I had a baby 7 months ago, and have been working out. As of today I am down almost 100 pounds! At 42 the weight comes of slower. I workout 5 days a week at 5 in the morning, drink one gallon of water, but my eating I need to get together. As of right now I am eating protein, juicing. I will be around I hope that I can met some friends. Meme

Congrats on the little one. What did you have, a boy or a girl? What do you mean by "juicing"? Welcome to bb.com!

Welcome Meme....:)

Congratulations on the baby and the weight loss!
Working out is great, both cardio and weight training...but you need to get the right diet too.

Give us a full day's menu so we can have an idea of what your diet is like. And then we can give suggestions to help you perfect it a bit.

Hi....congrats on the new baby!! I have also lost a lot of weight..136 pounds..I am now..at the age of 46..trying to undo all the damage being overweight for over 10 years has done. I have been lifting and workingout for about a year now..getting some resulsts but not like I want. The biggest problem is the excess skin....wondering if I will ever get it toned up. My arms are a big problem...working very hard on triceps. If anybody has any advice....I'd appreciate it....I work out 5 days a week. Good luck on your diet and the new baby!

Give your body time to adapt to the changes. Make sure you are eating good quality food, drinking a lot of water, some added cardio, and a bit of resisitance training. You are correcting 10 years worth, so don't sweat it, it will come. ;)
