i am 5'7" 147lb at approx 23.5%bf...i would really like to gain some more lean muscle mass and lean out as well...currently, i am taking 25mg of ephedra (Thermo Gen II) 2x per day...i was wondering if i should stop the ephedra and build with creatine first, then lean out with the ephedra later...any suggestions??? my diet is posted under the nutrition threads "changed my diet...any suggestions"...heres my workout routine:
Sat: Chest/Tri
DB incline press
French Press
Cable Fly
dips (bodyweight)
pushups (bodyweight)
tri cable ext (palm up and down)
chest press (machine)
Sun: legs
Quad ext
Ham curl (seated and standing)
deadlift
squat (freeweights, wide and hip width stance)
leg press
walking lunges
Mon: back/bi
lat pull down
DB concentration curl
single arm low row (cable and DB)
DB hammer curl
ez bar bi curls (superset with DB curl)
pullups (bodyweight, inside grip and wide grip)
overhead pull
straight arm pull down (cable)
low back ext.
Tues: shoulders
smith press
db press
lat delt raise DB and seated machine
ant delt raise DB and cable
upright row
Wed:rest
Thurs: Legs
Quad ext
Ham curl (seated and standing)
deadlift
squat (freeweights, wide and hip width stance)
leg press
walking lunges
Fri:rest
I work in abs 3-4 times per week
*i was running/spinning 5xtimes per week...nothing now, i had ankle surg, but will go back to running/spinning*
