so i came home from school at 3 today i ate a meal and a few minutes later the ups guy drops me a box at the door. i open the package to find a hot looking bottle of NOX Surge. perfect timing because i was about to go to the gym in 40 minutes.

so immediately i put some water in my shaker bottle threw in 2 scoops of blue raspberry NOX Surge, and WOW, i was impressed. you all know how good Xceed tastes right? well if they made a blue raspberry flavor it would taste just like this!! the taste was amazing, no having to hold my nose or water it down, it just tasted great!

right now im cutting so i need all the energy i can get and NOX Surge did the trick for me:)

now for my workout, i felt a nice lil caffeine boost from it nothing else, but its the first day so what can you expect? my workout went like this:

everything is done 3x8, im just going to state the weight(in lbs) used each set-

Front Raises-35, 35, 40

Lateral Raises-15, 15, 15(per hand)

Smith Machine Shrugs-200, 220, 220(PR!)

T-Bar Rows-70, 75, 75(PR again!)

Close Grip Lat Pulldown-142.5, 142.5, 142.5

Chin-Ups-5 reps bodyweight

im impressed w/ NOX Surge, i beat 2 personal records on just the first workout!!! im cutting right now so that is amazing!!

today i did my morning cardio and i decided to take NOX Surge afterwards so i could taste it w/ grape juice. WOW! i thought it was good by itself but in grape juice its even better! it tasted like the blue or purple gatorade(i havent had gatorade in awhile so idk which one exactly, lol)

im proud to say that i didnt fall asleep in school today thanks to the NOX Surge:)

Looks good so far..I'm also testing this product.

I'm just curious..in Company Promotion you're already applying to test another product, and you said you're running 2 other logs for another site. I'm just curious what those logs are and if you've listed these supps in this log?? Cool if you have, but a real quick way to get blacklisted if you haven't.

the other log ive done is a basic cuts/melting point log that i did over the summer, its on a different site, i can send you the link if you would like to check it out:)

in my application for hard nutrition, i stated that i was currently doing a CEL NOX Surge log, hopefuylly that doesnt affect my chances of getting chosen because i would like to try out their productts too.


anyways, heres todays update:

i went to the gym at the normal time(4:15 pm). i took my NOX Surge at 3:35. i got to the gym and i did bi/tri/ab day, and the pumps were great! my workout went like this and as always it was 3 sets of 8 reps:

cable curls: 100, 100, 100

hammer curls: 17.5, 17.5(per hand)

tri-pushdown(str8 bar): 70, 70, 70

reverse grip pushdown(each arm separate): 60, 55, 55

machine crunches: 120, 130, 140(all 3x12)

hanging leg raises: 3x10

my workout was great and the pump was even better. after just one set of cable curls my veins were bulging in my biceps and a lil bit in my forearms and once i moved on to hammer curls, i had a roadmap on my forearms.

its only day 3 and i like this product more than other similar things such as no-xplode. unlike no-xplode NOX Surge doesnt have useless ingredients and it doesnt have glycocyamine which is great cuz i try to avoid it if possible. the only thing is i wish i knew how much of everyhing was in the proprietary blends:(

That's awsome. The way it sounded it the other thread, I thought you were testing some other products for another site right now.

The log looks great and if you keep it up I'm sure you'll get chosen as a tester again in the near future.

Good call on the no GAA thing. The last NO product I tried had it and I wish I'd known before.

today is a workout day but i decided to use the NOX Surge before i played hockey today instead of my workout because if i have caffeine too late, i wont ever get to sleep.

i played hockey for 1.5 hours and i was going strong the whole time. even while on str8 caffeine, i dont last that long, so i thought that was pretty cool.

im not gonna even post my workout tonight cuz my left knee is sore and my left shoulder hurts, so im just gonna take it really light on my chest and legs today.

EDIT: i lied, j/k. i ended up taking it a lil easy on chest and legs but i still moved up in weight on the leg extension. i went from the usual 185lbs to 200lbs today! so another PR while cutting w/ CEL NOX Surge!

today i played more hockey for another 1.5 hours and it was ccold today, so my nose was running like crazy which slowed me down a lil bit, but i kept going anyways!

i like the taste, it reminds me of blue gatorade, it even looks like it when you mix it, maybe i got a placebo:( lol

heres yesterdays workout which was shoulders and back:

Military Press-70, 80, 80

Upright Rows-65, 75, 75

Shrugs-230, 250, 270(new PR on the 250 and then the 270. i went up 40 lbs!)

Seated Rows-130, 130, 130

One-Arm Rows-50, 50, 50

Wide Grip Pulldown-135, 135, 135

im really impressed w/ how im shooting up in strength while im cutting since using NOX Surge. the upright rows felt easier than usual even at 75lbs, but i didnt feel ready to go up to 85lbs just yet. i beat my shrug workout from last week by 50lbs!!!!!!! also the pulldowns felt a lil easier this week too.

Concentration Curls: 25, 25, 30

Wrist Curls: 35x15, 45x15, 45x15

Skullcrushers:55, 55, 55

Dips: 1x10, 2x8

Decline Crunches: 4x15

Hanging Leg Raises: 2x10


it was a pretty easy day yesterday. i decided to do weightless crunches this week, and i took it easy on the skullcrushers. i felt like crap yesterday w/ a sore throat and today its even worse, so im gonna rest up today and hopefully feel good enough tomorrow to stuff my face!!!!!!

thats my last pic for my cut, im now upping my calories to 2800 than in a week im gonna go to 3200 and start to bulk:)

here you go, i finally got fully over my sore throat and high temp:)

i started doing 5 reps today and also started bulking, so now im eating 3200-3300 calories a day

here you go:

Bench Press- 135, 145, 145

Dumbbell Incline Bench- 90, 90, 90(i took it somewhat easy)

Dips- 3x8

Leg Ext.- 185, 200, 200, 215

Deadlift- 185, 185, 185(took it really really easy)

i felt good to get back to the gym after a week lay-off but i did good and was pumped, so im happy

today was another great workout! today was just a day dedicated to abs, shrugs and biceps. pretty much a minor workout since i hit my biceps hard on back day and the others worked are small muscles. here you go:

Cable Crunches- 200, 200, 200(all for 10 reps)

Decline Crunches- 3x15

Shrugs- 270(8 reps), 290(6 reps), 300(5 reps)

Concentration Curls- 35, 35, 35

Barbell Curls-70

i think i did amazing on cable crunches and shrugs today. i upped my weight in both of them, especially shrugs. i dropped 3 reps for shrugs and was able to get 30lbs more. so far im very pleased w/ my results w/ CEL NOX Surge and this summer, when i cut again, i will be buying another tub or 2 of it.


EDIT: it has now been a few hours after my workout and i still looked pumped like i was in the middle of a set of heavy curls!!! i even noticed a vein pop out in my chest!!!

Ill definitely be buying CEL NOX Surge again in the future. when i use it i feel really pumped and strong for my workout. i think that its great for both bulking or cutting, so you can use it whenever you like. i also like how it doesnt contain glycocyamine or other pointless and potentially harmful ingredients. i used it while cutting and noticed a great strength boost, i can just imagine what it would be like if i was bulking!
