I have a good back from the rear. But from the front my lats are high. does any one have a good work out that would help. I would like to get my front double bicep to flear a bit more. That realy is the only pose that is lacking.

Typically muscle insertion points are strictly genetic and you can do very little to change what God has given you concerning these insertion points... however you can attempt to make your lats wider which may help with this pose. Try some seated pully rows with you pulling the close gripped handles from a low pully position with you seated on a bench thus attacking the lats from a lower angle.

stiff arm lat pulls.. not sure of the exact name. its when your standing with your arms straight out infront of you then you pull the weight down infront of you without bending your elbows. start off light and get a feel for it. i really feel this in my lower lats.
