strenght was surprisingly high, so I increased the weights and still were able to complete my sets! (of 8-10 reps) Endurance was pretty nice too, a lot less lactic acid than normal in my biceps! The ROK is really kicking in at this point I think, I'm lovin' it! :D


RAGNAROK Dosage:


1 level-scoop first thing in the morning -
I'll take another one 30min before tonight Christmas meal.


Today's Workout:

reverse alternate dumbell curls - 33 2x12 with a nice stretch and 2 seconds hold at the top to really feel the muscle, MMC was great!
SUPERSET w/
standing alternate dumbell curls - 47 1x12, 53 1x10

hammer curls 47 - 2x10
SUPERSET w/
concentration curls 29 - 1x10, 1x9, full stretch

Rope Pressdown - 100 1x16, 110 1x13
SUPERSET w/
Close-Grip Bench Press - 225 1x10, 1x11



Evaluation of RAGNAROK:


Strenght: 9/10 very good

Energy: 9/10

Endurance: 9/10 very good too

Pump: 10/10 Again, great pump in my arms!

Focus & Drive: 10/10 you know what I think about that ;)

This product stacks perfectly with C5. Thats the only reason (besides cost) the C5 ingredients were left out.. So ya have to buy both.

Hello everyone! I'm back from my 3-day trip and ready to hit the gym!!!!

I took 1 dose of RAGNAROK first thing in the morning for the past 3 days, I've taken a lot of protein (solid and shakes), I've got a lot of rest.... and I'm feeling damn great!!!!

I'm gonna head to the gym in a few minutes and I'll be doing a full body for today, only because I haven't trained in the past 4 days... so I'm gonna do:

-Flat Bench Press (4 sets)
-Overhead tricep extensions (3 sets)
-Chin-up (4 sets)
-EZ-Bar Curls (4 sets)
-Side db lateral raises (3 sets)
-Squats (4 sets)

Tomorrow I'll be training Back/Traps/calves...

Any water retention that you can tell? This looks like something I may have the wife try to increase her intensity in the gym to loose weight. But she doesn't want to retain any water if she can help it. Women are funny that way....ya know?!

Hey bro! Its been a long time! Sorry I haven't had enough spare time to stop by bbb.com before the holidays, I was pretty busy working 60+hours/week with school + my 2 jobs...

As for the ROK, you're right it is a badass supp... seriously. The focus/drive and endurance/lactic acid buffering effect are better than with anything I've tried so far. The only downside is that I don't care much about the taste, but isn't a big deal and its only a matter of preference...

I don't retain any water so far with RAGNAROK, it may be good for your wife, but make sure she doesn't start with more than ½ scoop because this stuff is pretty potent... If I don't consume enough carbs in the day and I take my second dose on an empty stomach before workout, I become kind of jittery... but if she's looking into something to increase her drive in the gym, it'll surely do the trick!

Day 10 - Fullbody in 8-12 rep range


Today's Experience:

So I arrived at home at 4pm after a 3-day trip at my gf's house in a beautiful region called Les Laurentides. There are 3 big skiing station and many beautiful mountains there, with the snow in the trees and Christmas lights everywere it was beautiful...

Each day I was there I took 1 scoop of the ROK first thing in the morning, and like usually my energy levels and FOCUS were incredible till 1 or 2pm... this stuff is fckin' addictive!!! I can't imagine how tired I'd have been yesterday after sleeping only about 4 hours in the night... (its my new gf...ya know ;)) but the ROK kept me going through the trip back home and I was feeling great!

When I arrived, I eat some Oats + a protein shake, then hit the gym for a fullbody workout. The verdict: it was ****ty :(

Even if I was eating very well during the past 3 days, the lack of carbs (about 200g/day, when I usually eat 400+) was evident... My endurance was suffering, same thing for my strenght. My energy levels weren't optimal either, since I took the ROK with food because the gym is closing earlier for the Holidays. The pump was excellent tho, so I tried to not focus much on charges and more on MMC...

I had to cut it short since I became jittery after about 45minutes, I needed carbs fast... so I downed a shake + 100g of malto and I felt fine... Oh well, I'll do better tomorrow, that's for sure!



ROK Dosage:

1 level-scoop first thing in the morning -
1 level-scoop 30min before workout WITH FOOD :(



Today's Workout:

Flat bench press: 135x15, 225 - 1x12, 1x10, 1x8 :( endurance was zero

Overhead tricep extensions: 80 - 3x12

Chin-up: bw - 1x12, 2x10

Incline db curls - 47.5 - 1x11, 1x10... right there I think I'd puke... no energy at all, so I skipped side db lat raises and squat, since I'm 100% I'd have been sick...

but like I said before, after a good 100g of carbs everything was okay...



Today's Evaluation of the ROK:


Strenght: 7/10 so-so...

Energy: 7/10 ^^same thing

Endurance: 5/10 ****ty! I fully realized the purpose of carbs... I simply need em

Pump: 10/10 As usual, great pump!

Focus & Drive: 10/10 after 10 days on the ROK, the focus/drive effect haven't faded yet, which is pretty awesome! Hope it'll continue, I love it! :D

Side Effects: Since I was tired (and maybe because of the mix with food, I wasn't feeling very good... kind of jittery/nausea

Day 11 - I was supposed to train back/traps...


Today's Experience:

I ate a sh|tload of carbs in the past 2 days, at least 500g each day and my energy levels are back to normal! "I'm finally ready to hit the gym, and to hit it HARD!!!" I was telling myself this afternoon at work...

So I headed to the gym at 9:30pm since I arrived from work at 7:30, then eat then wait 1hour, then take my 2nd dose of RAGNAROK.

I enter the parking to find that all the lights are shut inside the gym, which is usually 24/7... So I headed to the door and read the notice: The gym is open from 8pm to 8am from December 23rd to January 2nd... :(

So I drove back home and did 4 sets of 20 push-up with a controlled motion, as well as crunches and reverse crunches... damn holidays, I hate when the gym is closed!!!!!!!!!



ROK Dosage:

1 level-scoop first thing in the morning -
1 level-scoop 30min before hypothetic workout



Today's Workout:

Some push-ups, some abs work.... nothing special really :(


Today's Evaluation of the ROK:


Strenght: n/a so-so...

Energy: 10/10 pretty good... but nothing to use it on

Endurance: 9/10 pretty good too on ab work...

Pump: n/a Hard to really tell with what I did...

Focus & Drive: 10/10 FOCUS...again, this is the best part!

Side Effects: none to report so far.

lol sorry sorry, I forgot that part ;) It was awesome, even if I cheated for the first time in more than 1.5 year drinking some beers and shooters... I didn't get wasted, but I did have a feeling for sure. My alcohol tolerance is down to Zero after so much time without it, and I plan to continue that way! Diet was on track tho, so I try to not worry too much!!!

I went in a bar party where I bounce, with my gf and all the staff... I was glad I didn't work!!! I paid some drinks to other doormen tho, since I was telling myself "it's NYE for them too!" :) A little special since we aren't allowed to drink while working there, and it's okay that way.

At 2am I was fckin' tired, as were my gf, so we headed to her house near the bar... and I was even more tired yesterday morning lol Oh well, the nights are often busy when it's a new relationship ya know?! ;)

Bottom line it was a pretty good NYE, and the first Christmas I didn't get too nostalgic since my mothers death (Dec 21st, 2000) and I'm kind of happy about that.

Gotta go to the gym, and since we're Tuesday I'll train Chest/delts and back/traps tomorrow, then Legs on Friday and Arms on Saturday! Rep-Range week baby!!!!

I'll throw in some bi/tri work today tho, since I haven't perform a full arms workout since almost 1 week...

Day 14 - Chest/delts/arms in REP RANGE week!


Today's Experience:

So today I woke up at 10, fully rested and minded like never to hit the gym! I was thinking that the schedule was returning to normal today, but I was wrong....

So I headed to the gym at 12pm to face a closed door, with a writing telling that it only opens at 3pm... So I waited till 3, then my gym partner who was working MSN me to tell me to wait him for the training.... but he finished only at 7PM. So I took a nap and waited for him, only to being told that he would take the day off finally... I was damn pissed, but I took my dose of RAGNAROK , put some Rise Against in my mp3 player then headed to the gym!

The focus and the drive were more intense than usually, plus the energy rush was amazing! I could fell I was going to have one of the best workout in a long time!

And man, wow!!!! :D What a great workout I had! I usually start with Chest on chest/delts day, but I decided to switch things up and start by delts today, to put more energy toward my shoulders since it's one of my worst bodypart...

So I started with Smith machine military press, then side db lat raises and finished blasting em with bent-over raises.... the pump was insane!!! Then after taking a break of about 5min to watch the end of the 3rd period of the TB Lightning vs Mtl Canadiens on TV, I was ready to hit the chest, and to hit it hard! Started with Smith machine incline bb press, then decline bb press and finally some weighted dips. AFter that, I finished my workout by 2 isolation moves in superset for my arms, rev. incline alt. db curls SS w/ tricep pushdowns, 3 sets of 12-15 each!

Even after only 2 exercices, my arms were so pumped I had to measure them when I'm back at home and they broke the 18"!!! :D

I was friggin' happy!!!

Focus & Drive: 10/10 as always... :D

bottom line, todays workout was amazing and I'm glad I'm finally back to my normal schedule! Tomorrow's back/traps day!!!!

I was a bit tired before taking the ROK, but the energy came slowly after drinking it and 30min after I was ready to hit the weights. Endurance was pretty good, as was the pump. The energy wasn't at its peak tho, oh well it happens sometimes...

Today's Evaluation of the ROK:

Endurance: 9/10 Endurance was very good, even if I didn't feel as energized as usual

Pump: 10/10 :D

Focus & Drive: 8/10 For the first time since on the ROK, the focus and drive weren't as good as other days... Do I slowly get used to the effect, or does the effect is starting to fade? Only time will tell...

Side Effects: none.

I'll take tomorrow OFF I think, and I'll be back on Friday to hit the legs!

Hell yeah buddy! I took the day off, except for some abs work/pushups to keep the blood flowing ;)

And since I was bouncing at the bar yesterday night till almost 4am, I only woke up at 12 today then headed to the restaurant with my gf where I ate a big 10oz grilled steak with fresh potatoes and salad... delicious! Then we took the afternoon off, before going to the sushi shop where I ate like crazy! Add 4 scoops of whey plus the ROK and I think it's a pretty good Off day :D

Maybe yesterday I'd have say yes, but the focus was very good today after my dose of RAGNAROK! I took it at 12 upon waking up on an empty stomach and the effect kicked in in about 15minutes! Awesome! I hope the focus will remain that good!

Update later, Legs day baby! I hope the 2 weeks off of legs will have helped my knee healing... I'll let out the Leg Extensions and I'll start right away with deep squats with only 135 pounds, for 2-3 nice warm-up sets. I hope it'll do the trick...

Today's WO was ****ty, I had a headache and wasn't in the mood... In fact, I got a call this afternoon telling me that my best friend's brother has died yesterday in a car accident, he was only 19... I gotta drive back home after work at the bar at 3am to be with him during the weekend, it must be very hard for him and his parents...

I'll take time later to summarize today's Workout (legs) and I'll update from home and try to hit arms tomorrow in another gym. I don't want the log to suffer from this so I'll do all I can to still be able to train and let my problems at the door, after all the gym is the only place where I feel good when things aren't going well...

Thanks again to everyone. I'm just back to my apartment, I had no choice but to drove back since school semester is starting tomorrow.

I went to the funerals Saturday and Sunday, it was very sad :( His hockey and football team were both present to share their prayers with him and his family...

I still was able to train on Saturday night, since my friend was with his parents and I think its important to take time together when something like that happens, so I'll be updating my log tonight before bed.

School semester was starting this morning, so I spent the entire day at University and I'm going there again tonight to train Chest!

And since my schedule is a lot less busy than before the Holidays, I think I'll be back to a 5-day split instead of a 4, with a bit more volume....

I'll go more with the "feeling", but I'll keep using the PRRS method guidelines. I mean I'll still basically do a week of Strenght (4-6 rep range, except for arms and delts, for which I'll do 8-10 reps), a week doing sets between 8-15 reps and finally a "SHOCK" week where I'll be doing mostly supersets, but no isolation movements before compound.

Since they're one of my weakest bodypart, I'll train biceps twice/week, but only with 2 lights exercices on Monday after delts. As for the Arms day on Thursday, I'll alternate between bi and tri exercices to avoid using all my energy for one of the two

Monday.......Delts/Biceps
Tuesday......Chest
Wednesday..OFF
Thursday.....Biceps/Triceps
Friday.........Legs
Saturday.....OFF
Sunday........Back

Day 16 - Legs = ****ty WO


My Experience:

Like I wrote in an earlier post I received a call in the late afternoon telling my that my best friend's brother has died the day before in a car accident, so I wasn't really in the mood and I was really stressed as I didn't know if I'd be able to be with my friend during the week-end because of my 2 jobs...

I still took the ROK and headed to the gym, but I got a terrible headache and I had the nausea so I cut it short... I'm kind of depressed because I can't seem to be able to have a real good Leg workout right now... I haven't had one since last August and it pisses me off... It all started when my right knee started to hurt, and when I thought it was okay, the left one started acting over... I'm gonna go see the doc to know if there's anything I can do about that.


ROK Dosage:

1 level-scoop first thing in the morning -
1 level-scoop 30min before workout



Today's Workout:

Since I wasn't feeling very good I decided to do high volume/light weights/short rest to get a great deep pump... but like you'll see it wasn't exactly what I call a good WO :(

ATG Squats (slow tempo) 135lbs - 3x20 (no pain in my knee, great pump, great MMC there)

Lying Leg Curls 150lbs - 2x15 then things started to get worst...

I decided to go right to the seated calf machine since I was telling myself maybe it'd help feeling better to train a smaller group, then maybe I'd have been able to go back to thighs... I was wrong :(

Seated calf raises 125lbs - 2x12, 90lbs 2x20

At that point I think I'd puke so I went back to coatcheck...


Today's Evaluation of the ROK:


Strenght: n/a its hard to tell since I was doing high reps/low weights

Energy: 9/10 pretty good at the beginning... the ROK did its job here.

Endurance: 8/10 pretty good too, till I start to feel bad...

Pump: 10/10 Great pump both in my quads/hams

Focus & Drive: 2/10 was ****ty, but isn't the ROKs fault, but because my head was hurting so much and I was feeling jittery...

Side Effects: none related to the ROK

Saturday's Experience:

Nothing special to report here, I was very sad because of the death of my friend's bro and I had only sleep 4-4.5 hours in the night, so no need to say my energy levels weren't very good... but it was before taking the rok!


ROK Dosage:

1 level-scoop 30min before workout only

(I'd have take one upon waking up, but since I ws so tired I was feeling like I'd have puke....)



Saturday's Workout:

EZ-Bar Curls: 85x15, 155x7, 135 1x9, 1x7

Energy: 8/10 pretty good after taking my dose of RAGNAROK, this stuff really gets me goin'!!!

Endurance: 6/10 Not very good since I needed some sleep...

Pump: 10/10 My arms were BIG!!!! :D

Focus & Drive: 10/10 :cool:

Thanks man, you're right Millennium is one great company... their C5 is very good and citruvol, wow! I tried samples of both, plus Shred XS (coolest name ever too! :D ) and I was very pleased with each product!

Day 19 - Delts/Bi's - SHOCK


Today's Experience:

My throat started to hurt yesterday and this morning when I woke up I could barely swallow anything... so it kind of killed my appetite, but I managed to eat at least 4000kcals still... I hope things will get better tomorrow, my gf bought me some Cepacols and a spray to ease the pain, hope it'll do the trick...

First school day was pretty good, I missed the first class but its always annoying on the first day...

I took a nap from 6 to 7:30pm, then took the ROK and headed to the gym for a delts/bi wo. ...And it was great!

When I woke up this morning, my throat was so sore that it hurted when I breathe... I decided to go to the doctor since he had time to take one or 2 more patients today and he told me that I have an acute tonsil (on both side of my throat :( ) So he gave me a drug (2x500mg ed) but I can't remember the name right now (I'm at my gf's house).I'll update the log later to tell you what exactly I'm taking...

Sorry about that, I asked the doc if it was possible that it heal without that, but he told me that it would only aggrave, that the virus is well implanted :(

I ate as good as I could today (with a sore throat like I've never had before...), I'm going to eat some more sushis with some oats for carbs and a shake, then take my RAGNAROK and head to the gym to hit the chest!

Hope the prescription will not hinder the effects of the ROK too much...

Just back from the gym and I've had a great workout, but I started to feel dizzy (because of the prescription I think...) so I cut it short, but great MMC and great pump nonetheless!

As for the drug the Doc prescribed me, it's Biaxin 500mg capsules and I have to take 2 caps/day with meals.

Day 20 - SHOCK Chest wo!


Today's Experience:

Since I've already had taken 1000mg of Biaxin before hitting the gym, the energy wasn't very high... but I managed to get a decent workout, even if I didn't had the choice to cut it short because I was feeling dizzy...

It sucks that I had to catch that sh|t during the log, but what can I do? :(



ROK Dosage:

Only 1 level-scoop on an partially empty stomach 30min before hitting the gym, I couldn't take anything this morning, even cold water made my throat burning :(

Day 21 - LEGS WO - High Volume


Today's Experience:

I slept 12+hours last night and this morning, I was feeling really better than yesterday! My throat is still sore, but a lot less than 2 days ago! I think the prescription does its job here :)

I took the ROK first thing in the morning and the focus was awesome again! It gave me clean energy and the effects were still noticeable when I took my 2nd dose 30min before hitting the gym... 4.5 hours later! :eek: :D

I decided to go high volume/low weights to help with my knee and to feel a good pump... and I did! it was awesome to feel my Quads working and the blood flowing into them for the first time in months!



ROK Dosage:

1 level-scoop first thing in the morning -
1 level-scoop 30min before workout



Today's Workout:

Nothing special here, but it's better than previous WO... :)

ATG Squats: 135 - 4x20 (strictly volume here)

SLDL: 225 - 1x12, 1x10

Lying Leg Curls: 150 - 1x20, 1x15 it felt really good! Great MMC!

Thanks Barb :D The weights are very light, but I rather push those sissy weights for sets of 20-25 and feel a great pump than going back to 300+ pounds on squat and 900+ on leg-press and hurt my knee another time...

I'll try to increase the weights each and every workout, to give my knees the time to heal completely.

btw work yesterday was pretty cool, over 750 persons paid their cover between 8 and 1:30pm, best night ever for that bar! almost no arguments, no fights, nothing bad happened so it was fun!

I can't take a rest day today, I'm feeling GREAT and I'm going to the gym to hit the guns hard!!! I'm going there in a few min with my gf!

2 days ago: Day 12 - Shock arms training


Thursday's Experience:

I took the first dose of the ROK first thing in the morning at 9am, 30min prior to breakfast and then the focus became really intense! I was feeling energic and it lasted a few hours, 'till at least 1pm! Then after a complete pre-wo meal (whole wheat pasta with meat sauce), I waited 1 hour and took my 2nd dose of RAGNAROK. 30min later I was heading to the gym...

The workout went very well, my strenght was very good, as was my drive and endurance! The pump felt very strong too, but its nothing new here since on the ROK! :)



ROK Dosage:

1 level-scoop first thing in the morning -
1 level-scoop 30min before workout


Today's Workout:

-SUPERSET #1-

It's been going well so far today, thx for asking :) Hope its the same thing for ya!! Great focus/energy within few minutes of taking my usual dose of the RAG this morning, and I'm going to eat in a few minutes then head to the gym for a delt training in the 8-10 rep range! It's my POWER week, but I don't want to go under 8 reps for shoulders and arms since my joints tend to hurt a bit and I grow better in 10-12+ rep range anyway...

Day 26 - Delts/traps/biceps


Today's Experience:

First full day of school of the semester today, I was there from 9 to 5 and it went great. I ate some cashews, bananas + 2 protein shakes today at school, then I ate my dinner and headed to the gym!

The gym was almost empty, which was suprising since we're just back from holidays... oh well I guess the chicks don't have the impression that they've eat too much during the holidays!

Workout was great, good focus/energy and the pump in my delts was amazing!

On another note, there's only 1.5 serving left in my container, so I'll save it for before next workout (I'll take it at once). I don't wanna take the last dose first thing in the morning, even if the effects are absolutely amazing. All in all it will have last 27 days, which is pretty good considering the price vs the ingredient profile.

Seated db press: 52.5x15 (warm-up), 77.5 1x11, 1x9, 1x7

Shoulder press machine: 130 - 1x10, 125, 1x10

Side db. lat raises: 30 - 1x12, 2x10

Rev. fly machine (rear delts): 195 - 2x12, 1x10

BB Shrugs: 365 - 3x15

Spider Hammer-bar Curls: 65 - 1x15, 1x12, 1x8



Today's Evaluation of the ROK:


Strenght: 8/10 strenght was okay...

Energy: 8/10 ^^same thing

Endurance: 7/10 not as good as I would've liked, but I've only slept for 6 hours last night... :(

Pump: 10/10 As usual, great pump!

Focus & Drive: 10/10 Everyday's the same, and I'm fckin' happy with that ;)

Side Effects: none.

Gotta go to bed right now, I'll have to catch on some sleep tomorrow!

Day 28 - Final day on the Rok
POWER CHEST!


Today's Experience:

I slept at my gf's house yesterday night and when I woke up this morning, she had prepared me a delicious breakfast... :D I'm lucky, I know Iknow ;)

So I came back to my house since she had class at 9 this morning and for lunch I ate a 12" Steak & Cheese Subway, so more than 1100 cals! I waited about 1.25 hour, then took my last serving of the ROK!!!

In fact, I was wrong when I wrote that I had only 1 serving left, since there was almost 2.5 scoops left... You know what? I tried more than 1 level-scoop for the first time and I fckin loved it!!!! I took it all at once on an almost empty stomach, then waited 15min and headed to the gym!

...And I was ready for war! I started by bench press and did 12 easy reps with 225lbs, then added another plate each side.. I was now ready to hit chest HARD! I did 3 sets with 315: 6, 6, 5 reps. After that, I hit my upper chest with 2 sets of incline db curls @ 110lbs db, then 3 sets of weighted dips and finished my wo with 3 sets of seated fly machine... the pump was insane!!! :eek:



ROK Dosage:

2.5 level-scoops 30min before hitting the weights, on an empty stomach



Today's Workout:

Flat bench press: 225x12 (easy, warm-up), 315 - 2x6, 1x5

Incline db press: 110's - 2x5

Weighted dips: bw+45lbs plate - 1x10, 1x11, 1x9

Seated fly machine: 240x12, 255 - 2x8



Today's Evaluation of the ROK:


Strenght: 9/10 I'm happy to still being able to hit 6 strict reps with 315lbs on the bench 2 months after my SD cycle

Energy: 10/10 Damn, 2.5 scoops keep you going!!!!

Endurance: 9/10 :D

Pump: 10/10 wow! my chest seemed so big after my WO! I love it! :)

Focus & Drive: 10/10 like it's been for the whole run!

Side Effects: since I took 2.5 scoops, I felt a bit light-headed upon my arrival at the gym, but it all went back to normal about 10min later!

So my journey is now over, I had a really great time using the RAG!

Following is my final update of the product...

First of all, I wanna thanks the MS crew again, thx to Matt and Spaceclown for that opportunity!

According to the sheet that was included in the box, there's my final evaluation of the product:

Taste: 5/10 the only downside IMO, I've found that it doesn't really taste like fruit punch, but bearable nonetheless.

Energy Levels: 9/10 This stuff really kicks your a$$!!! A Clean/steady energy rush, without crash, which is pretty awesome!

Endurance: 10/10 I was able to push almost the same number of reps on my last set than I did on my 1st!!! :eek:

Pump: 10/10... am I allowed to rate it 12/10? ;) Best pump ever while on the RAG

Focus/Drive: 10/10...^^same thing! and this stuff starts working within 15-20 min of drinking it, the quicker acting pre-wo supp so far for me!

Lactic Acid buffering: 8/10 The burn was less intense, although the pump was still amazing!

Effect Comparison: 10/10 best pre-wo supp I've used so far, better than V12, No-Xplode, XCEED and Horse Power.

Side Effects: 9/10 a bit light headed sometimes, but its well worth it!

Product Rating: 9.25/10 if only the taste was a bit better...

So, thanks again, I did my best to provide an accurate and unbiased review of RAGNAROK, hope it'll help some people that think about trying it!

It was a great experience for me and I'll buy it for sure when the new flavors are for sale!

Maybe a lil' update that I forgot to include in my final review:

During the past month, I've lost a bit of bw, went from 238 to about 234, but I'm much leaner, looks bigger and my strenght stayed high! I'm pretty happy about that! BW isn't everything, LBM is :D
