I hope everyone is doing alright! I am about 20 years old, and have been really working out on and off the past year or so. I have changed routines frequently, and just recently found one I liked. However, that routine was only a temorary one, to get me started into lifting again. I am planning on getting into lifting heavily again this Monday, and need a routine that will guarentee me to gain mass and strength. Please give me some ideas. Also, what do any of you reccomend doing for biceps and triceps. I was told only to do one ecercise for each muscle, but others told me to do several different ones during my workouts. Which side do you believe in and which exercises do you prefer? Thanks for your input!

Hey man, a quick few words of advice. First thing would be to stick with a routine that works for you as an individual. If need be, change it. The most important thing is to get in the gym and get results, they will not come to you. Of course, with gaining mass you will want to place more emphasis on rest and recovery; ample sleep, nutrients, etc. Spend your time in the gym working on solid power movements and go home and recover. As far as sets and excercises go, you should experiment with what works best for you (i'm being repetitive, but it's the best solution)Hope this helps to get you started, post another if you need specifics. Good luck.
