Ladies and Gentlemen of the Great BB.com Forums, I bring you the next blockbuster log of the winter.
Plot: An ancient supplement thought lost for centuries has been found, and through a strange twist in fate has been given to a small Hobbit named NKWulf. When Athletic Edge Nutrition discovers the supplement is in fact the One Supplement of the Bodybuilding Universe, NKWulf must make an epic quest to the Lands of Get Your Lazy Ass in Shape in order to Test it! However he does not go alone. He is joined by TT22 the wisecracker, Farangtlsw the serious, Jonesy_5603 the not to tiny, and his ten Hobbit friends. With the guidance of AEN, they will travel through mountains, snow, darkness, forests, rivers and plains, facing evil and danger at every corner the Fellowship of the Supplement must go. The One Supplement: INTRAXCELL!!!!!!
Boost Strength And Increase Lean Muscle Gains With IntraXCell!
Athletic Edge Nutrition, The Nutrient Timing Specialists, is pleased to introduce IntraXCell, the biggest scientific breakthrough in physique enhancement and athletic performance since creatine. We have scientifically formulated precise doses of four key ingredients to create a product that will work synergistically to increase intramuscular Carnosine and Glutathione levels, which boosts strength, lean muscle mass and fights muscular fatigue at the cellular level.
The Result: Explosive Strength and Endurance, forcing lean muscle gains, physique improvements and muscular GROWTH!
IntraXCell Is Scientifically Formulated To:
Boost Explosive Muscular Strength and Endurance, Forcing Lean Muscle Gains.
Increase Intracellular Carnosine Levels and Fight Muscular Fatigue & Metabolic Acidosis.
Extreme Muscle Fullness and Vascularity.
Naturally Boost the Power Antioxidant Glutathione and Fight Cellular Fatigue.
History Is About To Be Made Once Again!
Until now, creatine, with numerous research studies to support its effectiveness, was the leading supplement for improving exercise and muscular performance. Since creatine exploded into the sports nutrition world in the early 90's, our understanding of exercise physiology and sports nutrition has evolved exponentially. Exciting new research has given rise to another breakthrough; one that could change the direction of the industry like creatine did so many years ago.
Boost Strength & Lean Muscle Gains!
When you exercise or train at a high intensity, your muscles increase their production of hydrogen ions (H+) which lowers muscular pH, making them more acidic. This increase in muscular acidity (also called metabolic acidosis) directly interferes with muscular contraction, energy (ATP) production and increases fatigue, all factors that cause your performance to plummet. While muscle acidity has certainly proven to decrease strength and contribute to muscular fatigue, new research is now showing that exercise-induced intracellular free radical production is another source of muscular fatigue. The combination of muscular acidity and increased free radical production greatly diminishes your performance during exercise, stopping your workouts cold and interfering with lean muscle gains.
Fortunately, Athletic Edge Nutrition has developed a tool you can use to combat intracellular acidity and free radical production, pushing your performance, physique and results to the next level.
IntraXCell works to boosts strength, fight cellular fatigue and increase lean muscle gains in two ways:
Contains research supported Beta-Alanine, which effectively boosts intramuscular carnosine levels, which works to fight/buffer fatigue-causing Hydrogen Ions, allowing for extreme muscular strength, power and endurance.
Increases production of the power antioxidant glutathione with N-acetyl-cystine (NAC) and Alpha-Lipoic Acid. Glutathione is a power antioxidant in your muscle cells that can improve exercise performance by preventing damaging free radicals than can cause cellular fatigue.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who can benefit from IntraXCell?
Individuals participating in weight training looking to gain lean muscle mass and increase strength.
Any individual involved in athletic activities where strength, power and muscular endurance are needed.
Active individuals who have reached a training plateau and are looking for something to take them to the next level.
How long will it take for me to start noticing benefits?
Performance benefits typically start occurring in as little as two weeks, although some individuals will notice benefits within one week. As carnosine levels continue to increase, so will the benefits. The most dramatic results are generally experienced within the 3-4 week range, but they don't stop there. Recent research is now showing carnosine levels continue to increase up to at least 12 weeks, so the benefits just keep on getting better which is why we recommend to continuously stay on IntraXCell for at least 3 months to optimize your carnosine levels.
Immediate benefits: Many users experience intense vasodilatation/pumps from the very first time they take their first does of IntraXCell. The reason this occurs is because Beta-Alanine increases carnosine and carnosine is a powerful precursor in generating nitric oxide synthase (NOS). NOS are a group of enzymes necessary for making the powerful vasodilator nitric oxide. Take IntraXCell with SteelEdge prior to exercise and let us know your experience. We are confident that you will be very pleased pumps/vasodilatation from your very first workout.
There are a few other carnosine boosters out there, what makes IntraXCell different?
With IntraXCell, you get a large 4 gram dose of Beta-Alanine per day complying to the actual dosage used in the scientific research. Other carnosine boosters put Beta-Alanine in proprietary blends and do not list the amount, so it's impossible unless the company discloses the actual Beta-Alanine content for you to know if you are really getting a high enough dose to build up carnosine levels and reap all the benefits!
Some formula's that contain Beta-Alanine are Pre-Workout formulas. To increase intramuscular carnosine levels, research shows that daily supplementation of Beta-Alanine is required to boost carnosine levels. As a result, putting Beta-Alanine in a true Pre-Workout formula unless you are supplementing with extra Beta-Alanine separately or work out 7 days a week will not likely build carnosine levels up very effectively.
IntraXCell is designed with no stimulants so it can be taken anytime during the day everyday including late night workout sessions. At Athletic Edge Nutrition we do no recommend taking stimulants everyday, so putting any stimulants in IntraXCell or any Carnosine booster would not be logical from our standpoint.
IntraXCell is a true carnosine/glutathione booster without the unnecessary fluff that's added to some of the other carnosine boosters currently on the market.
What other supplements do you recommend to maximize the results when taking IntraXCell?
We recommend our Full Spectrum Pre-Workout Formula, SteelEdge. SteelEdge contains many ingredients that may work synergistically with IntraXCell. On training days, take IntraXCell with SteelEdge to amplify the benefits of each product.
Creatine is another supplement that may work synergistically with IntraXCell and they can certainly be stacked together.
Are their any stimulants in IntraXCell?
No.
Can I take IntraXCell late at night?
Yes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is Pre-Workout Supplementation so important?
With the right Pre-Workout supplementation, you give yourself no better opportunity to gain both immediate benefits as well as long-term results from your training protocol.
Exciting new scientific research supports and indicates that ingesting certain nutrients prior to exercise may be the MOST important factor affecting performance and results from your training protocol. That's right, even more important than post-workout supplementation! While daily supplements and post-workout formulas have their place and should not be overlooked, they have their limitations. Conversely, the right Pre-Workout nutrients target and support the physiological responses occurring during exercise, providing benefits that other supplements do not.
In response to this new and exciting research, Athletic Edge Nutrition, The Nutrient Timing Specialists, formulated the groundbreaking SteelEdge. Through four nutrient blends, SteelEdge targets and infuses your body with the right nutrients, taking advantage of the Pre-Workout "window of opportunity" timeframe, maximizing your training results. SteelEdge simply takes the guesswork out of your Pre-Workout supplementation needs.
How will SteelEdge improve my workouts and give me better results?
SteelEdge works through its proprietary four nutrient blends, preparing your body for explosive workouts.
Intensity/Energy Blend
Increase Training Intensity, Fight Fatigue. With research-supported doses of the amino acids tyrosine, taurine and their cofactors, expect concentrated and forceful workouts
Strength/Endurance Blend
More Strength, Better Workouts. SteelEdge utilizes essential Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) with an emphasis on leucine, Trimethyglycine, and caffeine to push your strength and physical performance. Stay alert and energized long past your workout.
Focus/MentalEdge Blend
Optimize Focus, Concentration and Drive with L-alpha- glycerylphosphorylcholine (alpha-GPC), Acetyl-L-Carnitine and choline bitartrate. These three nutrients provide the building blocks for the vital neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is the vital neurotransmitter that kick starts muscular contraction and is essential in many neurological processes, both of which are essential components of exercise performance.
Recovery/Electrolyte/Anti-Oxidant Blend
Train Harder, Recover Faster, and Slash damaging free radicals with Arginine, L-Glutamine, Electrolytes and Green Tea Extract.
How do I know if I need SteelEdge?
Do you lack mental energy and focus in your workouts after a hard day's work?
Are you an early riser who needs something extra to push you through that early AM training session before you go to work?
Have you reached a training plateau and need something to help you reach that next level?
Are you not getting the results you would like from your training?
Would you like to strip fat and add rock- hard muscle?
If you answered Yes to any of these questions then SteelEdge is for you.
Who can Benefit from SteelEdge?
Individuals participating in high- intensity strength- training programs looking to power through their workouts and get maximum results.
Active individuals who are looking for something to take them to the next level.
Endurance athletes, such as runners and cyclists, looking to sustain exercise intensity.
Anyone looking for a brain pep, pick-me-up or an increase in mental focus as a healthier alternative to coffee.
Do I need to take SteelEdge everyday like many of the other Pre-Workout formulas?
No, SteelEdge is designed to be taken prior to your workout and can also be sipped on during your workout, but it does not need to be taken multiple times throughout the day or on non-workout days.
How long will a container of SteelEdge last me?
There are twenty servings in a container of SteelEdge. Most individuals only need one serving before your training session. Based off one serving per training session, a container should last most individuals 4-6 weeks. We don't recommend taking SteelEdge more than 3-4 times a week. If you train more than 4 times a week, just save it for your most difficult training sessions.
Read What Actual SteelEdge Customers Had To Say.
"Finally a company got their act together and made a decent Pre-Workout product that you can feel the first time you use it! SteelEdge is by far the best Pre-Workout product I have ever used, and is the only product that makes a difference in intensity and strength during my workouts. I have used a lot of other Pre-Workout supplements and combinations out there to try and boost anabolic output and endurance in my workouts, but SteelEdge is the only product that has ever made an impact. The ingredients in this stuff are legitimate and scientifically supported to affect the body, not a bunch of low- dose garbage that relies on ads in magazines to get you pumped up about their product. In my opinion, SteelEdge is one of the best Pre-Workout supplements out right now, and if you don't want to waste your money or your time in the gym, this supplement should be included in any athlete's diet."
Andy H., Reno, NV
"I started using SteelEdge when I was TDY to Hawaii for about four months this past summer. I have tried some other supplements and never got the same results I got from using SteelEdge. I only used the product for about two of the four months I was in Hawaii and I noticed an almost instant gain in strength. I was able to do more weight for more reps. I gained about 15 pounds in that two- month time when I was using SteelEdge. It really helped me get through some flat spots in my workout."
Sgt. Aaron Miller
"SteelEdge is hands down the best pre-workout drink I've ever taken. It has greatly improved my overall strength and endurance, helped elevate my training sessions and cut seconds off my time. I love SteelEdge!"
Michael J. (middle- distance runner), Chapel Hill, NC
"I recently started taking your supplement after a friend at work told me it was helping him achieve better workouts. Ending the fall with running the NYC marathon, I wanted to get back in the gym and get my strength back to what it was prior to dedicating most of my training time to running. I definitely feel energized, and I am making great gains in my weight- training program. I am only running every two days now, but I am still maintaining good times and still gaining lean mass. I feel that SteelEdge is definitely helping me enhance my workouts. Thanks!"
Jerry W., Montgomery, NY
"I used this product until I was tapping the bottom for the last bit into my shaker. I've used numerous other pre-workout boosters, but none that gave me the intensity in my workouts that SteelEdge did. I'm not one for running, but even on my cardio days I had enough focus to blow through my workout and even wanted more after I was finished. This product is by far the most effective supplement I've ever used in the gym. Great work, SteelEdge."

Before I start the epic log tomorrow, I wanted to share some background regarding me. I was born in….well maybe not that much info…
Alright, when it comes to weight and working out, I have always had a problem with weight, ever since I was a kid. By the time I was 17 I tipped the scales at 300lbs. About that time, I decided that if I ever wanted a girlfriend, I needed to lose weight. In one year I went from 300 to 165. I did this in a very unhealthy way. I ate only 1 meal a day and even though I wanted to lose weight, I still barely worked out.
This massive weight loss and my unhealthy appearance seemed to fit in with my whole “Gothic” image, so I really didn’t care. About the time I turned 19, I came to the realization that I was extremely unhealthy. I decided that my life was going to go completely down the drain if I didn’t change. A friend of mine, who got his life together, introduced me to the martial arts. It was then that I started to learn about how to live healthy, or as my Sifu would say, The Martial Way.
So for the past 13 years I have trained in the Martial Arts, and even though I worked out religiously, I still had weight issues. I went back up to 250 at point. I have been able now for the last 3 years to maintain a weight of 215, I feel though that is due to the Military and my desire to never get that heavy again.
My goal is to get down to 185 and stay that way or maintain 215 and have a waistline of 32 to 34, right now its 38…..gah!!! I know its going to take hard work, and being 32 its not going to get any easier. As for having the “the six pack”….who knows, I doubt that I will ever have the 6 pack, but at least I can have a healthy tight keg.
With this testing log for IntraXCell, I wanted to ensure that it was the best possible test I could do. For the last week, I did no working out or supplements. I wanted to look at this from the stand point of an “average” person. The feedback from AEN’s products have been great and I am proud to be able to be a part of this company’s testers.
Being in the Military, we have a primary PRT that we do. For me, being in the Navy, it’s Pushups (2 min), Sit-ups (2 min) and a 1.5 mile run. Today, I will do a PRT, to get an assessment without any supplements. I will then do another in a 2 week period, then a final one at the end of the cycle.
With this log, I hope to inspire people to reach the goals that they desire. Once again thank you AEN for giving me this opportunity to test this product.

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!.....”UGH! What is that sound?” Wulf thought….Wulf slowly opened his eyes, “Damn Alarm!” He said as he slammed his fist down on it. Wulf closed his eyes again, then like a bolt of lighting striking a tree, he shot straight up. “Dear God! Today is the day.”
For Wulf, today was no ordinary day. On this day, Wulf joins a select few, in what was known across the land as the Fellowship of IntraXCell. He like his companions were selected by the Wizard AEN to test what only known as The One Supplement.
It was a mystical potion that was said to unlock great powers to those that taste its power. And today, Wulf would get that chance.
Wulf jumped out his bed, nearly stepping on his wife, who was slowly getting up also. “Damnit Wulf, watch were you step!” she yelled. But all Wulf heard was “Blah Blah!”
He didn’t have time to deal with her right now, not that he didn’t love her, but he had to get this day started.
Wulf went into the washroom to get cleaned up a bit. Looking in the mirror, he wondered what he would look like in 30 days, after The One Supplement was fused with his soul.
As he looked, you smiled. “For a Hobbit, I am big, I can take a full grown Cave Troll, and I might have to cheat but at least Ill win.” He smiled some more. Wulf finished getting cleaned up and headed down stairs.
Wulf went into the kitchen to get everything in order. He would have to start soon, for many in the Fellowship had already gone ahead, but Wulf knew that he would catch up.
He looked around to make sure no one was watching. He was a secretive Hobbit when it came to his potion self. He even had a magical lock placed on it so his son couldn’t get into.
When Wulf was sure no one was watching, he entered his ultra secret code 12345.
Wulf stared at The One Supplement, but it wasn’t time yet for it. He was looking for something else. He needed to get his day started with some energy. He had heard of another supplement to help him in his quest. It was called Fyre. He heard that it was so effective and potent, that if one did not drink water with it, one would blow fire out their mouth and set ablaze with anything in their path.
“Ahh, there it is!” Wulf Yelled…
“What the hell are you yelling?” his wife asked from upstairs.
“Nothing, woman!” He yelled back.
As Wulf took the Fyre out of the drawer, he could feel the heat coming from it.
“Well here goes” Wulf said to himself.
When Wulf opened the bottle, a pillar of reddish gold flame shot from the top and formed the image of a dragon…
Wulf fell back and really quick check to make sure his eyebrows were still there.
Satisfied, Wulf waited for the flame to die down.
Once it died down, Wulf took one pill from the bottle.
He could fell the pill slowly burning his flesh…
With quickness, Wulf put the pill in his mouth and drink 20oz of water.
Even with that much water, Wulf could feel the heat as it went down his throat.
After about a ˝ hour, Wulf decided it was time to do some Cardio:
Treadmill
Distance: 2.25 miles
Time: 30 Minutes
Heart Rate: 170
Speed: 5.0-6.0
Incline 1.0
Elliptical
Distance: 1.63 miles
Time: 15 Minutes
Speed: 6.8
Mode: Fat Burn
Heart Rate: 150
Wulf felt great after the cardio. Fyre seemed to do its job with an increase in energy. Wulf decided that later on, he would use two pills instead on the one. Then he would go back to using one pill in the afternoon.
(Break down of Fyre Use)
1 pill 0900
2 pills 1300 (1pm civilians)
1 pill 1600 (4pm civilians)
(Fast forward to 1700 (5pm you civilian pukes!))
It was time. Wulf looked at the bottle in awe. He could feel the power as it radiated from The One Supplement. IntraXCell was finally in his hands. As he looked, he realized that it was almost hypnotic, the bluish color just pulled you in.
He shook his head. “Ok time to get focused.” Wulf said.
He reached deep inside the drawer and pulled out another power supplement, SteelEdge. This was the companion to IntraXCell. Wulf had heard that these two combined created such a force that it was banned in several realms for fear that it would awake the long dead Titans. Wulf didn’t care, he was gong to play with the power of the Gods and make them bow before him
“WOW…better not get ahead of myself.” Wulf cleared him mind.
Taking the Steeledge, he mixed 1 scoop in his Power Warlock Mixer. He got this mixer from the demon parasite GNC. Even though he knew not to always trust GNC, sometimes the demon had some good deals. Anyways back on topic…
As he mixed, the glow of energy formed around the mixer.
Taking 3 pills from the bottle of The One Supplement, Wulf drank them down with half of the Steeledge serving.
He could feel the energy throughout his body.
Not sure if was just his excitement of the potential that these power potions may give, Wulf decided to wait 15 mins before moving the boulders in the yard.
After about 12 mins, Wulf felt a surge of energy, so much that he couldn’t wait any longer, he had to move some weight.

Wulf woke up to the sound of the front door closing.
“Ahh, its Tuesday” he said to himself.
Tuesday and Thursday, were the two days that Wulf had to himself, that is if wasn’t at the Castle dealing with those that the King placed on restriction.
His wife was heading towards The Temple of Magical Law, while his son was at The School for Arcane Arts. “This was going to be a good day” Wulf thought.
He got up and headed to the washroom and got cleaned up. After then he went down to the kitchen and opened the Potion Drawer.
Pulling out Fyre, he remembered yesterday when he opened it. This time he was ready. Wulf pointed the bottle away from him as he took off the top…WHOOOSH!!!! the flame shot out the top and much to Wulf’s amazement set ablaze his wife’s antique coffee table…
“HOLY ****!!!!” Screamed Wulf.
Looking around Wulf found the water bucket. With a quickness Wulf filled up the bucket and ran towards the table, but it was to late, the blaze engulfed the entire table.
By the time Wulf put the fire out, all that was left was a pile of ash.
“Well, I guess Ill have to find a way to blame the dog.” Wulf said smiling.
After cleaning up the ash, Wulf took his Fyre pill.
After a bit, Wulf could feel the energy surge through his body.
Wulf decided that he was going to take it easy for awhile and work on his paper entitled “Why Dwarves are related to Trolls.”
About 2 hours later, Wulf decided it was time to take The One Supplement.
As Wulf approached the drawer, he swore he could hear Carmina Burana playing. He shook it off and opened the drawer. To his amazement, the bottle floated out of the drawer and into his hands.
Wulf smiled as he felt the power from the bottle. Today was just an IntraXCell day; he would leave the SteelEdge for his lifting days.
Wulf opened the bottle and took 3 pills.
“Alright, time to get ready for some Cardio” Wulf said.
About 20 minutes later there was a knock on his door.
“Damint!”
Wulf approached the door, when all of sudden it exploded inwards.
Wood was flying everywhere, and Wulf was knocked back.
“WULF!!!!” came a scream that sounded very familiar to Wulf.
It was Ug-Mar, the Orc!
Wulf got up and got ready.
They faced each other.
Wulf hesitated, wanting to leap forward but Ug-Mar raced in and threw such a powerful kick that shook the whole house. As the kick was coming, Wulf felt a familiar tingling, and that was enough for Wulf to know that Ug-Mar was in for a surprise. The kick came in, but Wulf faded back. Wulf snagged his foot and guided it away.
As Ug-Mar punched, Wulf danced aside and leaped forward, turning Ug-Mar so Wulf ended up behind him. Ug-Mar tried to whirl, but Wulf had such a good grip of the Orc’s back hair that he could get around.
Wulf laughed.
Wulf picked up Ug-Mar and slammed him down hard. Wulf backed up. He wanted this to last a few.
“Well I figure since you interrupted my Cardio, Ill use you!” Shouted Wulf.
Ug-Mar screamed and bounced up.
He charged forward, Wulf stepped left and caught Ug-Mar with a body hook.
The force of the blow knocked Ug-Mar back a few feet.
Wulf grinned.
“Give up Orc, you can’t beat this Hobbit.”
Ug-Mar snarled and lunged.
This time Wulf wasn’t fast enough and Ug-Mar caught Wulf in the chin with a powerful cross. Wulf staggered back. He felt as if he ran into a wall.
This time it was Ug-Mars turn to grin.
“I have come for The One Supplement, Hobbit!” Ug-Mar stated.
“Never!, Orc!” Wulf screamed back.
Wulf lunged forward and moved as if he was about to hit a low kick.
Ug-Mar went to deflect, and without blinking an eye, Wulf switched to a high round house. The kick caught Ug-Mar right across the face.
CRACKKKK!!!!
Wulf could feel the cheek bone breaking under the flesh.
Ug-Mar screamed and fell back.
Wulf leaped forward again not giving Ug-Mar time to react.
Wulf threw another kick, this time to the chest of Ug-Mar.
Ug-Mar came crashing down right where the table use to be.
Wulf thought to himself “Hmm Now I have someone to blame for the table.”
Ug-Mar jumped back up.
The battle waged for another 30 minutes.
Both Ug-Mar and Wulf traded blows, kicks and throws.
Finally Ug-Mar started to get worn out, Wulf smiled, he still felt as if he could go another 1 hour, but he knew that Ug-Mar was about finished, so Wulf decided it was time to end it.
Ug-Mar stepped forward and threw a punch. Wulf stepped to the outside, caught the arm and slammed his elbow upward, breaking Ug-Mar’s arm.
Ug-Mar fell back, Wulf leaped forward and grabbed the Orc, spun him around and locked his arms around the neck of the filthy Orc. With one quick movement, Wulf could feel the Orc’s neck crumble under the pressure.
Ug-Mar’s body went limp.
Wulf sighed.
“Great, what am I going to do with a dead Orc?” Wulf said as he popped 3 more IntraXCell.
And this is how Wulf got an Orc Skinned Rug.
Cardio:
Kickboxing 45 minutes with a 15 minute cool down.
Ill post my diet later today once I eat everything and get it calculated.
Review:
IntraXCell: So far so good. I got the prickling feeling again roughly about 25 minutes into my workout. It was sorta awkward throwing punches and kicks with that feeling. Felt cool though. Not sure if it was just a mind set, but I felt that my endurance was a tad greater today. It’s only Day 2, but like I said on Day 1, This product seems to do what it promises. 10/10
Fyre: another solid day of energy. I have taken 3 pills so far and my forth with be in about 30 minutes. Sweated like hell during my workout. 10/10
Also weighed myself this morning. I am at 212 from 215 from Sunday. I assume that its water weight, but hell 3 pounds…that’s freaking great.

Wulf sat in his office.
"God, why did I choose to go to days?" Wulf said to himself.
0530 was turnover time. Wulf would be at his office relieving the nights watch. Well at least it was the best job to have at the Castle if you were an Arcane Security Specialist or A.S.S to those that Wulf and his companions would arrest.
Wulf loved the job. He could sit in his office; do his arcane work without being bothered by any other person, other then the prisoners he had to keep an eye on.
Either way, Wulf sat there wishing he was back on nights. As his mind wondered, he heard someone yelling from outside.
“WULF! WULF! WULF! You awake up there?”
Wulf sighed, got up and opened the door. From over the balcony he saw who was disturbing his nap time. It was the Halfling Gurbin.
“What do you want Gurb. Shouldn’t you be at your post on the North Tower.?!” Wulf yelled back.
“I was, but I noticed that we have a runner!” Gurbin called back.
“A runner!” Wulf sighed. He looked back and noticed that the South Tower was empty.
“Don’t tell me, it’s Malick….again.” Wulf said.
Malick was notorious for trying to get out of the King’s service. At least once a week he would try to make a run for it.
“Stupid Dwarf.” Wulf thought.
“Alright, Alright, I am on my way down.” Wulf said as he climbed down the ladder well.
“He as about a good ˝ mile on you Wulf.” Said Gurbin.
“No worries” thought Wulf, “It’s a dwarf, and they have stubby legs.”
Wulf sat there for second and decided that he may need some wake up juice, so he went back upstairs and got his pill container. As he picked it up he could feel the heat from the Fyre that he put in there the night before. Lucky for Wulf the container had an enchantment on it that prevented damage from any source. As he opened the container, smoke lifted out from the pill.
Wulf took the Fyre and headed back down stairs.
Wulf started to stretch.
“Umm, are you going to go get him?” Gurbin asked.
“Yes, but I need to stretch first. Don’t want to pull a muscle.” Wulf said smiling.
And with that Wulf was off.
Wulf’s vision was that of a hawk, and at about 200 yards out, he spotted the Dwarf.
Malick was leaning against the wall, already out of breath from about 1 mile of running.
“Silly Dwarf.” Wulf said to himself.
As Wulf got closer, Malick looked up and saw him catching up.
Malick took off.
“Damn, he has gotten faster.” Wulf thought.
When Wulf got to the point were he first saw Malick, he noticed a similar bottle that Wulf had…It was a bottle of Fyre!
“Damnit, that Dwarf is using Fyre for some extra energy!”
For 30 minutes they ran. Wulf was slowly catching up. At about 100 yards from each other, Wulf decided he had enough and pulled his Bola.
Wulf was a dead eye and could hit a acorn out of the mouth of a squirrel 200 yards away with out hitting the squirrel, so 100 yards and a Dwarfs head was o problem.
Malick went down like a brick. Wulf picked up the limp body of the Dwarf after making sure he was still breathing.
“I am sure the King will have words with you Malick,” Wulf said laughing, “Silly Dwarf, Fyre is NOT for kids.”

Fyre Review: Only had 1 pill so far, the others will be taken through the day for a total of 4 pills. So far so good. Energy is steady. Not as hungry as before. Not sure if its just mental and I am not intakeing as much so my stomach is shrinking or what. But I like this supplement. 10/10 this morning.
Side Note: Weighed in at 211 this morning. I figure my weight loss will top off at the end of the week since I assume this is just water weight right now. But hell 211. Thats kick ass!

BEEP!

During the workout, Wulf noticed a prickling feeling throughout his body. At first Wulf was nervous, but that feeling went away quickly as he continued his workout. When he was completed, Wulf downed another 3 pills of IntraXCell. BY ODIN HE FELT GOOD!
Through the rest of the day, Wulf was like a giddy school kid, he couldn’t wait till tomorrow, so he could taste the power of The One Supplement again!
(Break down of IntraXCell and Steeledge usage)
1700: 3 pills of IntraXCell
1 scoop of Steeledge (1/2 drank pre work out, the rest during)
1820: 3 pills of IntraXCell
Review of First Day Usage:
IntraXCell:
Felt the prickling about half way in the workout. Really didn’t bother me, in fact it let me know that it was working. Since it’s the first day, I really didn’t expect a sudden increase in my stats. Overall I feel that this product will do as promised.
SteelEdge:
HOLY ****…..This stuff Rocks.
Tastes great 10/10. I could feel the energy throughout the workout. Great JOB AEN!!!
Fyre:
Steady energy through out the day. Seriously if you don’t drink water, you will feel the burn. Good job Syntrax. I did sweat a lot more today during my workouts. So I would have to give this a 10/10.

Ogres.
All Wulf saw was Ogres, which was too expected since Wulf was at the Hall of Ogre Might, the hardest, toughest training hall in the kingdom. Now before we get too far into the story, let’s give some back ground on Ogres.
Ogres or the scientific name NonCommonSenseisOgerti was created by the God Ogreina as a bodyguard of sorts. They were big, strong and well not very bright. We are not saying Ogres were stupid, ok let’s put it this way, a dead mock rat beast has more common sense. If you ask an Ogre for the time, they would pick up the closet creature, could be you, and throw them towards the sun and count. Normally they would stop at 10, not because that’s when you or the creature would hit the ground, but because that’s as high an Ogre can count. So for the Ogre it was always 10, seconds, minutes, hours….didn’t matter it was just 10.
As time passed, Ogres created their own society and branched out of their “slave” position with the God.
Now the societies weren’t a grand one, more of a just take and destroy all things not Ogerish.
There was a time that Ogres were at war with everything, even the air. It wasn’t until the King met with the War Chief to create the Treaty. Ever since then, there has been a shaky peace between the Ogres and the Kingdom, but a peace none the less.
Another thing about Ogres, were their names. No one in the kingdom could pronounce an Ogres name other then another Ogre, so for the rest of the Kingdom, Ogres were all named Ogre. It keeps things simple.
Alright back to Wulf.
Wulf looked around.
“Hmm this might have been a bad Idea.” Wulf thought.
Wulf didn’t want to go home and figured that he could stop by the Hall to get his workout done. Wulf had The One Supplement on him plus the SteelEdge. So either way, Wulf was ready.
He popped 3 IntraXCell and drank half his SteelEdge and headed to the floor to stretch out.
As Wulf stretched, he looked around to see which equipment was open. Now for an Ogre, weights didn’t equal common known weights. Ogres lifted 3 things; boulders, animals and humanoids. So the only open “machines” were the Boulder Press machine, Ox Smith Lifter, or the Ogres personal favorite the Gnome Cable Swing.
Figuring that Wulf was looking to lose some weight and increase his endurance, he went to the Gnome Cable Swing. A multi purpose device that allowed for every virtual workout known. Not massive weight but a good workout none the less. Ogres liked it because they got to swing Gnomes, seriously who wouldn’t like to swing Gnomes.
Wulf got a good workout done, with no issues with the Ogres.

Hello all. In a rush right now. Have to get back, just came home to grab Rucksack. Ok to give a quick insight on Field Excerises....
"The Legend Of NK Wulf"
This mighty soldier on the eve of the war
he waged told his troops of lessons learned from battles fought:
"May your heart grow bolder like an iron--clad brigade" said this leader to his outnumbered lot.
Known as a hero to all that he knew, long live the legend of NK WULF!
The brave Hobbit leader of the chosen few, long live the legend of NK WULF!
lyrics from Dropkick Murphys.
also eating MRES this weekends so cal intake is going to be a horrorfest.
quick IntraXCell review from last night. I took 6 pills at one time due to time issues and had an MRE about 10 mins later....The prickling feeling was AWESOME! Have to run will have a full update Sunday Night.

I would like to thank Eric Nylund and the Halo Book First Strike for some of the ideas in this story.
Friday
Wulf looked over the battlefield from the top of the southern camp, his temporary command post. The structure had been hastily erected, and some of the fast-drying Kroloc Blood hadn’t fully hardened.
The camp was not the best defensive position, but it gave him a clear view of the filed as his team worked to strengthen the perimeter. Hobbits, Dwarfs, Elves, Humans and Gnomes strung barbed wire and swept the area on patrols.
Satisfied that the situation was as stable as possible, Wulf sat and began to ensure all his equipment was in order. Under normal circumstance, he would have Gorinbak, his square gnome assist him, but Gorinbak was killed earlier that day by a Kobold arrow, so for the duration of this battle, Wulf took care of it.
Earlier that day, Gorinbak was assigned to a different division that held off a Kobold assault. Officer Limican, the division commander and Wulf’s friend, had been ordered by the King to attempt a flank attack; however while attempting the flank attack, the division got ambushed by a secondary unit of Kobolds. The entire Division was wiped out, including both of Wulf’s friends.
“What a waste.” Wulf thought.
As Wulf continued to inventory, Balmug, a Hobbit, approached.
“Wulfie” Said Balmug in a serious but friendly tone “Position set and no sign of the enemy.”
“Good” Wulf said with a sigh.
Wulf wasn’t sure why the Kobolds were being so cautious, but he’d take the break. This would give Wulf time to figure out how to stop them. If his division was mobile, they might have a chance to be able to engage a force the size the Kobolds had, but holding a fixed position, Wulf’s division would be like sheep being led to the slaughter.
“Alright,” Wulf said “Since we have a break, gather the division, those soldiers not on watch, we are going to do some exercise.”
“Bah” Grumbled Balmug “I want to eat and drink; I am a Hobbit not an Elf!”
With that Balmug walked off and gathered the division. Wulf just smiled.
Wulf went into his tent and made sure no one was around. The One Supplement was the one thing that he knew that the Kobolds would definitely want, so he wanted to make sure that it was secure and safe. Wulf decided that he would just take 6 pills at once, due to the chance that time wouldn’t allow him to take it after the workout.
Within 15 minutes Wulf felt the tingling feeling, something that he hadn’t not truly felt on the 3rd day of use, but them he only took 3 pills prior to his workout. He enjoyed the feeling.
Once the division got together, they worked out for roughly an hour. Wulf truly felt great. His endurance was increasing noticeably and so was his recovery time. Wulf felt that The One Supplement was helping with this. About an hour after the workout, Wulf got cleaned up and decided that it was sleep time.
(Workout Friday: Division Pt. Pushups, Curlups, Jumping Jacks, Sprints, all that Fun stuff. Low Crawl, High Crawl, Jump Over things that were not meant to be jumped over. Get Dirty and Have Fun. Meals: MREs-----cal intake to friggin high to mention…MRE’s ARE THE DEBIL!!!!!!!
Review: IntraXCell, so far so good. I differently noticed the tingling after taking 6 pills at once and having half of the serving of SteelEdge. My endurance seems to have increased a little. I wasn’t has worn out or swore from the Division Pt that I am normally. So I give it 10/10 still
SteelEdge helped me out greatly Friday. The energy so far has been great during my workouts. The taste is unbeatable 10/10
Fyre: It’s a great way to get some energy to start the day. I have changed to 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in the afternoon. Seems to be a better way for me to take it. Good steady energy and I have noticed that my hunger level has decreased. This is great, I don’t crave those snacks. 10/10)
Saturday
Master of Disguise (Turtle Turtle)
Wulf and Balmug faced the three Kobolds that had been dragged into the camp. Wulf peered at them. As he studied them, Wulf smiled. A smile that Balmug knew meant trouble.
“Take their clothes off,” Wulf said, “Time to play Dress Up. Balmug, you, Keleam and I are going to dress up like these Kobolds and take this fight straight to them.”
“I’m all for a good fight, Wulf, but those odds are a little lopsided even for us…like ten thousand to one.” Balmug stated.
“We can handle a hundred to one,” Keleam chimed in, “maybe even five hundred to one with a little planning and support, but against these odds, a frontal assault seems---“
“It’s not going to be a frontal assault,” Wulf said. He wedged the Kobold dagger into his belt. “We cam play this one as quiet as we can,” he said.
“So assuming we fool them into letting us into their lines…then what?” Balmug asked.
“Pretty simple,” Wulf said calmly, “We get in, we take out their commander and the rest of the Kobolds will surrender. They never fight once their commander is killed. That’s why the commander never goes out to the battlefield.”
“And if anything goes wrong, we end up in the middle of 10000 pissed off bad guys.” Keleam said.
“We’re Hobbits,” Wulf said “What could possibly go wrong?”
A Kobolds Point of View
The horn hooted, and Zawaz sprang to his feet with a startled yelp. The round Kobold, a grunt clad in fur and hide armor, fumbled and dropped his watch-glass. He keened in fear and retrieved the item with a trembling claw. If the watch-glass had been damaged, the Orcs would use his body as an arrow shield. If his masters learned he’d been asleep at his post, they might do far worse than kill him. They might give him to the Ogres.
Zawaz shuddered.
Fortunately, the watch-glass was still intact and the diminutive Kobold sighed with relief. He thought he might have heard something. Only a small mountain separated him from the Hobbit force. He listened closely, yup he heard something.
He peered over the dirt edge of his protective hole to confirm this. He spotted three of what looked to be brother Kobolds approaching. Zawaz snorted. It was odd that he didn’t recognize them. He considered alerting his superiors, then thought better of it. What if they were on a secret mission for the Orcs, they could have The One Supplement.
No, it was best not to question such things. Be ignored, and live another day. That was his creed.
He nestled back into his hole, resent the horn and prayed that it wouldn’t go off again. He curled into a tight ball and promptly fell into a deep sleep.
OK OK it went wrong.….
Wulf and his team slowly made their way through the Kobold camp. So far so good. Avoiding contact with any other Kobold, they saw the commander’s tent. They made there way into the tent, and …. (Slow Motion camera pan) Camera fades out….
(Sad Enya Music Playing)
Voice Over… On that night Wulf and his team fought bravely. They slew hundreds of Kobolds but alas the numbers were to overwhelming....
Camera pans over battlefield….
A Cloaked Man wonders through the dead bodies.
“Raise, Young Warrior….”
Lighting strikes the ground.
As the smoke settles, Wulf is kneeling…..
“The One Supplement, IntraXCell and the Powers of AEN will not let you die so easily Hobbit. You have much more to do. Go forth and fight another day.”
(Workout Saturday: Not really a “normal” Workout. A lot of marching, running, dodging, ducking, dying etc. Meals….FREAKING MREs!!!!!!
Review: IntraXCell, took 6 pills again, was running around all day, seemed like I had more endurance, so I am figuring its doing what it promises. Great supplement. Was so busy today, didn’t notice the tingling. 10/10
SteelEdge: didn’t take it today.
Fyre: Same as Friday. Its doing what it’s suppose to so far 10/10)
I got home about an hour ago. The field exercises went great. We came home early due to someone having to come back and my side lost. Not bad though, learned some new tactics and will be ready next time…..
Did a weigh-in when I got home….213lbs!!!! Not worried about it. God those freaking MREs….Time to get back on a good meal plan.

How are you liking SteelEdge? I am looking into a pre-workout drink and that is on my list to look at! Would you rate it better than No-xplode or superpump?
Also, i see you taking Frye, for my upcoming cut i will be taking that! Do you like it so far?

loving SE. I have used SuperPump and I would suggest SE as a pre/during workout drink. To me it tastes better and I didnt have to run to the bathroom.
Superpump worked, but i prefer SE. Never tried No-xplode so i can not comment. I may try it next stack, so I can compare.

bro, your posts last night got destroyed :( .......where's the story?
wth.....where did it go...
damnit!
ok hold on.
“You did what” Wulf said in horror to his Wife.
“I told her I would watch the girls.” His wife said smiling.
“Dear god woman are you insane?” Wulf said
“What, the girls are harmless, and they like our son” She said.
She didn’t understand….these weren’t just girls….these were gnomish girls….not just that, gnomish girls that like to play pranks. These 2 girls were holy terrors. They were demon spawns according to Wulf. He would rather deal with a group of hunger Ogres then MiMo and MoMi.
“When are they…”Wulf was interrupted by a knock on the door.
“NOOOOOO!” Wulf screamed in his head. He knew it there was no chance for him to make an escape.
‘I’ll get it” yelled Cub, Wulf’s son.
“You don’t want to do that” Wulf countered.
“Why…” Cub said as he opened the door.
“CUBBBBBBY!!!!!!!!!” the girls yelled in unison.
“AHHHHHH” Screamed Cub as he ran up the stairs.
“COMEBACKCUBBYCUBYCUBBYCUBBY”.
Wulf knew the pattern of their speak. These monsters never took a breath as they spoke, nor did they create sentences. Everything was one long winded statement.
“HIMISTERANDMISSWULFMIMOANDMEAREHERETOHAVEFUNANDPL AYWITHCUBYOUWANTTOPLAYWITHUSMRWULFWEWANTTOPLAYOGRE STOMPANDMASH…” MoMi shouted.
“Ummm, I cant me have to uhhh, go and….” Wulf thought of what to say. Before he finished he heard the cries of his offspring.
“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Get away from me!!!!” Yelled Cub from upstairs.
“HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHCOMEHERECUBBY !” MiMo said.
Wulf looked around, he noticed the youngest, MiMo was no where to be found.
“MRWULFIWANTSOMETHINGTOEATIAMTHRISTY…”
Wulf glared at his wife.
‘You deal with this; I have to go save our son.” Wulf said as he ran for the stairs.
“Oh Wulf they are just having fun.” His wife said.
“AHHHHHHH DAD!!!!!!!!!!”
“COMEHERECUBBBYCUBBBYCUBBBY!!!!”
“You tell that to Cub.” Wulf shot back as he ran up the stairs.
As Wulf came up the stairs, everything was quiet…too quiet.
“Son,” Wulf whispered.
“Dad is she gone?” came a small voice from the dark room.
Wulf looked around the room and didn’t see anything.
“I don’t know, come here and we’ll get out of here” Wulf said.
“Ok.” Cub said as he slowly moved out from the corner.
“AHHHHHHHIGOTYOUCUBBY!!!!” Scream MiMo from out of no where.
MiMo appeared right behind Cub as he moved towards his dad.
“NOOO!” Screamed Cub as he jumped forward and tried to get behind his father.
“RUN SON!!!!” Screamed Wulf as he pushed Cub behind him to cover him from MiMo.
“MRWULFYOUWANTTOPLAYTO!!!!GOOD!!!!!!!!!” with that the little demon gnomish vile evil spawn from hell turned herself into a 7 foot tall Troll.
You see gnomish arcanaish children learn spell casting such as levitate, invisibility and shape shifting. Wulf soon realized that this girl was fond of invisibility and well shape shifting.
“LETSPLAYWULFKILLER!!!!!” Growled the oh so innocent child that Wulf’s wife felt it was such a nice thing to watch.
“Dear God,” thought Wulf, “I am going to die, in my own home at the hands of a 5 year old gnomish troll, life just isn’t fair.”
What will come of Wulf and his Son? Stay tuned tomorrow, Same Wulf Channel, Not sure if it’s the same Wulf Time!

Pushups: 83 YEAH BABY!!!! Just got to push out 17 more....Got to work on those quick muscle fibers
Situps: 80 I dont think Ill every get a 6 pack, but my stomach will be as strong as a steel beer keg :)
Run: 1330. Pretty good decrease in my time. Not were I wish it was but its a start. This is my weakest area. My goal is to get 12 mins by March.
Over all note I didnt feel worn out after the prt which is good. I also feel that I may have been able to push harder on the run...not sure if the reason I didnt was a mental thing or what. At the end of the month ill push harder and see where I am at.

To me the chest fat has decreased, but my stmoach is still there. Weight is at 210. Not bad from 215. 2 weeks 5lbs. Need to pick up the cardio though. My goal is 200 at the end of the month...ok ok 205.

Wulf, are you setting a time frame to complete those push ups & sit ups? March is when the offical PRT is. So really by the end of Feb I woulf like to hit those goals. I am looking at babysteps. I figure Ill have a good day then a bad day. Of course my goal is to beable to hit 100 on a bad day :).
Workout Today.
Body weight.
30 pushps
25 hindu squats
25 lunges
20 (4 count) flutter kicks
50 crunches
rest 1 min rainse and repeat
I did 5 sets. Felt really good. Not swore at all. Drink my SE during the workout. Hindu squats always mess my legs up, so it will be a good trial of SE to see about recovery. SO far its been great.
Review: IXL: Still going strong. Took 6 pills prior to work out. It was strange, I felt the prickling after my workout. I wonder if it had to do with the carbs I had shortly after my workout. I am going to test this on Sat. GOing to take 6 pills wait 30mins then have a few carbs. Either Way 10/10
SE: Not much more I can say about this stuff other then Fantastic. 10/10
Fyre: LOL with that and work today, I pretty much needed to be reminded to eat. Wasnt hunger all day. Glad that my Restricted personnel have to go to chow 3 times a day or I would have not eaten at all. 10/10
Pictures....cant find where my Wife put the memory card for the camera. So as soon as i get it ill post some pics.
Weight still at 210.
Story: Brain is fried right now. Ill finish up with the Gnomish Girl Nightmare soon.

Ok, sorry about the lack of story...but due to work and badguys, I havent had time to really focus on that...stupid badguys...ok anyhow. I decided that I would test the IXL against the weights this day. We can see that my pushups have increased and so have a few of my reps. Now before I get into the workout, a few weeks ago, before the saga of IXL and the forming of the Fellowship, I hit the gym for chest and tris. Now I love DB. I hate Bars. Its a personal choice..anyhow I normally do 3x5 at 80lbs with the DB.....now to the work out
Cardio: Eliptical (Just Legs) Avg Sp: 9-10 mph. Time 15 mins HR: 160 Dist: 2.50 miles
Pushups 25
DB Bench Press 3x10 80lbs....as we can see my reps have greatly increased, I have no doubt that this is to the IXL.
Flys: 3x10 40lbs also increased weight here
Incline DB press 1x10 70lbs 1x10 75lbs 1x8 80lbs (another increase in weight)
Decline DB press 1x10 70lbs 1x10 75lbs 1x10 80lbs
Pushups 25
Rope Pushdowns 3x10 70lbs
Straight Bar Pushdowns 3x10 100lbs
BW Dips 3x8 BW (I am hobbit built like an Ogre BW 210.....3 sets of 8 is hella good for me :)
Overhead Extensions 3x6 70lbs
Pushups 25
Standing Calves 3x20 400lbs (I am a monster when it comes to legs...at least I think so :) )
Seated Calves 3x10 200lbs (not bad. I am going to hit 250 seated soon :) )
Pushups 25
Hanging Leg Rasies 3x8 (This was tough....not the rasies but the holding of my BW...give it time I'll get more reps in)
Rope Crunches 4x25 50lbs
Crunches 2x25 BW
Side Bends 2x25 45lbs
Pushups 25
The reason I did the pushups the way I did instead of after every set, was The weight increase. I wanted to test it. Ill slowly add 5 to each set of pushups and see where my limit is.
This was a great workout.
Ill give a review of the supps later. Hav eto go pick up the battleaxe...errr wife from the office.
ps...for those that read Flex...Yes yes yes....this is JC workout to get ready for the O....so sue me. :)

I agree with you on the point of IXL giving one extra Omph! when putting oneself to the next limit.
It did give me more vascularity. the web of veins popped out...
:D
I just achieve a PR yesterday (GMT pacific time). We exchange PM before and your advice did help me out. so I have to say, "this one is for you" ;)

Its been awhile since I had a chance to update with work the holimas and me dying of the plague. I finally feel better. I have been close to bed riden for the last week. Chills fever death...that sort of thing. Anyhow. I should be back on track on Friday, since I am moving to nights now with work, I should beable to hit the gym twice a day.
I am still taking the IXL and Fyre. Fyre still contiues to kill me hunger. I will reweigh myself tomorrow. I am sort scared since it was the holidays and all :).
Also at the beginning of the year I will be adding a few things to my stack and running a log with them. Not sure on the complete list yet. These will be unsponsored. I do know that Purple-K will be added but I am thinking aobut Ebol and possiblly S.A.N. Attitude. Alright all. I hope your holimass was filled with money and hot chicks.

thanks. you to.,
Logs......boy tell you what its pretty time consuming...work, family, sheep herding, bigfoot watching, and rock staring take alot of time.
I know that I started strong and ended not so strong :(
However I can say that IXL has been very true to its statements. I will not do a "final" on IXL because there is not a final to be made. Even before becoming a Rep for AEN, I decided that IXL was going to be a stable in my stacks. Therefor I will continue to run it at the recommended 3 months. So I have 2 more months to go.
The same will be for SteelEdge. I love this stuff.
Fyre. It gave me the energy to start off the day and keep going. It also killed my hunger. It was effective in those aspects. As for weight loss, I lost a total of 10lbs. I went from 215 to 210 back up to 213 to 208. That was my weight 3 days ago.
Might be back up since I changed work shifts and it effected my eating habits. I will reweight my self here on Monday. Thats is when I start my new stack. IXL, SE, Purple-K, Ebol, Fusions T2, Animal Pak, Animal Flex (getting old joints need help).
Good luck! I to will be running this product for 2 more months. My january stack looks like this: Intraxcel, Storm, Shock Therapy, Xtend, Spyce, Fyre, Whey, Multi, Fish oil, caffeine.
Im pretty excited to start this stack!
