I have been working out for only about 3 weeks now 3 days aerobics, 2 days weight lifting. I weigh about 107 give or take a few pounds, and am 5'2". I am trying to lose a little weight and gain muscle. I am recently using thermosculpt for a week and a half, so far no results. Has anyone used this product and can tell me a little about how it worked for them. Also What other dietary supplements are worth trying. Thank you..
