I have a question, My boyfriend and I have a difference in nutritional outlook. He believe that when dieting one should not look at the fat content, he he believes it's all about carbs and proteind but I think other wise. I believe one should watch for the fat intake as well. If one is trying to loose body fat then I believe we have to monitor the fat intake as well.

Please advice !

I do believe everyone's body chemistry does respond differently to different ratios of macronutrients but really it all boils down to this cal going in=cals exerted out.

Diet takes planning. And that means knowing the grams of protein, carbs, and fats that you are taking in. You can't just watch fats or just watch carbs. You need to see the whole picture.
