What's everybody's opinion concerning the Shoulder Horn? Would it be worth buying or is it a scam?

Junk...
Shoulders can be trained perfectly with some dumbbells and a good set of free weights...

I don't think jay1514929 exactly realizes what the shoulder horn is. The shoulder horn puts the shoulders in the most biomechanically advantageous position to work the external rotators in the shoulder area while supporting the arm in the proper places(you actually use weights while you do this), it may be a little overrated however. You can do the same basic exercise one arm at a time by using the edge of a preacher bench to support your upper arm while doing the same external rotation exercise. Sit sideways on the preacher bench and adjust the bench so you can rest your elbow on it and your elbow is at about the same height or slightly higher than your shoulder. Now with your elbow resting on the edge of the preacher bench, grab a light dumbbell and point your fist at the ceiling. Lower your forearm until your fist almost touches the bench, then use the power of your rotator cuff to return to the starting position. This also allows you to do one thing you can't do with the shoulder horn, the same exercise, facing the precher bench so your arm is in front of you rather than out to the side.
