Db press- (light) 65 lbs. for 3 sets of 10
Tricep Extension- 3 sets of 8

Biceps-
Concentration curls- 50 lbs 1 set of 10
40 lbs. 1 set of 10
50 lbs. 1 set of 10
Standing EZ bar curls- 3 sets of 8 95 lbs.

Cool down: 50 pushups and 3 sets of 25 crunches

Today was a pretty easy day. Everything felt good even tho this weekend I had absolutely no energy. Been kind of sick though so thats why. Im new at this but i wanted to try it (the journal thingy). Feel free to comment and I'll be in touch.

Today was a light day. Almost like a speed day with higher reps. Everything felt good. I will be doing heavy squats on thursday along with deadlifts probably. Thats about it now im off to the shower.

My stats at this point are 265 bench, 275 squat, and 315 deadlift @ 140 pds. When I first started lifting I sorta neglected my lower body bc i ran alot thinking that was enough. Its not that im weak with my legs I just hadnt ever squated alot until now. i will work on it though but its record for my weight class at our high school so Im happy.

Hey dude. I think that once you get your squat and dead up a bit, you'll be in proportion to your bench!

Today we had a short class so this is all we got in. This week has been an easy one so far. Next week will definately be heavier and more intense. Hopefully tomorrow i will get a good heavy squat/deadlift workout in. Ill keep you posted. Otherwise today felt good.

Well today was suppost to be my heavy squat and deadlift day but i was on call for work (we have this snow storm coming here in va) so i only had ten minutes, but boy did that ten minutes feel good.

Squat
135*10 (warm up)
185*8 (parallel)
205*6 Ass to the grass
225*6 Ass to the grass

I havnt ever gone that low before with 225. I know its not alot of weight but at 140 lbs its decent. The 225 felt soo good today and i feel a definent strength increase in my legs. I swear I had so much more left i could have done it 6 more reps on the same set. Time to bump up the weight. I would have but time was limited. Cant wait until next week.

Today was ok. It was monday so the weights felt kinda heavy but hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Legs are feeling stronger which is good.

Shoulder extension
3*8 30 lbs to the side and 3*8 to the front

1*20 135 lbs. declin bench (quick speedy)

3*30 crunches

135 lbs seated rows
3*10 (need more weight on this)

Short day. tomorrow will be a rest day then back to it on thursday

HEy guys...I havnt posted in awhile becasue i took a good8 days off. I havnt been able to get to the gym anyways due to all the snow....plus i bought a new car so i was excited about that!!
