well ok im new to this **** so give me a chance.
well this week i did my bench 90x10
my squat 50x........
my curl 60x12
bent over rows 60x12
Up right row 40x10
clean 60x12
leggs 45x150
military 60x10
dead lifts 100x30
close grip-80x10
monday-bench
wednsday-deadlift,military,bent over rows,closegrip,upright rows
friday-squats,leggs
staurday-curls

if i hold say 40lbs out in front of me for a period of time does that work delts?

then cleans-60x12
hour later
military-80x10
then closegrip-70x12

I think he meant to switch some of those numbers around.His military is 70x10 and his closegrip is 80 x12.

Oh haha. I see. Hmmm, i actually started out with 80x7 or something close grip, and 60 for some reps, so it was close...
Maybe as he progresses, they'll get farther apart.
