This morning i took nox surge and probably within 20 minutes i felt an awesome surge of energy. I also had a really good mental focus at the gym, with great energy, but I had the jitters about 3/4 through my workout, they were bad enough i decided not to finish out the rest of my workout. I took 2 scoops of nox surge, I believe it was the caffeine that made me jittery. I am going to go back to 1 scoop preworkout. overall i am impressed for the first day of nox surge. tomorrow is arm day....later.
I will post some before pics for the !@#$ of it, later tonight

yeah i took 2 scoops at first go also........i was totally jacked by the time i was done at the gym....couldnt sleep either that night. deceased by half a scoop today and i was perfect.
pretty potent stuff.

nice pics. yeah, go back to one and gradually increase to 1.5, then decide if 1 or 1.5 is better for you in particular :)

now is the 1.5 scoops in 8oz water or more? i mixed 2 coops in 20 oz of water and it was till very sweet.

workout felt awesome. i had a massive pump in my arms. i wish i would have brought my tape to see how much the nox surge made them grow during the workout. i took my dose down to 1 scoop, i like this a lot better. i might try 1.5 later. good workout!!!

1 mile cardio(actually almost, i was running on the treadmill and when i was just about done the stupid thing shut down and said error on the screen. what a pile.)
went to the gym during the middle of the day, didn't really like this. i would rather go first in morning or towards evening. really good energy again. didn't really feel much pump in my shoulders. probably because i didn't hit them as hard as normal. overall it was a good workout.

wow, my arms had a huge massive pump, unbelievable. great energy and focus throughout the workout. my arms are maxed out. very impressed with nox surge. i wish i brought my tape to see how much my arms grew, i think next time i will bring it. great workout

great workout. personal record in 1 arm rows. great focus. nox surge give you great energy in the gym. i was warming up with deads and pulled something in my leg, nothing serious, i think i am going to stop doing high weight low reps with deads, overall good workout.

huge massive pump in the chest today, great energy. The pump then transfered to my arms as well and they were pretty swollen. I had really high intensity with a good sweat going. I am really impressed with the nox surge. i had a pr of 3x3 of 300, sweet.

another great workout, had a really good arm pump. didn't have time for cardio. I just measured my arms, 30 minutes after my workout, they measured 17 3/4(oh yeah, nox surge does work). i am happy with that, can't wait to break the 18" mark(pumped).

did't really have any pump in my back, i never really do. but i was happy with my pr on 1 arm rows today. Some sweet energy today, felt really focused as well today.
--that was my notes from yesterday, and today my back is really sore. I think a lot of it was from my 1 arm rows. sweet.

i really upset that i wasn't able to push 330 on bench. I think i am going to start phase 1 over again on spytech's program and cut my 2nd phase short. I don't believe my body is responding like i wanted it to. on a side note, my chest pump was unreal. i think i need a change in my program. pretty good workout overall....my arms are up to 17 3/4, cold. sweet

This week is my start of my deload week. one of the best pumps in my chest with only 8 sets. probably from the nox surge. overall i am really happy with nox surge. will probably order more this month. its pretty nice to have a deload week.
