Hello all! First and foremost, I would like to thank Athletic Edgefor giving me the opportunity to review INTRAXCELL I have been reading alot of great things about this product and will be doing my very best to give my views on how it works.

A bit about myself...I used to work out quite a bit about 6 years ago and was doing fairly well in terms of leaning up and building some good base strength. Unfortunatley, personal reasons set me back and I lost touch with lifting and my body went to the trash. I have always had a real struggle with my weights, at my lowest being 135 (10%BF) an at my highest about 200 pounds (35% BF). I finally decided to get back on track and hit the weights again this November. After drawing up a strict diet and starting on the riptoe routine, I am currently 182 (20% BF). My end goal is between 10-12% BF total before beginning to BULK . I am truly hoping that INTRAXCELL will help me in these goals! I just recieved my bottle today and will be taking my first 3 capsules pre-workout this afternoon. For now, here is my diet lay out. I will post the diet only once, as it is the same every day, give or take 1-200 calories and on occasion switching the chicken for salmon.
Pre-workout (meal 1)
3 egg whites + 1 whole egg scrambled
1 Yam
Post-Workout (meal 2)
1 scoop on whey (plus some other goodies)
1 cup skim milk
1 Banana
Meal 3
Chicken Breast (sub salmon on occasion)
¼ cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp Salsa
1 Yam
2 cups mixed greens
Meal 4
1 can tuna
1 cup chickpeas
Meal 5
Chicken Breast (sub salmon on occasion)
1.4 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp Salsa
1 Yam
2 cups mixed greens
total cals: 2, 298
fat: 34 grams 13%
Carb: 225 grams 39%
Protein: 266grams 48%

Thanks gents! I will post some pics in a day or two. I took an off day today, due to some personal reason. However, I took my first day of INTRAXCELL as follows:
2 caps EBOL
2 caps RED ACID GEN2
5 caps GREEN BULGE
3 caps INTRAXCELL
With my breakfast. At about dinner time I took:
2 caps REDACID GEN2
3 caps INTRAXCELL
So far nothing to report, of course. No tingling feeling, but probably because I took the caps with food. :)

My rep range is around 5, so most of these will be bumped next workout. Took 4 servings of Watermmmmelon xtend and split that during and after workout.

Today is a regular scheduled day off from workouts. Days off suck, as you all know. Doesnt help that I workout at home and the weights are sitting there calling my name. Gaaaahh! Going to take the girlfriend out, and hopefully that will take my mind off of working out. Giving my body a bit of a rest from the bulk of my supps, but this morning I took:
3 INTRAXCELL
2 EBOL
..on an empty stomach. Will be eating brunch soon, which will be calorie high unfortunatley. Ah well, as long as I dont lose whatever little muscle I have, I can take care of any fat later on ;) Here is a joke...
A guy walks into a bar and sits down. He starts making idle chit chat with a fella next to him. The fella leans over and says "if you drink 5 shots of whiskey, you will be able to fly. But it HAS to be 5 shots. Here, I will show you." So the fella orders 5 shots of whiskey, climbs to the top of the bar, and flies off. He comes back a short while later. "See, I told you so..." So the guy, obviously in awe, orders 5 shots of whiskey, downs them, climbs the top of the bar and jumps off and falls to his death. The bartender shakes his head and looks at the fella "You know what superman, you can be a real A**hole sometimes!"

Woke up at about 6 AM and took the following:
5 Green Bulge
2 EBOL
30 minutes later I took"
2 Red Acid Gen2
3 INTRAXCELL
and began sipping 2 servings of Watermelon Xtend mixed with 3 servings Glycergrow. Had breakfast 30 min later and a half hour after that hit my workout which went as follows:
WORKOUT A: **Sipped 1 serving Xtend during workout/Weights are in POUNDS**
Squat: 210:6/6/6
Bench Press: 70:9 75:5/5
Deadlift:165: 6
Weighted Dips: Bodyweight +35lbs: 10/6/6
Hanging Reverse Crunch: 10/8
Crunches: 20/20/20
After workout, I took in one more serving of Xtend and about 30 min later, had my Protein Shake along with 3 more caps of INTRAXCELL. My strength went up in my lifts this workout. Although I felt kind of tired in the morning, once I got going, I felt I had great control over my lifts, and was good and pumped by the end. Cant really comment on any noticeable effect with the INTRAXCELL as of yet, but its still early.

Did my cardio today. I work out at home, so I do it on a stationary bike. I usually do 45 minutes, and alternate from moderate to high intensity to give me the feel of going from level riding surfaces to steep hills. I always end up with a good sweat. Endurance wise, I didnt notice anything different. However, I did notice at the end of my session, that my legs had CRAZY PUMPS...I usually feel slightly swollen, but this time it was really noticeable. Was it the INTRAXCELL? Not too sure, but it was nice! Took a serving of XTEND and 3 more caps of INTRAXCELL and about 45 min later, finished it off with a shake and 2 caps of EBOL. Feeling pretty good. :)

The pumps/vascularity I get from IntraXCell is like nothing I have ever used before, very awesome feeling. My muscles just look fuller all the time on IXL, MANY of our previous testors said the same thing.

What? You dont like the creepy lurker depiction?? :D Your very welcome for the detail! Thank you very much for giving me the chance to try out this product. Glad to hear other users have experienced the pump as part of INTRAXCELL usage. I really look forward to getting that feeling more often!

Its only been a month, so there isnt a huge transformation or anything (how could there be). But I like to think there are subtle differences indicating I am heading in the right direction. 6:30 am and getting ready to work out. Sucks, only because I got home from work at 1:30am and cant sleep. Took the following:
5 GREEN BULGE with half a serving of XTEND
in about 30 min will be taking:
2 RED ACID GEN3
Will wait about 30 more min, have breakfast and take 3 INTRAXCELLand 2EBOL Let it sit for another 30 and hit my workout. I decided to move the INTRAXCELL in with my meals, so that the dosage is closer to my workout. Otherwise, taking it with my RA, its already in my system for about an hour before I hit the weights. Will be back to let you know how it goes. Till then, enjoy:

Well, todays workout was pretty much the same as normal. Perhaps a bit more flat, due to the fact I didnt get much sleep. I did, however, go up in my rows by 5 lbs and by the looks of it, I can probably increase the rest of my lifts next work out, which is good. Didnt get those pumps I experienced yesterday, although i imagine my fatigue has something to do with it. Still having trouble doing chins, which sucks, so they are not an active part of my program. Tips on how to strengthen myself for chins would be appreciated. :) Took 3 more INTRAXCELL with a serving of XTEND
Forgot to mention that I decided to drop the GLYCERGROW for now, as I think it will be better suited for my bulk. If this is an issue, let me know and I will keep it in.

I have found that doing Lat-Pulldowns has helps strengthen the muscles in my back that are used to do Wide Grip Pullups......as it is the same motion, only preformed backwards. Also, if your gym has a chin-up/dip machine, you should train on that.

Thanks again for the support and suggestions man! :) Unfortunatley, I work out at home, so I have the basic equipment. Squat rack is the biggest piece I own...it would be sweet to win the contest, especially since that would mean I made a positive difference in my body.

Due to a heavy work schedule, I made today an off day, much to my dismay. Took the following with breakfast:
3 INTRAXCELL
2 EBOL
Will be taking another 3 INTRAXCELL and 2 EBOL with lunch. No more supps for the rest of the day, as I usually take a couple days out of the week and give my body a break. Will be taking INTRAXCELL and EBOL consistently, due to the nature of the supps.

waited about a half hour and then did my regular mix of medium/high intensity on the stationary bike for 45 minutes. Worked up a great sweat, and my legs felt nice and pumped again. Endurance wise I felt the same. During the session sipped on another serving of XTEND. After I was done, I took another 3 INTRAXCELL with 2 servings of XTEND. Waited about45 minutes and had my POW shake and 2 EBOL.
Interesting thing to note: Yesterday, on my off day, I felt an itchiness on my face and head. I also noticed my legs and mid-section feeling pumped up a bit just from climbing the stairs, etc.

Hard to say at this point. I havent felt anything negative at all. It seems to be working in nicely with the rest of my stack. I do notice a few things, but hard to say if it can be attributed to EBOL alone:
--My recovery is very good.
--Strength is increasing at a steady rate
--Even when I messed up my diet for a few days, there was little to no change in my bodyweight/fat percentage.
--I never get sick. A co-worker who works out religiously and is in great shape, but only supps with creatine and protein powder, seems to be sick quite a bit.
--I feel strong overall. I feel muscles where there were none, especially in
my chest which seems to be more stubborn, than say, my legs which are my strongest point.
--My overall mood is good. Much better than normal.
--Upper body is starting to lean out
Some of these effects may be coming from the use of RED ACID GEN2 so it will be interesting to see what happens when I cycle off in a couple more weeks, as I will be running two months of EBOL total to get a good grasp of its effect.

My body was nicely pumped during the workout and looking at myself in the mirror afterwards, I saw wonderful shape in my muscles like I have never had before. Post workout, my energy is good and I did get a slight itch on the head after my dose. Bodyfat wise, Im pretty much the same. Really hoping to go down even more by the end of this trial run.

Anth28, I supposed you are doing a fullbody workout? *wink* I tried your workout before. :) Yes. If you do them in sequence (Giant set), you WILL lean out for sure. If you could take my suggestion, try incorporating with Pullups. :)

Thanks for the suggestions! I know pullups are supposed to be part of the routine, but I find I am not strong enough to do them just yet (Im really top heavy) I workout at home, so I dont have access to an assisted pull up station or anything like that, so any suggestions are welcome :) I will definitley look into trying things out in sequence though. I try and keep my rest between sets to a minimum when I can.

Sorry for the delay in updating my log. Sunday was an off day for me. Today was a Cardio day, since Im still pretty sore from saturdays workout :)
Woke up and took 2 RED ACID GEN2 and 3 INTRAXCELL along with a serving of XTEND. Waited a half hour and then hopped on the bike for a 45 minute workout of mixed medium and high intensity. Legs felt nice and pumped and endurance was the same. I worked up a good sweat as usual. Took 3 more INTRAXCELL along with 2 more servings XTEND and then had a PWO drink and some fruit about 45 min later with 2 EBOL. Felt really good and energetic afterward.

Although I could have increased my weights this workout, I kept them the same to be sure I was not sacrificing form for a higher weight. Yeah, for me endless squats are fun! My legs are my strongest and most responsive bodypart it seems....as for the day #no probs! I will start tomorrow...for the record, its been TEN DAYS so far...:)

Shoulder has been irritaiting me for a while now. Its actually a problem I have been noticing for a couple of years, but always attributed it to hauling around a laptop all day. Its come and gone and never really hurts per se, so I let it be. Its flared up again, so I will be heading to the Doctors in the new year. Taking some MSM in the meantime and hopefully this will work. Any other suggestions? I hear Bone Boost is a good option as well...
That being said, I think the next couple of days will be Cardio so that I can give my joints a rest. I think I will then switch to some bodyweight exercises for the next week, just to allieviate any strain on my shoulder. So things along the line of push ups, dips, sissy squats etc. Will be a good test of my endurance thus far on INTRAXCELL.
Today went as follows:
5 GREEN BULGE 1 Hour beforehand
3INTRAXCELL 30 Min beforehand
2RED ACID GEN 2 30 Min beforehand
All taken with a serving of XTEND
Same session as always. 45 min on the bike, mixed medium and high intensity. Worked up a solid sweat and had a great pump in my legs. Endurance was good, although nothing out of the norm. As always, had a serving of XTEND during the workout.
Post workout, took:
3 INTRAXCELL with 2 servings XTEND and 45 min later, had my PWO shake with 2EBOL
Intersting point to note. My legs felt pumped throughout the day, even just from walking up the stairs.

if your shoulder is puffing up your could always just go to a local drug stor and get an anti-inflamitory like advil

Its strange, because its not swollen and it doesnt hurt. It just feels "loose" if that makes any sense. I keep feeling like I have to adjust it or stretch it. Then, by the end of the day, it aches a bit, just a dull kind of ache. Really irritates me.

Today was a cardio day again since I really want to give my shoulder a rest. Not much to report yet, dosing schedule was the same as usual, so to avoid repetition, I wont post it this time. Pumps were solid, energy was even and it was a great workout.

Thanks for the continued support guys! I totally understand having a full schedule. This weekend is going to be a full one with Christmas and all. Most of my family, I have not seen for a year, since I live out of town. So that being said, some of my training and eating habits will have to take a temporary back seat for the next couple of days, as much as I hate that. Ah well, tis the season and it only comes once a year. :)

Yes, yes, two off days :o...as mentioned, spending some time out of town with the family so this weekend will probably be one spent out of the gym. However, considering my current shoulder situation, thats not really a bad idea. I take my doses of INTRAXCELL as usual. 3 with breakfast and another 3 with lunch. Hard to really assess their effect out of the gym, but my overall mood and energy has been good. Although Im not lean enough to be incredibley vascular, I do notice my veins are more pronounced, especially during any sort of physical activity. I still notice pumps come very easily even from simply walking up a flight of stairs. I can definitley say this product has given me better pump effects than any N.O product I have tried.

I didnt increase too much, since I have been away from the weights for a few days. However, squat and barbell row went up 5 lbs and I felt pretty good. My lifts felt "snappier" and I got a great pump. Vascularity was good and I felt energetic.

Did the usual 45 min mixed medium and high intensity on the stationary. Endurance was even and pump in my legs was solid. Worked up a good sweat an felt awesome. Finished off with another serving of XTEND and 3 INTRAXCELL. 45 min later, had a PWO shake and 2 EBOL. Just like in my weight workouts, I felt I had a bit more "snap" if that makes any sense.

Agreed, I have never experienced anything even close to the pumps that's IntraXCell gives me.

I cant say I found anything spectacular in the enegry department, but the product definitley helped give my workouts more "snap" and I do truly believe contributed to my gains, since I was able to push myself a little further. I will be posting my after pics shortly along with my final weight/bf stats.

I had started the Ebol some time before the Intraxcell. I keep strict personal logs of everything I ingest and keep careful note of their effects. I was aware of Ebols ability to help me retain muscle gains even when my diet was not spot on. The Intraxcell, as mentioned, did a great job when it came to pumps and "snap" in my workouts. Most products take a good week or two to kick in, so there was enough spacing between the two for me to discern what was going on :)
