Good morning all.
As monday 10/2/06 my workout will be a 3 full body workouts
a week M-W-F and 3 cardio sesions a week T-TH-S & Sunday being a rest day.
Pretty much how I have it planned is each fb w/o I will do 2 excer. for each body part & 3 sets 8-12 reps each.
Also as each fb w/o will be diffrent from the last.
The result at the end of every week each body part has been hit 3x and hit at diffrent angles.
Abs will be hit 6 x a week.
I will be lifting with a weight that I can get up 8-12 x and then move on with weight as I get stronger.
The reason for this w/o is in my mind I still need cardio
and I always liked working hitting ex body part more than just 1 x a week.
This is just MHO .
