New NANBF Website Design and My Pic is on the Site [Archive]

Check it out. I was really pumped to see they used my professional pic from the Eagle's Wings Contest this past fall for their website. Also its about time they got a new website design. It is definately an improvement. I'm also pumped to see that the Mr. Natural Minnesota will have a WNBF pro show on the same day so I can see my 1st pro contest. Anyways enjoy.

that's awesome! you look great, keep it lean in the offseason so it won't be as hard to get back there.

Thanks, the pic on the site was from the 1st of my 2 comps this fall. I was actually 7lbs lighter in the 2nd and my legs were cut up more. The 2nd one is also where my avatar is from. And as far as keeping lean goes, 4-6 weeks of bulking followed by 2-3 weeks of cutting the entire offseason.

I don't know what I'd classify myself. I started out at 125lbs at the same height I am now 4 1/2yrs ago so that makes me lean towards ecto however the amount of fat my body was holding after the last offseason makes me think otherwise.

I love the new look of that site and congrats on being a physique worth featuring on the bodybuilding page where alot of folks will see you.

My wife is one of the changing pics on the homepage Figure Winner in Cedar Rapids, not her best pic for sure but awesome to be one of the pics to greet folks and she was stoked even if to only be seen for a few seconds - so you must be really stoked.

Fred Rowlett is doing a heck of a job bringing the NANBF up to date.

Thanks, yea I'm pretty excited about it and I'm happy with the job Fred is doing with the sanction. I'm also pumped because I'm only 20 so I got lots of time to improve. Definately hoping to contend for a pro card someday. I think I started young enough to do it. Did she win figure at best of the midwest or what cedar rapids contest? If it was best of the midwest I took 2nd out of 8 in my open class there to qualify for the USA's. Best of luck to both you and your wife in the future maybe I'll bump into you guys at a comp sometime in the future.
