Does anyone own one of these and are they any good? they look really good to stop you from cheating and make your form really strict, im thinking of getting one just for when i do a bit of arms at home. so was wondering if anyone recommends getting one?

Love my arm blaster. Worth the $20 paid. Really does an almost perfect job of isolating the biceps. The arm blaster and a multiangle curl bar makes for a great combo.

Ditto. I wouldn't say I love it, but it is quite good. Be prepared to drop the weight you use though. No matter how strict you thought you were doing them before they weren't perfect. I like to use it for my first few sets, and then on the last set I don't use it, go heavy and use a little "english" on the last few reps. It is also great to make sure you don't cheat on pushdowns for your tri's as well. Arnold used it most the time, and he had just a little bit of bicep development. How can you go wrong.
