STATS:

Age: 21

Sex: Male

Height: 6 foot

Weight: 203lbs

Bodytype: Ectomorph

BF%: i got a Bioelectrical impedance analyser for $9.99 :D haha it says im at 22% BF which seems realy high actualy, but ill just be useing that number as a referance to see if my BF goes up or down over the next 60 days, i get the same reading every time and i have done it once every day in the last 5 days so i assume that it works somewhat, eventho the error margine is 5%, but i guess its better than nothing!

Training experience:

I started bodybuilding 4 years ago after severely damaging my knee and being told i could not play soccer anymore (they took away my 4 year kinesiology scholarship) so i decided to take up bodybuilding, and have been bodybuilding seriously for the last 3 years. starting weight was 155lbs

Current Training Schedule / Protocol : (I had to make some changes)
Day1: Shoulder, Abs
Day2: Back, Traps
Day3: Off
Day 4: Chest, Abs
Day 5: biceps, Traps
Day 6: triceps, Abs
Day 7: Off

I use free weights on all my exercises and do 3 sets for each of 12, 10,8 reps going up in weight for each set! ill also be utilizing Extreem stretching in my workouts!

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

i do a minimum of 10 minutes of cardio on the elliptical for cooldown after every workout and 3 days a week i do 20 min of a cardio workout on the elliptical( i have arthritis in my knees and had knee surgery so actualy running is not an option)


Doseing:

Krush4 Creatine 30 min pre workout
Taurine 5g 30 min pre workout
Glycergrow 8.33 grams (3 scoops) 30 min pre workout
GABA 750mg 30 min pre workout

White blood 3 caps before bed
Iso Stack10 protein before bed

Current Diet and macros: my callorie intake will increase to about 3500-4500 callories per day, so about 1000 more than i am at right now! my protein intake is around 150 grams per day just from protein shakes and i eat fairly high protein meals!


Current Daily water intake: around 2 gallons

Short Term Goal: my goal for this 60 day bulk cycle is to pack on some more lean body mass and get to about 210lbs and stay at the same BF%, so im looking for a 7lbs lean body mass gain in 60 days!

Long Term Goal: 225+ 10% bf

well today is the first day, i took all my supps today, and thats about all i have to report for day 1.

one more thing i think on my off days ill take the GABA at night with the WB!

well i took gaba last night for the first time and didnt expect too much at all, but even at 750 mg it felt like it hit me pritty hard because 30 min after taking it i was EXTREEMLY relaxed to the point of not wanting to move at all, and i usually toss and turn all night but not last night, it kind of felt like being high on drugs were ur body is just extreemly relaxed. so i had a good night sleep eventho it was only 6.5 hours, i woke up and wasnt as tired as i thought i was going to be.

i dont know if this is the usual effects of GABA especially since its only the first day i took it, however i am hypersensitive to stimulants/some supplements and alot of drugs like tylenol ect.

today i will use GABA 30 min before my workout, i honestly dont know if that will put me to sleep or what will happen, but ill update on that later today!

Well today was the first real day in the gym, the one major thing i noticed is how calm and relaxed i felt during the entire workout, usually im realy tense and fidget ALOT but i was extreemly calm and relaxed during the workout, i actualy felt the muscles i worked alot better and could concentrate on them better, if that makes any sense!

as for strength gains or pumps or any negative side effects there are none at this point!

the GABA made me relax alot more but did not make me tired which i was very worried about, so far so good!

maybe last nights GABA hit me alot harder because i took it with the white blood, and ill monitor that on my days off to see how that affects me!

im going to try to get the pictures up as soon as i can!

So your taking gaba both pre workout and pre bed?
Personally I would stick to using it pre workout because tolerance builds insanely fast but that is just my .02. Plus White Blood should be giving you a very nice deep sleep.

well not exactly, i was planning on useing the GABA pre workout on my workout days and then pre bed on my none workout days, but im open to suggestions, if there is a better way im all for it!

last nights sleep was terrible but thats because the heat in our appartment turned on by itself and set to MAX at 3am eventho the thermostat was turned off, so it was like a sauna in our entire appartment and there wasnt anything we could do. so i didnt get much sleep, but the sleep i did get was good haha!


todays chest workout was good, my muscles fet fuller than usual, i wouldnt say they were pumped more but just fuller, my strength is still the same so nothing realy to report there.

as for side effects, today i had realy sweaty hands for some reason and that was realy strange, but i dont know if thats directly related to the supplemets

well today was an off day but i still did 20 min of light cardio.

i had a good nights sleep, the dreams are deffinatly starting to become alot more vivid and deep, i actualy had some crazy dreams last night!

i did wake up and was a little sore today. but my muscles felt full today and looked alot more full too!

no real side effects at all to report, i cant realy tell if im sweating more or not yet, but ill keep an eye on that!

last nights sleep was good, but i woke up a couple of times due to some crazy dreams.

ALSO i went out and bought an actual digital camera because the one i had was a webcam, so ill be putting those pictures up tomorrow hopefully!

so far everything is going great, no real side effects to report at all!

well yesterday was an off day because i had school all day and then volunteered right after that untill late at night, so i didnt even get to take any supplements yesterday excet the GABA and White Blood before bed!

last nights sleep was good tho, had some CRAZY dreams, i actualy dreamt that i was drunk and in a mall some place and got arrested haha.

today will be tricepts!

im still at the same dosage but i will be doubleing it shortly, i actualy went out to buy some more, but apparently the "Helpfull" employees at popeys and GNC have never heard of GABA before haha, so i think im just going to order some online again!

well today was triceps and i just did 10 min of cardio on the elliptical.
i had some crazy pumps in my triceps today, but the pumps were not the same kind of pumps you would get from NO supplements, these pumps were totaly concentrated on the part of the muscle i was working out. also my strength is improveing, so everything is going great so far!

well i finally got the pictures up!

i was not pumped and did not flex in these pictures, i compared them to my old ones and i actualy look like i gained weight, not lost 10lbs, but in my old pictures i was flexing, so i guess that makes a big differnce, but im hopeing that this way i can clearly tell the differnce between the before and after pictures!

well i had a great nights sleep last night, i had some realy realy vivid dreams and felt refreshed when i woke up.

today was a great shoulder workout, i had some crazy pumps again and my weights are going up.

there are no real side effects to report of at all, except i did 10 min of light cardio at the end for a cooldown and i had sever dry mouth even tho i drank alot of water right before the cooldown cardio.

well i started my police practicum today so i was out of town all day long and didnt get to go to the gym.

last nights sleep was great tho, extreemly deep and vivid dreams.

well last nights sleep was good, but very short, i only got 6 hours of sleep because i had a search and rescue scenario that i had to go to that started at 7am.

todays back training was awsome to say the least, i thought it wasnt going to be a good day in the gym at all actualy because i was extreemly tired from roaming through the bush doing search and rescue stuff for the last 4 hours, but to my suprise my weights actualy went up, my back was pumped and i felt great right up to the cardio, i only managed to do a 3 min cool down and the quit because i had no energy left, but strength wise it was awsome in the gym.

as for side effects, my skin does feel flushed now in the gym, especialy my hands and actualy, they turn red which never realy happens to me, but its still realy mild and i barely notice it.

im sorry for not updateing lately, i had a VERY nasty computer virus that took me a couple days to get rid of, and then i had work and school and my practicum so it was all kind of crazy there for a while. but now hopefully my computer will keep running!

i took friday and saturday off from the gym, not realy because i wanted too but because i had my practicum to do and the gym wasnt open before or after i was done!

i went to the gym today for a GREAT workout, my weights are up, eventho i got home at 8AM this morning from my practicum shift which i started at 9pm the previous day! i got up at 12:30 and then went to the gym expecting to feel like crap from the crazy sheduale and lack of sleep, but i had an excellent workout! my strength is deffinatly going up and up which is great, so far i actualy feel that im loosing bodyfat and gaining muscle, but i might have to adjust the calloric intake by a bit to make some bigger gains!

My glycergrow dosage is at 3 scoops a day which i find is working great!

i still havent found any gaba yet.. no one seems to know what it even is let alone have it or heard of it, but thats what u get from these so called "experts"

Damn... I have a whole kilo of it. I would hook you up ASAP, but I'm just not a fan of anyone using anything that is unsealed. :(

But on a positive note, at least you tested it out first so now you know it may be worth it to spring for a kilo :p

ahhh..hmmm a kilo would be GREAT, but finding bulk GABA in canada is hard, if not impossible..and i dont know if it would get across the border or not!

another great day in the gym, strength went up from the previous week, i also added an extra set to some excersises.

Ill be out of the gym for today and tomorrow due to my practicum and a counterfeiting seminar all day saturday!

Ill be increasing my GABA dosage on sunday when i hit the gym, ill be taking 2 caps of 750mg from there on!


Also im feeling more sore than usualy due to the Extreem stretching but nothing too major!

everything else is going great!

well like i mentioned above im extreemly busy with school and police stuff so i was forced to take the last 2 days off from the gym, yesterday i worked with the police from 5pm-4am, then had to get up at 7:45 for a counterfeiting seminar that lasted untill 4 pm, so i got a maximum of 3.5 hours of sleep last night, i thought i was going to be a total wreck, but i actualy felt pritty good all day long, came home had and houre and a half nap and was good to go!

Tomorrow is triceps i cant wait!

ALSO ill be upping my GABA dosage to 2 caps of 750mg!

todays workout was awsome as well, my strength keeps going up and im not experienceing any side effects at all!

i weighed in today at 208lbs :eek: im up 5lbs in under a month:D

having said that, my bodyfat hasnt gone up at all, and i dont think its water weight because i seem to loose water weight when i go on white blood. so all in all, everything is going great!

well last nights sleep was great again, my alarm woke me up while i was in a deep sleep and i had no idea were i was or what was going on!

todays back workout went great eventho i was tired and actualy had an hour nap before i went to the gym, but i was more mentally tired than even physically because of all the school work and practicum stuff im doing at the moment!

my weights today went up from last weeks back training. endurance is great also, and on another note, my sex drive is in overdrive haha!

last nights sleep was good, i woke up 15 min before my alarm was set to go off, so my sleep has been awsome lately!

todays workout was good, but i guess i didnt warm up properly because on the first real lift my shoulder poped and was agitated for the rest of the workout, but this is nothing major and wont be a problem in the future.

i still managed to lift the same weight as last week but i added an extra set with 8 reps to the dumbell incline today

I weighed in today and im still at 208lbs!

Im deffinatly loving this stack so far, deffinatly the best stack ive EVER been on!

Day 29- was Biceps, i had a great workout, and my strength is still going up!

Day 30- well its been one month since i started this stack, its deffinatly the best stack ive ever been on, im at 209lbs so im up 6lbs, and my BF% has not gone up,and if anything actually gone down. i hope the gains will keep up for another month :D

I have been dosing 1.5grams of AEE before bed with a protein shake and that has been doing wonders for me so far!

sorry for not updateing the last couple of days, i have managed to get to the gym tho but then had to run off and do practicum and school stuff so i could get this weekend off to relax!

the past couple workouts have been amazing, my strength just keeps going up steadily, actualy to the point were i have to slow myself down so i dont hurt myself!

i have been playing around with my diet too and been adjusting callories so i dont gain any BF. if i were on a total bulk right now i could easily be 5lbs heavyer then i am, it seems like that weight gain is extreemly easy, but i cant afford to gain BF because i have the police physical test coming up!

everything is going great, my sleep has been great except for one night this week i couldnt sleep at all for some reason. but that was just one night.



SIDE EFFECT:
NOTE:just on a side note tho as a side effect, i have been noticeing that everytime i run white blood at night cycles i tend to get a little more fat diposits around my neck and face. i havent said anything earlyer becaues i wasnt 100% sure that it was do to these cycles, but everytime i run these cycles i tent to get fat diposits around the neck even tho right now im not gaining fat ANYWERE else! so this is realy strange!

if anyone has any comments suggestions or ideas about that feel free to post them here!

well last nights sleep was good, i actualy woke up after only having 6 hours of sleep and felt great, but i decided to stay in bed and try to get some more sleep which i did, and ended up with a good 8 hours of sleep!

todays chest workout was great, i felt stronger then the previous week and did the 95lb dumbells for my last set of 8 with no problems and without a spot, and last week i had to have a spotter to get the weights up that first time! so things are still improving :D

Awesome... as far as the neck issue you could try cycling off the White BLOOD and see if there is any immediate effect... up to you. :)

haha yah well everytime i cycle off white blood at night the problem seems to go away, it might just be my crazy genetics and my neck being an easy place for adipose diposits.

im not too worried about it

i had another horrible sleep last night.. i jsut didnt feel tired.. i had too much energy in general i guess, and tonight seems to be the same thing, so i dono whats going on, my diet is the same and everything else as well.

todays workout was great tho, but my strength didnt increase from last week, it stayed the same, butmaybe that was due to my sleep and not getting any food before i hit the gym.

well last nights sleep was good, but still a little strange, its hard to describe but i had more energy through the night then usual!

today is an off day so nothing new to report, busy day had school untill 4, a seminar from 4-6 and work from 6:30-9:30pm.. so it wasnt that much fun haha.

Did this start when you upped the GABA dosage ?

You're only taking it pre-workout still right ?

yah its exactly like that, i have too much stuff running through my mind and i dont feel tired at all at night, and yes im taking the GABA pre workout only, and i go to the gym at around 6pm.

sleep today was good, had some realy clazy dreams, but i woke up 30min before my alarm was set to go off and i felt refreshed and ready to go!

well sleep has been good, but some nights my brain is still racing and its hard to fall asleep because im just not tired!

my workout have been good tho, my weight is still at 209lbs, i keep adjusting my calloric intake so i dont gain any fat mass!

strength is still increasing also, and no side effects beside the sleeping issue!

This log is very impressive! White Blood must be very good to take at night! I would think it seems better to take at night then preworkout!

yah white blood taken pre bed is ALOT more benifitial then taken pre workout, but if u have the spare cash taking it both pre workout and pre bed would be the way to go!

I can vouch for this as well. Since I've been taking White Blood before bed, along with my ZMA, my sleep has been deeper and I feel more refreshed in the morning. I can't explain it, but I like it!

I sincerely appologize for my absence from this form and from the log, i was home for christmas vacation and didnt realy have access to the internet as strange as that sounds. then i got back and my computer would not start and it turned out i had 35 viruses on there, so between that and school ive had a hell of a time trying to get back on here so i appoligize for just suddenly dropping of the face of the earth!

well this stack has been amazing to say the least, and i would like to thank controlled labs for their contributions once again.


STARTING STATS:

Height: 6 foot

Weight: 203lbs

BF%: said it was 22% even tho i think thats a little high, decide for yourself!

ENDING STATS:

Height: 6 foot

Weight: 209lbs

BF%: same test was done and it said i was at 20% BF, again i think its a little high but judge for yourself!


OVERALL

Weight: +6lbs

BF%: -2%, everyone that didnt see me between the start of this and christmas said i look ALOT leaner.

Strength increases were good: free weight incline bench press increased by 15lbs and other ecersises increased alot too.

I realy enjoyed this stack to say the least, altho i didnt gain nearly as much weight and size as i could have because i had to trim off some fat due to the police fitness testing, but even tho my diet was not an extreem bulking one that i had hoped for, i still gained considerable size and strength.


PROS/CONS

Pros:

-Increased stamina
-Increased sex drive
-Increased strength
-Increased endruance
-Decreased BF%
-Increased recovery between sets and from DOMS
-Increased concentration and focus
-Helped with arthitis/Knee pain ALOT
- Vivid dreams can be extreemly realistic, which can be good and bad
-EXCELLENT SLEEP!

Cons:

-It is not a cheap stack
-I had an increase of canker sores
-For some reason i gained adipose tissue around my neck/Chin but i think
that might be genetic
- The Glycerol may give u the runs
- Vivid dreams can be extreemly realistic, which can be good and bad

GABA pre workout is AMAZING and i absolutely love it, if you have never had it pre workout deffinatly give it a try!

Also the extreem stretching i used seemed to help with muscle size too, even tho i was more sore the day after when i encorporated extreem stretching, it deffinatly works!

OVERALL:

I would have to say i love this stack, and WILL be taking it again for sure, this stack is somewhat calloric dependent, you will see a great differnce between maintenance diet gains and a real gaining diet, so if you are looking at getting some great results i would suggest that you are in your gaining phase beacuse that is were you see the most dramatic results.

Note: i noticed that the gains were exellent for the first 45 days and decreased from there for some reason, so you might want to consider taking this stack for a month and a half then cycle off to 2 weeks or so and then go back on it for best results.
