My protein sources are mainly chicken, lean beef, deli meats (small amounts), various protein powders, natural peanut butter, and skim milk.

I don't think it's necessary to clog up the log with every little thing i eat, but i'll ball park the macros for the days.

Sample diet:

Meal 1 - eggs, 2slices whole wheat bread, skim milk
Meal 2 - protein shake(with skim milk) + natural peanut butter
Meal 3 - 2 chicken breasts
Meal 4 - Ham + cheese on whole wheat
Meal 5 - preworkout - 1 cup of oats, natural peanut butter, 1 scoop of protein(with water)
Meal 6 - immediately postworkout - protein shake.. 45 minutes later 3/4 cup of oats, 1.5 cups of skim milk, splenda
Meal 7 - kashi go lean bar, natural peanut butter
pre-bed - XF ultra peptide

Everything Else

I played football today, full contact, for about 1.5 hours. We usually play here once or twice a week and it's a great workout for my legs and upper body. So that was my cardio for the day. As far as the Hyperdrol and Mass-FX, it was my first day on it, and I didn't really notice anything out of the ordinary, which is to be expected.

forgot to add, my weight as of last night at 10 p.m was at 198.9. :)

Got a lot of sleep because I actually went to sleep early at midnight. I always get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night, but I got a little more then 9 Tuesday. A couple things about the Mass-FX and Hyperdrol - if I drink too much water with them, I get some nasty burps, similar to those of fish oil. It tastes like the smell of the Mass-FX so I'm assuming it's from that.

Just so everyone knows, Wednesday was an off day. I did a little cardio for 15 minutes on Wednesday, and my dosing was the same as usual. Had a really good workout on Thursday, shoulders felt good through out. I had been having some problems with my left shoulder being stiff during my workouts but it seems to have subsided. i didnt get a lot of sleep last night, my roommates had people over, and we watched the running man.. haha my favorite part of the movie was where arnold goes " i hope you leave enough room for my fist, because im going to ram it into your stomach!!!!" anyway, it's still to early to tell if the mass fx/hyperdrol is having a considerable effect.

Workout went great. I'm usually pretty drained after deads, but I still had a lot of strength left to finish off my workout. I haven't been able to up my total for deads in a while, so hopefully I gain some strength back so I can get them up.

Also, Ate like crazy today. I had a lot of chicken (home cooked meals :) ) and my diet was pretty clean all things considered. I've upped the Mass-FX to 4 caps a day, as per AX's intructions. Saturdays + Sundays are off days for me, I'm planning on some light cardio for Sunday because I'm going to play some basketball if the weather is nice.

Workout was awesome. On my last set for incline i felt like a monster. i felt like i could keep going for a lot longer then usual. bench also felt really good, the 2 second pause really kicks ass for my chest. got a real good pump during that, and i wasn't tired at all for dips or incline. diet has been on track, and weight is now up to 203.

Couple things i've noticed, i had a slight breakout last night. it wasn't bad or anything, but a few red spots here and there. and my workouts have been going a lot better, but during and recovering from.

i'm starting to feel it kick in. my workouts are more intense, and my lifts are improving. i've noticed my skin is a little more oily. i've also noticed a little aggreession (well, more then usual). my leg day went really well, i did reps on my last set of squats until i physically couldn't and almost dropped the bar. my quads and my calfs feel really sore today, it's great. i found a dosing schedule i like, i pretty much seperate the 3 doses of 1 hyperdrol and 1 mass FX about 5-6 hrs apart, and then take 1 mass FX some where in between there.

My shoulder felt like crap on the last set of military presses, and it took a little while for the pain to go away. my shoulders felt great other then that, they were really pumped up and it almost felt like i took an NO booster before hand. i can also see the 2 veins in my shoulder showing more clearly, but i haven't noticed much in the way of strength gains yet. i randomly got a few headaches wednesday(which was my off day) and thursday. they last for about a half hour, and usually go away if i go lay down for a while. weighed in at 202 on wednesday. btw, i just noticed that i didn't update my weight for my opening post in my log, and i posted my weight on day 1 which was 198.9.

actually no. i've taken the last dose as late as 11pm and haven't noticed any problems sleeping. doms hasn't really been an issue for my upper body, but i have noticed doms in my legs more then usual.

My legs were still sore from my squat workout, so I didn't do deads because i felt i wouldn't get the more out of them. while i was doing the CGBP i felt great, i don't think i've ever done 3 sets with 225 on it. i upped my dose to four hyperdrol on friday because i noticed some others who weighed 200lbs were also taking 4.

i just noticed, on the last update it says day 4 - it's actually day 10. the date on the top is correct though. sorry i just missed the cut off time for editing it.

nothing much really to say about the weekend. i just relaxed the whole weekend, caught up on some sleep, watched football, and played scarface. sunday i had 2 slices of cheesecake for my b-day, but other then that diet was pretty good. i forgot my protein powder so i had to eat a lot more to accommodate it. i got a cold this weekend, but hopefully it will be gone this week.

Monday was a great workout, started off with my bench and my numbers are finally back up to where they should be. ( i lost some strength cutting a little mid-august) i have a good deal of DOMS in my shoulders and chest today(tuesday), which i did not experience last week other then in my legs. i know it's not necessarily growth, but it still makes me feel like i hit both muscle groups real hard. i was up late watching the bears game last night which was unbelievable! everyone here was going nuts.. running up and down the dorm halls and screaming, crazy night.

well i had to move leg day back to Wednesday because i had to study all night tuesday for my AHP exam.. so Tuesday was used as my off day instead of Wednesday.

anyway, my workouts are still going well. i actually was reading a random thread in the exercise thread about bob chic's exercises to avoid and i saw a post by hola bola, who i have a good deal of respect for given his size and knowledge. he was talking about squats and how people say to look up when you're really supposed to look straight ahead and how that's not good for your neck and such, well i tried it out and i definately noticed a difference. squats felt great and i moved up 25lbs for my second set.

Well my shoulder is acting up again. :( it hurt like crap when i started using DB's, so i grabbed a 5lb plate and used it to loosen up a for a good 3 minutes, which i think helped a lot. it wasn't hurting during standing military presses, and the pain seemed to fade during my workout. it's feeling ok today, so i'm hoping that this wasn't anything bad. (it doesn't seem to be) a couple things i wanted to comment on, the pumps are getting stronger now. the two veins in my shoulder were fully out and it looked insane. i don't recall them ever being that visible. strength seems to be coming along nicely, but so far no crazy increases.

Had a really good workout, but it took longer then usual because i went at 6 and it was kind of crowded and i couldn't get to everything i wanted to do. Upright rows have been feeling really good, even though my shoulder has been a little sore and i got another PR on them this week. still getting great pumps, especially in my tris and lats during my last workout. diet wasn't as great as it should have been, i had no food around so i had a few slices of pizza.

Alright, monday was supposed to be my chest workout but i was studing/cramming for a really long time (6 hours straight) for my AHP exam and i pretty much had to choose between studing and lifting. i know it sounds lame but i'm actually kind of proud that studied the extra time instead of lifting. i would not have done that last year and would of lost a good 2 hours of studing time. i'm just going to move tuesday's workout to wed. and monday's to tuesday.

barbell bench is up, and shoulder soreness seems to have subsided for now. it was really odd doing a chest workout on monday since half the gym wasn't using any of the benchs which i found odd. i've done dips with 25lbs before, but i don't ever recall going all 3 sets with added weight. so i do consider the 3 sets a personal best, altough the reps were not techinaclly a PR. pumps continue to impress me during my sets. it's really comparable to some NO products i've used in the past. vascularity is sick right now.

leg day was alright, i went for 265 on my last set and only got to 7. my legs were so tired by my 3rd set that i couldn't do my last 3 reps. i put up 580 on leg press, which is another PR. i actually got a pump in my calves when i was doing raises which is uncommon for me. normally, i'll get a pump only in my quads. diet was pretty clean, and also i caught up on my sleep wednesday when i got about 10 hours of sleep.

i forgot to mention on wednesday night i had to start using the extra mass FX that was sent out as i ran out then. i want to thank AX again for extending my log (and everyone else's) to the full 30 days. on to the workout, no soreness today.. i warmed up for about 5 minutes with some light weights so that i didn't have any problems. i got a PR on DB shrugs, finally got the 100's for reps. felt pretty good, since i think the biggest DB the rec has is 115.

no PR's for friday, but weights were up for my 1st and 2nd sets on a few exercises. i'm still experiencing a great pump in my biceps and triceps, especially during CGBP and the concentration curls. i got a headache again like i did last week. it was one that was there and gone pretty fast, and it almost seemed to come out of nowhere. i don't know if it's related, but i haven't exeperienced it again lately.

DB bench felt great. i destroyed it on all 3 sets, got a PR with the 90's. i was going to do more weight on the dips, but i couldn't get a different DB to hold with my feet, so i just did some slow controlled reps. i got in about 10-15 minutes of cardio after monday's workout, and my legs are still tired today. i'm thinking it's a little DOMS because i haven't ran in about 3 weeks.
on a side note, i'm almost out of protein so i had to order some, and i decided to go with dymatize's elite whey - the butter toffee - 10lber so hopefully it's good :)

another really good workout. i decided to just go for 3 plates on bb shrugs and it was much easier then i thought it was going to be. the 3rd and 4th ones were also suprising as they both went up 20lbs. my grip felt amazing on these, which i think helped a lot in the last 2 sets. at this point in the day (friday at 5:30, i've got one last pill of each) and i have just enough for my workout later tonight. i'll get my final measurements and final weigh in tonight/saturday.

well, for my last workout, it's only fitting that i hit one last PR :). i only had enough to last 2 servings on friday. not sure exactly what happened there, but i got 1.5 extra days. i've been gaining strength on BB rows the past few weeks, and for this one i didn't even have my straps for the day. i'm still taking some measurements and finishing up my final review, but my final weight is at 202.6.

Starting Stats:

Ending Stats:

Weight: 202.6(+3.7lbs) on 11/4/06, with the highest being at 203.5
Forearms: R -12.75 L -12.75(+.25 in)
Arms: R-16.5 L- 16.5
Waist: 34.25 in
Calf: R - 16.75(+.25) L - 16.75
Chest: 42.75in (+.25)

The size gains were very good. It looks like I lost a little bit from my waist(measured the same though), and I also added some to my forearms, chest, and my calf(which I honestly believe was a measuring error in the beginning). The size aspect was not entirely as noticeable in comparison to the strength and vascularity.

Strength

In the 31.5 days on Mass FX and Hyperdrol I hit a total of 13 PRs - 5 were on shrugs, 3 on a chest press, 3 on BB rows, and 2 on decline leg press. I have the exact exercise and the weight in my log posted already, so I won't post the weight changes for each one. Needless to say, strength on the stack was amazing. This was the most noticeable area by far, and it was really the boost I've been looking for. I also made some good gains The strength gains alone are enough of a reason to give this stack a shot.

Everything Else

This is more for the little extras that I noticed during the length of the log. Pumps were really great during and around my workout, and vascularity was also improved. Although, I didn't notice it as much at other times of the day. Libido was not impacted very much in a positive or negative way. I did notice a little more morning wood then usual, but outside of that not much. I didn't have a problem taking the stack at night, and I really had no sleeping issues. I didn't notice much of an increase in DOMS in my upper body, but during the middle of all this I did notice an increase of DOMS in my legs. I did notice some times of aggression, although they were pretty mild.

Final Thoughts

I would recommend this to everyone looking to gain strength and wants to add some lean mass. The best part is that it had no negative side effects (at least for me - remember that everyone reacts differently). The only negative is the that the price is a bit steep, but I truly believe AX has done a great job with Mass FX and Hyperdrol.
