My favorite would be a mixture of casein and whey with malto dextrin. No fat , and thick as hell. I agree with jay about them being a waste of money. Damn I remember the old timers used to beleive that weiders mega mess 4000 was the **** at one time, talk about sugar .....

Its got a high BV - no carbs or fat and its cheap - its a great source of protein and comes in large quantities!!

Yeah she is only about 5'2 so I will tell her if she has the protein she can be taller and stop complaining about being too short next to me.
