Vericose Veins

My wife has asked me for your expertise to combat vericose veins ..... Besides working out ..... are there supplements or is surgery the one resort .....

try going to a Dermatoligist and see what they can do it would be more reliable. I have no information on if there is any remady or supp to take to get rid of vericose veins. just try the dermatoligist see how that goes.

Hey, i know im a guy and posting in the female section, just dont tell anyone. Anyways, i had this problem before, and still sort of do cause im really skinny. Anyways i asked a nurse and she said all she knew of was to get real fat, but i wasnt about to go in for that. Now that i've started to lift weights the area that was like veins showing, but not in the hardcore bb way, isnt nearly as bad when im not working out. But when i am they're all sticking out and makes me look like a monster. RRRROOOOAAR! haha, oh god that was gay

I believe supplementing with Vit A would help not cause anymore to appear( as long as you dont OD on the Vit). As for removing the ones already present dermatologist is the way to go. Getting a Tan would help.
