I hold alot of water, and i have some bf on me. Would a 2 day carbup be alright? Meaning im carbing up for sat. night. So friday the entire day i carbup, and then sat till about 8pm. I just feel id look leaner this way. Thoughts?

Also, wat kinda carbs should i have right after my last depletion workout friday morning? Or should i jsut have reg. protein and then wait maybe 30 min and have chicken with yams?

also, ive noticed i already lost ALOT of water, and i havent even gotten to lowering water/sodium intake. Is this normal? I mean, since sunday ive jsut been drinking 3 gallons and taking in TONS of sodium, esp. after/during cardio. I dunno how i should go about lowering my water/sodium now, i almost feel like that will cause me to retain water for some reason .

Well firstly i wouldnt be training the day before your competition all i do the few final days before my comp is posing and hold it. You aint going to build any muscle over night and you dont want to come out of stage sore.
