Hi, Ladies.

I have a friend who is 5'1 117 pounds. I think she has a nice little body, but she wants to tighten up. I've devised a workout routine for her, but I'm not sure what her macro-nutrient or total caloric breakdown daily should be. Can you gals offer some suggestions?

She wants to be lean and tight.

How long is a piece of string? There is no magic formula that will give the exact right calories or macros for everyone.

The best I can suggest is looking at what she eats now, deducting say 200-300 cals and cleaning it up.

5-6 small well balance meals every 2 1/2-3hour. (carbs,prot and healthy fats),is she is not alredy to add cardio to her routine and to increase her water intake...
