Need help, not really into body building but need some good chest exercises. Last year I lost 40 pounds and still need to lose 30-40 more. Needless to say my breasts are in pathetic shape and I need to build the muscles under them. I have a Total Gym and have access to a "rubber band" machine. Most of my exercise comes in the form of walking and as you can guess from my name, KARATE. I love it!!!! Thanks for any help you have to offer.

Does your machine have the capability of chest flyes? Those will hit your chest hard as well as benchpresses. Also, the plain pushup, which can be done anywhere, anytime is a great chest builder. Incorporate these into your workouts and you will feel the difference.

- pushups
- incline dumbell flyes
- incline bench press

exercises on an incline target the upper pecs better, tightening the area and help prevent your breasts vom sagging too much. Also make sure not to neglect shoulders and upper back, since a good posture is important.

Thanks, I'm gonna switch to the incline so it might "shock" the chest into further growth.

As far as I can tell there is not much you can do for sagging breasts. I am pretty lean in my upper body with good muscle definition and I still have some sagging. I work chest once a week for about 60-90min.
