I would like to look into the keto diet more. When I do a search I really am not getting enough info. Can someone please give me a good web sit so that I too can maybe start the keto diet.
Also I have done the Atkins diet. I am curious if this is the same thing.

If you working out, you will want to stick to keto. It is not the same as Atkins. There a basic rules to follow regarding such things as carb-ups and post-workout shakes that you need to be familiar with.
There is alot of good info that you can find in the general nutrition section. There are a couple of stickies on keto. Take your time and do your homework before you get started, so you don't end up with problems.
I did it for awhile, but never felt I had good control over my diet.
Taking in 45-65% of your total calories as fats can be traumatic to someone who has been doing lowfat/nofat for a zillion years. :)
But alot of people have had great success with it.
So check out the threads and see what you think. :)
