Hello To All,
How much is the Body Solid Seated Low Row and Seated Bicep/Tricep machine WORTH separately?
Both machines are plate loaded.
Thank you for viewing.

I gave about $350.00 for mine. Here is a link to my experience with the row unit.

Not sure if you are looking for what is a good deal to buy one or what you should ask if you are selling one. If selling I would say 2-300 depending on condition. At least that is what I would pay.

I've purchased both, second hand, for $125 and $150.

When you say seated bicep/tricep curl, do you mean something where you use a barbell like what I discussed (and included a picture of) in the post here:

Or do you mean one of those seated bicep or tricep curl machines where it's a controlled motion which you lift in?
If you're referring to the one I Got, I paid $125 for it used. The guy I bought it from said he got it for $250 from the body solid outlet. I haven't put it together and started using it yet since I got it from the guy's house. Plan to do it over the weekend. I plan to just use dumbbells until I get a good curl bar and some plates.
I've purchased both, second hand, for $125 and $150.
Poncho428 are you happy with the BS seated row ?
I expect to get one.

Actually, I sold all my home gym equipment to buy a Powertec WB-LS, but really liked the machine!! I definitely recommend it (the Body Solid seated row machine), and will probably look into another when I have some extra cash.
New home gym.
Usually i do T bar row but i want to protect my lower back.
The BS seated row target the thickness of the back ?

Actually, both pieces are very good. I got better workouts on those 2 pieces than using a barbell/dumbbell for the same exercises. The curl bench give 1 hell of a pump!!
