My wife really really wants to loose about 20lbs, she went through her closet and tried on my favorite dress (on her) and she couldn't get it on and almost cried. The problem is she is on "the shot" birth control. She only eats about one good meal a day because she doesnt get a chance to eat at work. I bought some suppliments recently and it came with a couple free samples of "xenoplex" and the last thing I need to do is loose weight so I gave them to her.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
Thanks
Jim

Don't bother with weight loss supps unless she has a good diet plan and workout routine.
If you notice all the ads...they are taken in comb with exercise and diet. Taken alone will not do much of anything.
Unless she improves the diet, she will not be seeing much improvement. One good meal a day is not a good diet.

She can't even take a second to eat at work? Because she should be eating small meals about 6 times a day. It would be really easy to bring stuff like premixed shakes, cans of tuna, protein bars that could be eaten rather quickly and maybe on the job (depending on what it is.) But she should have as much real food as possible, still. And cardio once a day is key. Can you tell us what is in Xenoplex?
As far as supps go, I'd get the diet and exercise in check first. Most weight loss supps will only work with a caloric deficit, even if they claim otherwise.

If the pill raises estrogen level, then this in itself will make a woman gain fat stores. That's what comes with female hormones unfortunately, and that is why women have more fat deposits than men. She could also be deficient in certain vitamins with the pill such as B6 and zinc and omega 3's and 6's for example which in itself can help with weight loss when those deficienies are rectified. I became depressed when on the pill because of those deficiencies. Just a thought.

Both of the following supplements are very very good and safe for women.
"Nulean Caps" ephedra free and "Nu-Nitro-8" anabolic maximizer.
Both are sold at bodybuilding.com
Highly recommended!!
