Today is no glory day.....
45 min of mixed tempo cardio
nothing pretty in cardio.
also here is a basic eatting plan that i will be on for pretty much life...lol
basic clean diet: no process. foods except protin drinks/ no bars
no junk food or " healty junk food" baked lays etc....
no soda of any kind
on weight train. day : good carbs like ww bread oatmeal etc
on cardio days: just carbs from veggs
no fruit at all except 1 bananna before w/o
this is basically more or less the cutting as they say...diet
