Nope LOL. I'm a weak OH presser...well, weak presser in general.

Na, havent tried an OH max. Prolly somewhere around 175-180 though, but i aint going to find out. No real reason to.

Don't sell youself short, those are nice numbers. OH pressing is tough in general and I rarely go 1RM on them in fear of damaging an RC.

Good job on your working sets though.

Yeah dude, it feels good to be lean. Dont know about the strong part yet, but i'ma workin on it :D

No pause on the 230 set, but very controlled smooth reps (like in the other vids). My paused sets are followed by a (p).

Seated Strict DB Curl -- 35x12, 35x11, 35x12(hammer)
Scott OH Ext -- 70x15, 130x12, 130x11, 100x12(p)
Standing Conc. Curl -- 30x10, 25x10, 20x10(hammer)

This was one of those "break through" type workouts that we all have every once in awhile. Dont know what caused it, but it was incredible. Having 275 on cgbp on the smith is something i never though i'd be capable of, but rocked it for 3 strong reps. 3 plates is not that far off, at all :cool: Now to get there on teh Pancake Press :).

SLDL -- 135x12, 225x12, 295x8, 185x10
Leg Press -- 360x15, 630x4, 450x15
DC Ski Calf -- 40x12, 40x12
Paused Lying Leg Curl -- 110x8, 110x8

Good, solid 3 repper with 325. 295x8 is an all time PR for SLDL. Big set. Shouldnt of thrown 7 on leg press after all the prior work lol, head bout busted after the 4th, so racked. Good 15 repper after that.

Moving on up.

Yeah man, leg press is no cake move..especially when you push yourself...after squats and sldl :D

Legs are coming along very well. I havent measured, but their lean and gaining in size that's for sure.

Yeah man, i was big time carb depleted during that w/o. I usually have some carbs with lunch to ensure I get what i should be getting out of my workouts now-a-days.

nice bro, how did 325 feel? personally i would have thrown in another set after that, 225 x 5 barely qualifies as a "working set" and you only did 6 reps with heavy weight... not trying to bust your balls i just think another triple with 315 would have been a good idea :)

Maybe i should of done one heavy 8 repper after the 325 set, but the leg growth comes more or less from the leg press on this day...Not the squats. Once i hit that 325(which was the goal) i was onto thinking about sldl and the two 15 rep sets with leg press.

Decent. Workouts have been good recently, but during winter, I lost 12 pounds. Got all of it back just about though, and up to about 184ish. Whatever happened to you going into law enforcement?
