I have seen countless adds on TV for products that electronically cause your muscles to contract. Any one used these? results?
Gimmecks, If it were that easy everyone would have a six pack. Your diet is the most important thing for a trim waistline.

The electric stimulation does cause the muscles to contract.
What it does NOT do is increase the blood vessel developement with increased blood flow with the oxygen and nutrients needed.

Give me your money and I'll show you how to lose weight on your stomach. Nevermind here it is for free:
Stop Eating.
Truth is those belts DO NOT work. It will contract your muscles with the electrical pulses but the contraction is nothing in comparison with Manual Stimulation. Just can't beat it. The Stim you get with the belts are too weak to make a difference. The only thing getting slimmer from those belts are your wallets.

I doubt you will get your abs to show with those electrodes. You have to get some cardio in and solid diet man to make your abs show!
