hi, i just wanted to know what eould be the best way to incorperate no-xplode into my lifting program. the only time that i train is in the morning's (6.30am), so i wake up at 6am to have my first meal giving it around 40 mins before i start my workout. the suggested use for no-xplode is 45mins before traning on an empty stomach, i dont know if it is possible brcause i feel i need my pre workout meal. any sutggestions would help, thanks.

Well you can still eat and then take NO-Xplode, it will just increase the amount needed for the desired effect.

It will also take a little bit longer to initiate it's effects however, to what degree will vary from person to person and also, how much you actually eat.

I solved this problem by waking up, eating a low sugar yogurt (maybe with a little xtra fruit, or just a light meal in general), followed by a portion of a protein shake. This was all I needed for the initial fuel.

About 15 minutes following eating, I down my HORSE POWER and I'm feeling the surge within a half hour or so.

man I have the same problem...I wake up at 0245 and chug a musclemilk RTD and about 5 minutes later my No-Xplode....I usually start lifting 20-30 minutes later....dont have the luxury of waiting any longer as i have to be out the door at 0430 to make it to work on time....

I probably am not using it the best way to really optimize its effects...but I need the pre-workout RTD and cant really get up much earlier (I dont get to sleep until 9-10pm!)

would it be wise to replace pre workout meal with 2-3 scoops of no xplode?

sometimes you will catch me running back and forth between my garage and my kitchen during a rest trying to cook some food:( gotta do what cha gotta do

it is possible to replace my pre workout meal with 2 scoops of no xplode, this would mean training on an empty stomach which i am not really comfortable with. my plan is to take the no xplode on an empty stomach, and then consume my pre workout meal 15 to 20 mins afterwards. i asked the guy at my gym and he said as long as the no xplode is in your system this is fine.
