I was plannning on talking monohydrate creatine how ever i was planning on taking it for a while to get gains and avoid the bloated look. How ever I was wondering how long is it ok to take creatine for. When do tolerances kick up and u have to increase each dose becuse i do now want to eventually be taking almost half a bottle of creatine to achive the same results.

I haven't heard of anyone building a tolerance for creatine. I do know that in my own personal experience taking 10-15 grams a day does cause some water retension. I've been taking creatine for years and I have yet to see anything negative come from taking it. I have made gains in size and strength while using it.

I talked to a person and he told me that creatine monohydrate tends to hold a lot of water and that once you stop taking it, you lose all your gains. He pointed me towards CE2. Its supposed to keep your gains longer and not hold as much water. Its supposedly very similar to Creakic by Muscletech....i have not heard of building creatine tolerance up either

did that person happen to work for gnc??

the water retention is the most anabolic property of creatine...the whole purpose it to engorge your muscles with water...the less water=less growth

so in essecne i could take cratine the rest of my life with out having to take larger doses to acive the same effect.

also when does the water bloating occur while you are on it or when your stop ??

the water bloating starts pretty much 2-3 days into the loading phase...and within a week of stopping the water bloat should subside

wait so the bloating starts and doesnt stop untill a week after stoping creatine or after a week of using creatine the bloating will stop

so if there is no bloating it isn't working? I've taken cell mass 4 times and haven't really got bloating. Seems to help put on a few lbs each time I take it, as long as I don't take it all the time.

Cellmass is creatine ethyl ester and doesn't cause water bloat like mono.

Le Derek, this is what I meant, sorry for the confusion

The guy said that a monohydrate shows that you are holding water more than a ethyl esther
