Thermolife has provided me with 2 bottles of Ecdysten. I will be taking 9 caps a day, which will last me exactly 20 days. The 20 days will start on the 24th of October.
I am extremly busy with school and also getting my personal training certification through NASM. However, my workouts will not be slacking, neither will my diet or this log.

wow I don't believe I had to sign up for this. First 'real' day of that damn required fitness class, had to get up at 7 this morning, started out walking a mile, then went to 15 minutes of aerobics exercises from this DVD by a guy called Tiger something, which included kicking and kneeing motions... After that we did hundreds of dif. variations of crunches.
I'm going to do some arms later on, but carb intake will be a bit higher today to cover the morning aerobics.
Ecdysten dosing
2 caps per meal spread out throughout the day in 4 meals, and 1 cap with last meal.

haha, yeah it took awhile, but I did get it around the time the other guys got their Ecdystens. I couldn't start it right away because I had to finish up another supplement, which I have started with my slow bulk while not knowing when the Ecdysten was arriving. But it's all good now :D
I-Pros are great, i got a few more tubs after yours just to get some variety in the flavors. I'm relying so much on protein powders nowadays it's not even funny, I bought 6 pounds of isolates 2 weeks ago untop of the 6+ pounds I already had, and I'm almost out  I still get my protein from solid foods at least 4 meals a day, but I eat 7-8 meals a day, other meals are mostly from shakes, and sometimes fastfood...

did some arms today. Tris weren't as strong as i thought they should've been but it MIGHT be due to lack of sleep and early morning aerobics class. The pumps came in really quick today to my suprise, and endurance was very good also.
Here's the workout:
(note: my school has two gyms, one of them I usually go to is newer, they carry a line of machines by Lifetime Fitness, which has a very weird weight system and the cable stations have weird gripping handles)
Pushdowns with close grip rubber handles... : 77.5x10, 77.5x10, 82.5x8
Flat bench skulls: 100x9, 100x8, 100x8
Db skulls: 32.5x7, 32.5x7
Rev. Grip Side pushdowns: 17.5x12, 17.5x12
90 deg. preachers (standing on opposite side of preacher bench, arms in a dead hang): 55x14, 65x12, 75x8, 65x11
Alt.DB curls: 50x8, 50x9, 55x5 + 40x6
Rope Curls: 62.5x12, 62.5x10
1 arm cable curls: 22.5x12

Good to hear man.
With the protein, at least half of your protein is real food sources...that's good enough. You've got to do what you've got to do! We can't all eat every meal like Jay!! :D

rest day today, I was going to do legs, but who knows what the aerobics class have in store for me tomorrow, so legs'll have to wait til the weekend. Muscle fullness is pretty good today, no increase in vascularity. The long head of my triceps are pretty sore, other than that everything's normal. Shoulders 2morrow.

Delts today, felt pretty strong, I was suprised because the morning aerobics was actually a good workout and my nap wasn't that great. Lactic acid started to built up really bad towards last 2 sets of the workout, but that was to be expected. Diet got messed up a bit, went to Arby's and had 3 arby's melts and a couple of mozarella sticks for my 4th meal
Delts:
Db Press: 80sx10, 85x7, 85x6
DB side laterals: 55x10, 55x11, 55x9
Rear delt raises w/ head hanging off inc. bench, supersetted with standing alternating front DB raises: 45x10 + 30x7, 45x11 + 30x7, 45x10 + 30x7
Cable Side Raises: 3 sets

Damn it, my schedule got messed up last couple of days.
Day 4: it was my roommate's birthday and I had to go costume shop and then bday dinner. The dinner lasted nearly 3 hours and I didn't have time to make it to the gym (closes at 9 on friday and saturdays).
Day 5: Last night got dragged pretty long by people staying over from other school here to party. Woke up late, grocery shopping took awhile, then I ended up not having a ride to the gym since my roommate took the car outta town. Tomorrow hopefully I'll be getting to the gym. No rest day for 3 days starting tomorrow.

Damn, busy as hell. Exam today and another hard one wednesday. Did back yesterday morning before the 1st round of football games started. Morning is not my time, my body seems to not want to wake up. Workout wasn't that great but there were no change in strength.
I hurt my lower back a couple weeks ago during a deadlift, so I can't do my favorite barbell rows for awhile.
Wide grip pullups: 8, 7, 7
Wide neutral grip pullups: 6, 6, 5
DB Rows: 100x10, 100x8, 100x8, 100x9
went on the bike for 10 minutes at moderate intensity

I feel pretty fatigued from lack of sleep. I usually catch up on my sleep during the weekend but this weekend it was impossible with all the people over and sunday getting up early to lift. My knees weren't feeling that great today but I managed to get through a quick leg workout.
Hack Squat sled: 6 sets, moderately high weight, 16-20 reps each set
Leg Extensions: 4 sets, 14-18 reps
again, I can't do stiff legs, which i usually do, because of my low back, so I can only do leg curls
Leg curls: 6 sets, 8-12 reps

chest workout. Went to the gym pretty late in the day. I felt okay in the beginning but I don't usually do flat bench after incline, so that threw me off a bit and I felt like **** when I got to flat bench.
Inc. BB bench: 135x14, 205x9, 215x6, 215x5
Flat BB: 225x9, 225x7, 225x6 + 185x6
Inc. DB Flyes: 60sx12, 70x9, 70x9

day 9 was offday, I had an exam at night. Day 10 was today. Water aerobics in the morning, which was stupid and a waste of time, did get a nice leg workout running around in the water though. I started to notice some much improved muscle fullness on day 9. This past night I only had 5 hours of sleep, but my muscles were still very full, pretty unusual but nice.
Switched up the split a little today, did Delts with biceps. Strength was great for delts.
DB Press: 80x11, 90x5, 90x6 + 65x5
Side Laterals: 55x11, 55x11, 60x8
Rear Delt raise supersetted w/ Alt. Front DB raises: 45x10 + 30x8, 45x10 + 30x7
Reverse preachers: 55x12, 75x11, 75x9, 65x10
Alt DB Curls: 50x8, 50x7
Inc. DB Curls: 35x8, 35x7

Day 11, went to chicago, ate at chinatown, and watched the Bulls blow a lead in the end to lose by 1 to the Kings.
Day 12, played basketball for over 2 hours because some kids came down for an annual event which meet here at UIUC this year. My stamina was pretty good, and my right knee held up with the new knee brace I got for patella problems.

transportation's always a problem on the weekends to go to the gym. I had only 1 hour max for the gym today because my roommate had to go run errands and do some project. So my workout was just triceps. 2 days of abnormal diet didn't fare me too well, i was down a rep here and there, but overall still a good workout. Triceps, along with lats is my weak point at the moment, i really need to play some catch up soon.
here's the workout:
Pushdowns with close/flat handles: 77.5x9, 77.5x10, 82.5x9
Flat Skull crushers: 100x8, 100x8, 100x7
bench dips w/ weight: 90x13, 115x14, 115x16
one arm overhead extensions: 35x8, 35x8

Day 15: Chest
My bench has been going down the past couple of weeks since I got off the Jungle warfare, which from what I heard, is to be expected. I don't know why this is the only one to go though, I've maintained or gained strength in every other exercise...
Flat BB: 245x7, 255x4, 255x3, 225x8 + 185x6
Incline DB: 95x6, 95x7

day 16: had aerobics class then shot around afterwards. Played basketball for a couple of hours from 8-10pm, my performance there was awesome, but that's got nothing to do with this log :D (even though I keep hearing kids complaning about my size down low and the picks I set :D)
day 17: forgot my workout log at home, so didn't record any weights today. Did arms and it felt great, weights and reps all went up, I'll put down what I remember from the workout.
Rope Pulldowns: 4 sets
Skulls: 100x10, 100x8, 100x7
Rope overhead extensions: 3 sets
Flatbar pushdowns: 2 sets (1 drop set)

Thew, sorry for the delay. I finished my 20 days of Ecdysten last weekend but haven't had time to update, or do anything for that matter until today. Basically on the last day of the log, all I did leading up to friday was eat, study, and sleep. Exams are kicking my ass, I didn't even train for 5 days, today was the first time since monday. I also had to travel back home to massachusetts yesterday so another day gone. Here are some updates for the final three days.
Day 18: OFF
Day 19: Legs
I don't have my workout log with me since it fell apart, time for a smaller, more durable notebook... Leg workout turned out great, i actually set a personal best on the hacksquat sled, both strength and endurance were great. My knees are finally getting better ever since I got the knee brace, maybe I can actually squat again in this life time.
Day 20: Delts/back
I knew i wasn't going to make it to the gym for quite a few days so I threw delts and back together. There were no increase in strength to note, the workout felt great though, i pushed threw a few intense supersets for delts.

the 20 days went by in a blink of an eye. My schedule was hectic for me to say the least. My weekly aerobics activities were through the roof also, most I ever did in years since I started lifting consistently.
Overall, there were really no great changes to note in strength and size. The good thing is I didn't lose any weight. I maintained my size and I believe I even look leaner, probably due to the increased aerobic activity.
I've tried two ecdysterone products now, Ecdysten and Anagen. I haven't experienced the anabolic effects that it's supposed to provide that many believe in. I still hold a lot of hope for E-Bol, and I'm thinking hard about trying that out later on a cut, hopefully that will demonstrate the full potential of Ecdysterone supplements.
