how many sets do you do for a bodypart if you're hitting them once a week, and do you reduce them when coupled with a larger bodypart? For instance if I do back with bis I do 3 for back and only 2 for bis since they're being hit with back, however if I do bis on their own I do 3. Same with quads/hams and chest/shoulders or tris. Also how many times a week do you work calves, mine are hard to build. Thanks for any advice.

I do about the same. I hit major muscle groups with 3 hard, all out sets, normally bis for 2 sets because I genetically have large bis and shoulders for 2-3, depending on how I feel. I hit calves 2-3 times a week.

Legs 3 exercises 3 sets each
Chest 2 exercises 3 sets each
Shoulders 2-3 exercises 3 sets each
Biceps 2-3 exercises 2-3 sets each
Triceps 3 exercises 3 sets each.. weak bodypart on me
Back 3 exercises 3 sets each
