I have a question, My boyfriend and I have a difference in nutritional outlook. He believe that when dieting one should not look at the fat content, he he believes it's all about carbs and proteind but I think other wise. I believe one should watch for the fat intake as well. If one is trying to loose body fat then I believe we have to monitor the fat intake as well.
