Hey everyone!
Wow, Great to hear from ya Xeno! I'm seeing you everywhere now! How goes your bulk?
Anyway, my name is Jordan, I'm 18, and in the middle of my senior year wrestlingseason. I'm having to do short cut and bulk cycles so I can keep my weight within 215lbs, my weight class. Right now I weigh 220, and I have to be at 215 within two weeks. Thats not problem, so my game plan is to loose down to around 205-210, then bulk to 220, and then repeat.
At the moment I'm 5'9 ~17% bodyfat weighing 220, and my goal is by the end of my wrestling season (February 3rd) to be at 10% bodyfat. Another goal of mine is to keep my strength up, because its rather dissapointing to drop 40-50lbs on your maxes each wrestling season. Which is a key area I believe Pyru-CreX will shine because, of the multiple strength and energy increasing components.
Currently, I train pretty much when I can. I can't train three days before a tournament because I need to be at 100%, and I have a tournament every Friday and some Saturdays. So, my split looks like this...
Sunday: Chest/Triceps/Deltoids
Monday: Back/Biceps
Tuesday: Quads/Hamstrings/Calves
I'm getting an excess of cardio due to wrestling practice so that is completely covered. As far as diet goes, I will post it up later along with some more information tonight after wrestling practice.
