Hey everybody ...
Background-
Just turned 18 years old ... stand 5'11'' and currently 180 pounds ... not sure about my body fat ... I used to play sports (baseball) all the time but have aged out of the leagues now am not as involved as I was previously ... anyway I work at a YMCA which gives me free access to a complete gym with everything imaginable when it hit me ...
WHY AM I NOT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THIS?
So for the last week I have been doing mostly cardio ... 45 mins on a stationary bike ... anywhere from 8-12 miles ... after I'm done I feel better than when I started ... anyways I need a place where I can get information and help when I get confused or lazy and this is the place to get everythign I need ...
GOAL-
Slim down to about 165lbs and be in shape and having a healthy diet ... these goals are easily attainable but I have a few questions ...
1) How (Besides the Stationary Bike) would you suggest losing the extra weight?
2) I have read many many article on obtaining a slim defined stomache ... a link or your personal plan for obtaining this goal?
3) What PLAN (weights / meal) would you suggest? ... the stationary bike is a good start I think but I would love a detailed plan I could have to print and follow ... not to ask to much ... but it would be much appreciated ...
4) Also ... is there anyway on getting better defintion in my chest ??
Anyway I plan on posting my weight and posting pictures as the transformatin takes place ...
