Currently I am preparing for my first bodybuilding show. My husband has competed and won quite a few local shows and is training me for mine. I have been trying to change up what types of cardio I've been doing and I had thought about some of the aerobic and spinning classes as a means for precompetition cardio. My husband says that I should not do these classes because they are not good for precompetition cardio. What do you think?
Change of subject -
Where do you find your competition bathing suits? Just at the regular shops? Or is there somewhere better to look?
Thanks.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/suits/suits.htm Suit link :D

Spinning Class, if your legs are heavy and you can't get them cut it might be beneficial once or twice a week. I find the ellpitical and walking works best for me. I stay away from the bike because it will eat up my leg development. I had bird legs before I started training and I don't want them again.

I think it really depends on you genetics, where you store your weight.
